Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, seorang apoteker harus dapat memahami dan mempraktikkan pekerjaan dan pelayanan kefarmasian dengan baik. Apoteker dapat memperoleh wawasan dan pemahaman mengenai pekerjaan dan pelayanan kefarmasian tersebut dari pembelajaran secara teoritis maupun praktik langsung di institusi kefarmasian. Selain itu, agar dapat menjadi apoteker yang kompeten, calon apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, dan PT Takeda Indonesia selama periode bulan Februari-Juli 2020. With the implementation of this internship, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their knowledge, insight, understanding, skills, and experience in doing pharmaceutical practices directly in pharmaceutical institutions."

"Kesehatan merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu upaya untuk peningkatan bidang kesehatan adalah memberi jaminan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Penyelenggaran jaminan kesehatan ini yang telah ada di Indonesia saat ini adalah Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Optimalisasi implementasi Program Rujuk Balik dilakukan untuk memudahkan akses pelayanan kesehatan kepada peserta BPJS khususnya penderita penyakit kronis. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan apotek sebagai sarana dalam menerapkan Program Rujuk Balik dan bekerja sama dengan dokter bersama. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data dari situs resmi Pemerintah Kota Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat, situs resmi Pusat Data dan Informasi (Pusdatin) Kementerian Kesehatan RI, situs resmi e-catalogue LKPP, serta peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai BPJS Kesehatan dan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Hasil kajian penulisan ini diperoleh bahwa apotek mehuli farma dapat melayani program rujuk balik yang terdiri dari 8 pasien jantung dan 20 pasien stroke. Perhitungan break even point yang di peroleh dari apotek ini sebesar Rp.65.267.991 per bulan dan payback period selama 1,2 tahun, sehingga berdasarkan data tersebut apotek mehuli farma dinyatakan layak untuk didirikan.

Health is an indicator to measure the level of community welfare. One of the efforts to improve the health sector is to provide health insurance to the public. The current health insurance provider in Indonesia is the Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS). Optimization of the implementation of the Referral Back Program is carried out to facilitate access to health services for BPJS participants, especially those with chronic diseases. This writing aims to design a pharmacy as a means of implementing the Referral Program and working with doctors together. The method used is data collection from the official website of the City Government of Bogor, West Java Province, the official website of the Center for Data and Information (Pusdatin) of the Ministry of Health, the official website of the LKPP e-catalog, as well as laws and regulations regarding BPJS Health and National Health Insurance. The results of this study showed that the pharmacy mehuli farma can serve a referral program consisting of 8 heart patients and 20 stroke patients. The break even point calculation obtained from this pharmacy is Rp.65,267,991 per month and a payback period of 1.2 years, so based on these data the Mehuli Farma pharmacy is declared feasible to be established."

Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika dan PT AstraZeneca Indonesia selama periode bulan Februari – September 2020. Setelah PKPA dilaksanakan, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan dan meningkatkan pemahaman terkait praktik profesi apoteker di berbagai instansi seperti apotek dan industri farmasi.

According to Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 about Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, a pharmacist is a bachelor of pharmacy who has graduated as a pharmacist and has taken the oath of its position. The existence of a pharmacist is very important, especially in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists have competency standards in carrying out their roles. One way to hone the competence of a pharmacist is to carry out professional work practices for prospective pharmacists. The "Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker" in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry is a series of activities for pharmacists to understand and learn how to participate in the community. The Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker conducted at Kimia Farma No. 535 Pondok Pinang and at PT Takeda Indonesia. "Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) sebagai bagian dari jaringan distribusi obat merupakan pelaku usaha yang ikut bertanggung jawab atas keamanan, khasiat, manfaat, dan mutu produk. PT SamMarie Tramedifa bergerak dalam penyaluran obat, termasuk diantaranya adalah Produk Rantai Dingin atau biasa dikenal sebagai CCP (Cold Chain Product. "Salah satu peran seorang apoteker adalah sebagai life-long learner, sehingga penting bagi seorang apoteker untuk terus meningkatkan pemahaman dan kompetensinya di dunia farmasi. Bagi seorang calon apoteker, satu cara untuk meningkatkan hal tersebut adalah dengan melakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Bidang yang dipraktikkan oleh calon apoteker Universitas Indonesia pada saat PKPA di antaranya adalah apotek serta industri (Pabrik dan/atau Distributor) atau klinis (RS atau Puskesmas). Pada Laporan PKPA ini dapat dipelajari dan juga diterapkan terkait konsep Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), terutama mengenai validasi pembersihan sebagai tugas khusus PKPA di Industri (PT Takeda Indonesia), yang dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, dari Januari – Maret 2021. Selain itu juga, dapat dipelajari dan juga diterapkan terkait pelayanan farmasi seperti pengkajian resep, menyiapkan obat, pelayanan informasi obat (PIO), konseling dan bahkan cara membuat rancangan kerjasama untuk pengobatan rujuk balik (PRB) sebagai tugas khusus PKPA di Apotek (Apotek Atrika), yang dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan, dari Maret – April 2021. PKPA ini dilakukan dengan harapan calon apoteker mampu mengemban tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di bidang apapun yang akan ditempuh olehnya nanti, baik itu merupakan bidung apotek, bidang industri ataupun bidang klinis.

One of a pharmacist’s roles is being a life-long learner, so it is important to continuously upgrade their knowledge and competency within the field. For an upcoming pharmacist, one of the ways to upgrade them is by doing Pharmacist Field Practice (PKPA). The sector that will be practiced by the upcoming pharmacist of Universitas Indonesia during PKPA are either from practice in pharmacy, industrial (Manufacturer and/or Distributor) or clinical (Hospital or Puskesmas). In this report, we can learn and implement concepts of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), especially regarding cleaning validation as the specific task in the industrial PKPA (PT Takeda Indonesia), implemented for 3 months, from January – March 2021. Aside from that, we can also learn and implement concepts of pharmaceutical services such as recipe screening, drug preparation, drug information service (PIO), counselling, and how to plan a referral treatment as the specific task for the PKPA in pharmacy (Apotek Atrika) implemented for 1 month, from March – April 2021. The field practice is conducted in hopes that upcoming pharmacists will be able to uphold their responsibilities and tasks in any sector, be it pharmacy, industrial or even clinical."
