"Kebijakan percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam hal mewujudkan program pembangunan berkelanjutan. Salah satu dari tujuh agenda tersebut ialah memperkuat infrastruktur untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi dan pelayanan dasar. Upaya tersebut tidak terlepas dari peran industri konstruksi dalam mewujudkan pembangunan di Indonesia. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan, kontraktor utama akan didukung dengan subpenyedia barang jasa (subkontraktor dan vendor) sebagai bagian dalam mewujudkan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi. Perusahaan swasta atau Badan Usaha didirikan dengan tujuan utama ialah untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal termasuk didalamnya perusahaan di sektor konstruksi. Dengan meningkatnya pembangunan di Indonesia disertai dengan peningkatan daya saing dan jumlah penyedia barang dan jasa, sehingga diperlukan seleksi dalam memilih subkontraktor dan vendor yang sesuai dengan kriteria dari kontraktor utama. Kegiatan pengadaan (procurement) barang dan jasa memegang peranan yang penting dan bersifat kritis dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan proyek dan tujuan perusahaan. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan pengujian terhadap kriteria pemilihan subpenyedia barang jasa serta hubungannya dengan peranan dalam memengaruhi keuntungan proyek bagi kontraktor. Diharapkan, kriteria pemilihan subpenyedia barang jasa memiliki hubungan dengan peranan subkontraktor dan vendor dalam memengaruhi keuntungan bagi kontraktor utama

The policy of accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia is one of the main focuses in realizing a sustainable development program. One of the seven agendas is to strengthen infrastructure to support economic development and basic services. These efforts are inseparable from the role of the construction industry in realizing development in Indonesia. In carrying out the work, the main contractor will be supported by goods and service providers (subcontractors and vendors) as part of realizing construction project work. A private company or business entity is established with the main objective being to obtain maximum profits including companies in the construction sector. With the increasing development in Indonesia accompanied by an increase in competitiveness and the number of providers of goods and services, selection is needed in selecting subcontractors and vendors that are in accordance with the criteria of the main contractor. The procurement activities of goods and services play an important and critical role in efforts to achieve project goals and corporate objectives. Thus, research needs to be done on the criteria for selecting suppliers of goods and services and their relationship with the role in influencing project profits for contractors. It is expected that the selection criteria for goods and service providers have a relationship with the role of subcontractors and vendors in influencing project profits for contractors."

"Proses pemilihan vendor merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam supply chain management. Pada perusahaan tambang, vendor alat angkut sangat berpengaruh dalam proses distribusi hasil tambang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kriteria pemilihan jasa vendor truk di perusahaan tambang dengan metode Analytic Hirarchy Process (AHP) dan The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Pada penelitian ini, terdapat lima kriteria utama, yaitu Cost, Quality, Delivery, Service, dan Management yang akan ditentukan bobotnya oleh metode AHP, dan selanjutnya, pemeringkatan vendor akan dilakukan dengan metode TOPSIS. Dari penelitian, didapat bahwa kriteria Quality dan Cost adalah kriteria yang paling penting dalam menilai vendor.

Choosing the right vendor is an important thing in supply chain management. In mining company, truck vendor has a big influence in the distribution process.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the criteria in truck vendor selection using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS).

There are five main criteria in this research: cost, quality, delivery, service, and management. The weight of the criteria is calculated by using AHP, and the vendor ranking is calculated by using TOPSIS. From this research, quality and cost are the most important criteria in selecting vendor."

"Skripsi ini menganalisis hambatan dan kriteria pemilihan pemasok hijau dalam industri konstruksi Indonesia dari perspektif kontraktor. Industri konstruksi merupakan kontributor signifikan terhadap masalah lingkungan selama meningkatnya perhatian lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh urbanisasi yang tidak teratur dan ekspansi industri yang cepat. Pemasok hijau dalam konstruksi berkelanjutan memperkenalkan metodologi yang bertujuan mengatasi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan memfasilitasi integrasi praktik konstruksi berkelanjutan di masa depan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hambatan dan kriteria pemilihan pemasok hijau dalam industri konstruksi di Indonesia, sebagaimana dipersepsikan oleh kontraktor. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode: RII untuk menyelesaikan pertanyaan penelitian pertama dan AHP untuk menyelesaikan pertanyaan penelitian kedua. Penelitian ini menganalisis hambatan yang dihadapi kontraktor saat mengadopsi praktik pemasok hijau, menggunakan metodologi Indeks Kepentingan Relatif (RII). Hambatan-hambatan ini mencakup hambatan ekonomi, teknologi, kesadaran, dan pemerintah. Evaluasi kriteria pemilihan pemasok hijau dari metode AHP didasarkan pada karakteristik perusahaan, tawaran teknis dan komersial, serta aspek sosial-ekonomi. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan pentingnya kriteria ini dalam mempromosikan metode konstruksi berkelanjutan dan meminimalkan dampak lingkungan dalam industri konstruksi di Indonesia.

