"Penelitian ini menganalisis hazard keselamatan operasi Bus Transjakarta menggunakan system based risk analysis dengan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling, qualitative expert judgement pada pengukuran mental workload dan risiko musculoskeletal, dan SCHAZOP (Safety Culture Hazard and Operability Studies). 404 pramudi Transjakarta berpartisipasi dalam survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan 1 poin pada performance iklim keselamatan akan menurunkan performance pelanggaran keselamatan sebesar 0.638. Peningkatan 1 poin pada performance indikator pemberdayaan pramudi dalam manajemen keselamatan (SC2) akan meningkatkan performance iklim keselamatan sebesar 0.2538. Peningkatan 1 poin pada deskriptor prioritas, komitmen, dan kompetensi dalam manajemen keselamatan (SC1) akan menyebabkan peningkatan performansi variabel iklim keselamatan sebesar 0.159. Analisis jalur pengaruh yang signifikan adalah dimulai dari iklim keselamatan → motivasi keselamatan → perilaku keselamatan → kesadaran keselamatan → pelanggaran keselamatan. Efek moderasi iklim keselamatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pelanggaran keselamatan. Pengukuran mental workload menunjukkan level tinggi dan keluhan musculoskeletal yang terbanyak adalah pada leher, betis dan telapak kaki. Rekomendasi pada upaya pencegahan pelanggaran keselamatan untuk operator bus Transjakarta di Jakarta diberikan berupa standar komunikasi keselamatan untuk operasi BRT, standar penanganan hazard untuk operasi BRT, standar penentuan program safety rutin, standar program pelatihan keselamatan untuk pramudi BRT, dan standar audit keselamatan operasi BRT, standar pengendalian beban kerja mental yang berlebih dan standar pencegahan risiko gangguan musculoskeletal

This study analyzed Transjakarta operation hazard by using three approaches; the first was a system-based risk analysis using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling. The second was a qualitative expert assessment on the measurement of mental workload and musculoskeletal risk, and the third was SCHAZOP (Safety Culture Hazard and Operability Studies). We assisted of 404 Transjakarta drivers in the survey. Hypothesis test results and importance-performance map analysis showed that an increase of 1 point in the safety climate performance would reduce the performance of the safety violation variable by 0.638. An increase of 1 point in the performance indicators for the empowerment of drivers in safety management (SC2) will increase the performance of the safety climate variable by 0.2538. An increase of 1 point in the priority descriptors, commitments, and competencies in safety management (SC1) will cause an increase in the performance of the safety climate variable by 0.159. The path analysis of significant influence started with safety climate → safety motivation → safety behavior → safety awareness → safety violations The moderation effect of the safety climate has a significant causal relationship to a safety violation. Mental workload measurements show high levels, and most musculoskeletal complaints were on the neck, calves, and soles of the feet. Recommendations for Transjakarta bus operators in Jakarta included safety standards for BRT operations, safety handling standards for BRT operations, routine safety program for BRT operations, and BRT services safety audit standards"

"Tesis ini membahas tentang pengelolaan aset di Transjakarta. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Transjakarta sudah menerapkan sebagian prinsip-prinsip manajemen aset. Transjakarta telah memiliki strategi dan perencanaan serta SOP dan SPM dalam operasional dan pemeliharaannya. Namun beberapa sistem belum dijalankan dan belum dimiliki oleh Transjakarta seperti sistem informasi yang baik, sistem pengawasan dan manajemen resiko yang komprehensif. Agar penerapan manajemen aset dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, Transjakarta memerlukan suatu panduan berupa kerangka kerja manajemen aset Transjakarta. Kerangka kerja manajemen aset Transjakarta yang disusun berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen aset The Institute of Asset Management (IAM) yang terdiri dari 6 grup subyek dan 39 subyek manajemen aset.

