Walaupun untuk sebagian besar individu ini adalah hal yang valid, akan tetapi pengangguran tetap ada tanpa peduli tingkat pendidikan individu tersebut. Kini, beberapa orang berargumen tentang kepentingan pendidikan sebagai komponen penting untuk masa depan. Analisis data ini akan memeriksa tingkat pendidikan jenjang atas dan posisinya di lapangan pekerjaan, kemudian pada industri mana tenaga kerja terpusat, memberikan informasi mengenai pendapatan, menyimpulkan korelasi antara satu sama lain dan ditutup dengan saran.

Although this might be the case for most people, there is still unemployment regardless of each education level. There are also some arguments about the necessity of school to be well prepared for own’s future. This data analysis will examine the top education level and the labor force status. Then it will discuss the industry in which most people are employed, provide salary info, summarize the correlation, and finish with suggestions."

"Beban kerja merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam menghitung kebutuhan tenaga. Artinya jumlah tenaga yang dibutuhkan disesuaikan dengan beban kerja yang ada. Metode Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) adalah metode untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja nyata yang dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kerja.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya beban kerja yang ada di Unit Farmasi Rawat Jalan Krakatau Medika Hospital dengan teknik Work sampling dan selanjutnya digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga dengan Metode WISN serta menentukan bagaimana pola pengaturan jadwal tenaga asisten apoteker pada saat peak hours.Penelitian dilakukan di Unit Farmasi Rawat Jalan Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan telaan dokumen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan penggunaan waktu kerja asisten apoteker untuk aktivitas produktif rata-rata 68,41%, hampir mendekati nilai optimal 80%. Apabila waktu yang dipertimbangkan untuk pelayanan utama Unit Farmasi Rawat Jalan Krakatau Medika Hospital adalah pagi dan siang, maka prosentase penggunaan waktu untuk aktivitas produktif adalah 80,17%, sudah melebihi nilai optimal. Hasil penghitungan tenaga dengan Metode WISN didapatkan jumlah tenaga asisten apoteker adalah 34 orang, masih kekurangan tenaga sebanyak 10 orang.Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada Manajemen Rumah Sakit untuk (1) menambah tenaga asisten apoteker sebanyak 8, (2) menambah tenaga untuk administrasi satu orang, (3) membagi jadwal praktek dokter supaya tidak terjadi penumpukan, (4) melakukan sistem komputerisasi untuk data medis dan resep, (5) melakukan sistem desentralisasi untuk pelayanan farmasi, dan (6) meningkatkan kerjasama dokter untuk menggunakan resep sesuai formularium.The workload is one important component in calculating the workforce requirements. That means the amount of workforce needed tailored to the existing workload. Workload Indicators of Staffing method of Need (WISN) is a method to calculate workforce requirements based on real workload undertaken by the workforce.This study aims to determine the size of the existing workload in the Pharmaceutical Unit Ambulatory Krakatau Medika Hospital with work sampling techniques and then used to calculate workforce requirements with WISN method and determine how the pattern of pharmacist's assistant personnel scheduling during peak hours.

The study was conducted at the Pharmaceutical Ambulatory Unit of Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon in May to June 2012. This study is a qualitative research by conducting observations, interviews and documents analysis. The results obtained using an assistant pharmacist working time for productive activities an average of 68.41%, close to the optimal value of 80%. If time is considered for primary care at Pharmaceutical Ambulatory Unit Krakatau Medika Hospital is a morning and afternoon, the percentage use of time for productive activities is 80.17%, already exceeding the value optimal. The result WISN method of calculating the pharmacist's assistant found the amount of force is 34 people, is still a shortage of as many as 10 people.

From the results of this study suggested to the Hospital Management (1) to increase power as much as 8 pharmacist's assistant, (2) add workforce to the administration of a single person, (3) dividing the doctor's schedule so that no buildup, (4) perform a computerized system for data medical and prescription, (5) to a decentralized system for pharmacy services, and (6) enhance cooperation according to doctors to use prescription formulary."