This undergraduate thesis analyzes obstacles and criteria for green supplier selection in the Indonesian construction industry from a contractor's perspective. The construction industry is a significant contributor to environmental issues during increased environmental concern resulting from unregulated urbanization and rapid industrial expansion. Green suppliers in sustainable construction introduce methodologies that aim to address negative environmental effects and facilitate the integration of sustainable construction practices in the future. The primary aim of this study is to find out the obstacles and criteria for selecting green suppliers in the construction industry of Indonesia, as perceived by contractors. This research employs two methods: RII for solving research question 1 and AHP for solving research question 2. The research analyzes the obstacles that contractors face while adopting green supplier practices, using the Relative Importance Index (RII) methodology. These challenges include economic, technological, awareness, and government obstacles. The evaluation of green suppliers' selection criteria from AHP method is based on firm characteristics, technical and commercial bids, and socio-economic aspects. The results highlight the significance of these criteria in promoting sustainable construction methods and minimizing environmental impacts in Indonesia's construction industry."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang penentuan standar kriteria evaluasi teknis pemilihan kontraktor jasa keamanan, di salah satu perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia.Terdapat 4 kriteria yang digunakan di dalam evaluasi, yaitu: personil kunci, rencana pelaksanaan jasa, kinerja pengamanan dan program HES (Health, Environment & Safety). Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP). ABSTRACT

This thesis discusses about the determination of technical evaluation standard of criteria of security contractor selection in oil and gas company in Indonesia. There are 4 criteria proposed which are: key personnel, work planning, performance of work and HES (Health, Environment & Safety) program. The method used is Analytic Network Process (ANP). The result of this study shows that performance of work got the highest weight, followed consecutively by key personnel, work planning and HES program; while the most influential sub criteria is security consultation."

"Dilihat dari perkembangan mata uang digital yang lahir oleh pencetus Wei Dai pada tahun 1998 hingga berkembang saat ini. Saat ini platform Tokocrypto yang telah secara resmi secara legalitas diawasi oleh Badan Pengawas Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti) Kementrian Perdagangan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis terhadap pemilihan coin cryptocurrency yang digunakan pada aplikasi Tokocrypto dengan menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil pembobotan didapatkan bahwa kriteria pertama yakni kapitalisasi pasar memiliki tingkat bobot yang paling tinggi dan alternatif yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya didapatkan bahwa alternatif A1 (bitcoin) memiliki bobot nilai yang terbesar dengan nilai 1 diikut dengan Ethereum (A9) dengan nilai 0,846 kemudian yang terakhir adalah Polygon (A2) dengan nilai 0,635.

Judging from the development of digital currency that was born by the originator of Wei Dai in 1998 until now. Currently, the Tokocrypto platform is officially supervised by the Ministry of Trade's Commodity Futures Supervisory Agency (Bappebti). The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze the selection of cryptocurrency coins used in the Tokocrypto application using the AHP-TOPSIS method. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that based on the weighting results, it was found that the first criterion, namely market capitalization, has the highest weight level and the alternative selected based on predetermined criteria found that alternative A1 (bitcoin) has the largest value weight with a value of 1 followed by Ethereum (A9) with a value of 0.846 then the last is Polygon (A2) with a value of 0.635."

"Pengambilan keputusan dalam proyek adalah suatu usaha yang kompleks. Proyek adalah organisasi sementara yang dikelilingi oleh ketidakpastian yang melekat. Ketidakpastian yang dapat terjadi dalam proyek antara lain ketidakpastian waktu,biaya, dan kualitas. Untuk mengatasi berbagai kompleksitas tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu evaluasi kinerja proyek. Pada salah satu perusahaan jasa pertambangan minyak dan gas di Indonesia,evaluasi kinerja telah dilakukan, namun dilakukan secara terpisah dan hanya sedikit kriteria yang dievaluasi, sehingga kinerja proyek secara keseluruhan masih belum terlihat. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja pada proyek perusahaan tersebut dengan pendekatan MCDA (Multi-criteria decision analysis) dengan menggunakan metode MACBETH yang dapat memodelkan elemen proyek menjadi suatu kelompok tingkat pengawasan untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan oleh manajer proyek.