This thesis discusses about asset management in Transjakarta. This research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The research result shows that transjakarta already applying some principles of asset management. Transjakarta has had a strategy and planning as well as SOP and SPM in operational and maintenance. However, some systems have not yet run and owned by Transjakarta as information systems, good monitoring systems and comprehensive risk management. In order for the implementation of asset management can be implemented properly, Transjakarta requires a guiden as Transjakarta asset management framework. Transjakarta asset management framework which is based on the principles of asset management of The Institute of Asset Management (IAM) consists of six subject groups and 39 subjects asset management.

"Indonesia merupakan negara yang terletak pada rangkaian gunung berapi atau yang biasa dikenal dengan ring of fire. Situasi ini kemudian membuat Indonesia rentan terhadap bencana. Tsunami merupakan salah satu bencana yang paling rentan terjadi di Indonesia, mengingat bentuk negara ini merupakan negara kepulauan dengan banyak gunung berapi yang melewatinya, salah satunya adalah Desa Cisolok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daerah rawan tsunami dan menganalisis kerentanan lingkungan terhadap bahaya tsunami di Desa Cisolok. Untuk kerawanan tsunami digunakan peta kerawanan tsunami yang telah dikeluarkan oleh InaRisk BNPB, untuk kerawanan lingkungan dilihat tiga faktor yaitu tutupan lahan, geomorfologi dan geologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis spasial dan analisis deskriptif. Hasilnya, peta rawan tsunami menunjukkan Inaris menggunakan ketinggian genangan hingga 10 meter dengan tiga klasifikasi, yakni rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Peta kerawanan dibagi menjadi tiga kelas dimana 25,67% memiliki tingkat kerawanan lingkungan rendah, 30,69% kerawanan sedang dan 43,14% kerawanan tinggi.

Indonesia is a country located in a series of volcanoes or commonly known as the ring of fire. This situation then makes Indonesia vulnerable to disasters. The tsunami is one of the most vulnerable disasters in Indonesia, considering the shape of this country is an archipelagic country with many volcanoes that pass through it, one of which is Cisolok Village. This study aims to analyze tsunami-prone areas and analyze environmental vulnerability to tsunami hazards in Cisolok Village. For tsunami hazard, the tsunami hazard map that has been issued by InaRisk BNPB is used, for environmental vulnerability three factors are considered, namely land cover, geomorphology and geology. The method used is spatial analysis and descriptive analysis. As a result, the tsunami hazard map shows Inaris using inundation heights of up to 10 meters with three classifications, namely low, medium, and high. The vulnerability map is divided into three classes where 25.67% has low environmental vulnerability, 30.69% moderate vulnerability and 43.14% high vulnerability."

"ABSTRAK
Galangan kapal adalah industri kontruksi yang memproduksi pembuatan kapal dan
terdapat berbagai macam jenis pekerjaan di dalamnya. Pekerjaan membangun kapal
(shipuilding) merupakan salah satu pekerjaan kontruksi yang sangat kompleks,
dimana terdapat banyak jenis pekerjaan yang harus dikerjakan secara paralel.
Penulis melakukan kajian akan potensi kecelakaan kerja pada proses block erection.
Studi ini menggunakan metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA)
yang merupakan salah satu metode identifikasi kecelakaan kerja dengan penilaian
risiko sebagai salah satu poin penting untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem
Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3). Dilakukannya HIRA
bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi-potensi bahaya yang terdapat disuatu
perusahan untuk dinilai besarnya peluang terjadinya suatu kecelakaan atau
kerugian.

ABSTRACT
Shipyard is a construction industry that produces shipbuilding and there are various
types of work on it. Shipbuilding is one of the construction works are very complex,
where there are many types of work to be done in parallel. The author conducted a
study of the potential of workplace accidents on the block erection process. This
study uses a Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Method (HIRA), whis is
one method of identification of occupational accidents with risk assessment as one
of the key points to implement the Occupational Safety and Health Management
System (SMK3). HIRA does aim to identify the potential hazard that exist in a
company to assess the magnitude of the chances of an accident or loss."