Decision-making in a project is a complex undertaking. A project is a temporary organization that is surrounded by inherent uncertainties. Uncertainties that may occur in the project, among others, are the uncertainty of the time, cost, and quality. To overcome this complexity, we need a project performance evaluation. At one of the services the oil and gas in Indonesia, the performance evaluation has been done, but done separately and only few criteria are evaluated, so that the overall project performance is still not visible. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the company's project with the MCDA (Multi-criteria decision analysis) approach using MACBETH method that can model the elements of the project into a supervisory level group to facilitate decision-making by the project manager."

Proses pembangunan kilang termasuk kedalam proyek EPC karena termasuk proyek skala besar yang nilai proyeknya bisa mencapai US 1.122.700,00. Menyadari betapa vitalnya proyek ini, penujukkan kontraktor EPC harus memperhatikan banyak kriteria. Pada penelitian ini metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria yaitu metode AHP dan metode ER dibandingkan dengan proses pemilihan kontraktor EPC di sebuah perusahaan migas skala nasional yang menggunakan metode ON/OFF untuk melihat apakah terjadi perbedaan perusahaan kontraktor yang menjadi pemenang atau tidak.Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan saran kepada perusahaan tersebut metode yang paling tepat untuk diterapkan dalam pemilihan kontraktor EPC. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada setiap metode memiliki hasil pemenang alternatif yang sama yaitu Konsorsium A. Dari hasil penelitian ini metode yang paling tepat adalah tetap menggunakan metode ON/OFF yang sudah diterapkan, dengan sedikit penyesuaian pada tahap akhir yaitu tidak hanya melihat harga penawaran terendah tetapi juga mempertimbangkan nilai masing-masing perusahaan dari tahap kualifikasi teknis

ABSTRACTThe current condition of oil and gas reserves in Indonesia requires the development or refinement of oil refineries to meet the needs of oil and gas. The refinery development process is included in the EPC project as it includes large scale projects whose project value can reach US 1,122,700.00. Recognizing the vital importance of this project, the EPC contractor has to pay attention to many criteria. In this research, multi criteria decision making method is AHP method and ER method compared with the process of selecting EPC contractor in a national scale oil and gas company using ON OFF method to see whether there is a difference of contractor company that won or not. The main purpose of this research is giving suggestions to the company is the most appropriate method to be applied in the selection of EPC contractors. The results of this study indicate that in each method have the same alternative winning result that is Consortium A. From the results of this research the most appropriate method is to keep using the ON OFF method which has been applied, with a slight adjustment in the final stages of not only looking at the lowest bid price but also considering the value of each company from the technical qualification stage."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari mekanisme pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah secara elektronik, dari sejak tahap persiapan/perencanaan kebutuhan, proses pengadaan, dan pengendalian internal pada tahap pelaksanaan pengadaan, terhadap capaian kinerja pengadaan barang/jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme perencanaan kebutuhan, evaluasi penetapan pemenang pada proses pengadaan barang/jasa, dan pengendalian internal belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Hal ini berdampak pada capaian kinerja pengadaan barang/jasa yang tidak maksimal dikarenakan terdapat beberapa output yang tidak memenuhi spesifikasi teknis yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna sehingga tingkat kepuasan dari pengguna tidak optimal.

The aims of this research is to analyze the impact of the mechanism of e procurement practices in governmental sector, since the preparation procurement plan phase, procurement process, and internal control on procurement process, to the performance of procurement. This research is using descriptive analysis method with study case approach. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism of procurement plan, the evaluation of bidding to conclude the tender winner, and the internal control on procurement, have not implemented optimally. This, however, have impact to the performance of the procurement which is not achieved the maximum result since some outputs are not met the specification technic required so it leads to the low rate of users satisfaction."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh jatuhnya harga batubara dan komoditi tambang lainnya yang menyebabkan jatuhnya perusahaan-perusahaan tambang, yang dahulu mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat besar, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh sisi operasional yang boros terutama di proyek atas belanja biaya, selain itu sisi pengendalian atas pengeluaran perusahaan terutama di proyek kurang mendapat perhatian dari pemegang kepentingan di perusahaan, padahal keuangan proyek sangat signifikan mempengaruhi keuangan perusahaan. Dengan data-data yang ada dibuktikan banyak ketidaksesuaian yang dilakukan di proyek dan sangat berisiko terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan.

This research is motivated by falling coal prices and commodities other mines that led to the collapse of mining companies, which used to get huge profits, it is caused by operational side is wasteful, especially in projects on shopping expenses, on the other side of the control over company expenses mainly in the project receive less attention from stakeholders in the company, whereas the project finance significantly affect the company's finances. With the data that is proven many mismatches is done in the project and a greatly increased risk of corporate sustainability."
