"Sebagai calon Apoteker yang berperan dalam perkembangan Kesehatan di Indonesia, perlu adanya pendidikan yang mumpuni, salah satunya melalui Program Studi Profesi Apoteker. Dalam membentuk calon-calon Apoteker yang berkualitas, salah satu caranya adalah dengan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang menempatkan mahasiswa-mahasiswa Apoteker di tempat kerja nyata sehingga memiliki pengalaman yang cukup ketika terjun ke dunia kerja nanti. Praktik Kerja dilakukan di PT Saka Farma Laboratories, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan PT Kimia Farma Apotek pada bulan Juli-Desember 2021. Dengan adanya praktik kerja ini, calon Apoteker diharapkan memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan di bidang industri, apotek (farmasi komunitas), pedagang besar farmasi (distributor), dan juga regulator.

As a prospective pharmacist who plays a role in the development of healthcare in Indonesia, it is necessary to have a qualified education, one of which is through the Pharmacist Profession Study Program. In forming qualified pharmacist candidates, one way is through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice which places pharmacist students in real workplaces so that they have sufficient experience when they join the real work life later. Work practices are carried out at PT Saka Farma Laboratories, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, and PT Kimia Farma Apotek in July-December 2021. With this work practices, prospective pharmacists are expected to have experience and knowledge in industry, pharmacies (community pharmacy), pharmaceutical wholesalers (distributors), as well as regulators."

"Profesi apoteker sangat berperan penting dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Calon apoteker harus melakukan praktik kerja secara langsung untuk mempersiapkan diri menjadi seorang apoteker profesional. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA dilaksanakan di 3 tempat, yaitu industri PT Dankos Farma, Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan Apotek Atrika. Penulis mendapatkan kesempatan untuk memahami bagian pemastian mutu di industri PT Dankos Farma dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, sedangkan pada Apotek Atrika, penulis memperoleh kesempatan untuk memahami farmasi klinis. Melalui kegiatan PKPA tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh pengalaman dan wawasan untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian.

Apothecary profession has an important role on pharmacy practice. Apothecary candidates must undertake professional practice directly to prepare themselves to become professional pharmacists. Therefore, apothecary candidates are required to undertake Professional Practice of Apothecary. Professional Practice of Apothecary is held on 3 places, such as PT Dankos Farma Industry, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Distributor, and Apotek Atrika. The author got a chance to comprehend about quality assurance at PT Dankos Farma industry and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Distributor, whereas at Apotek Atrika, the author got a chance to comprehend abour clinical pharmacy. Through Professional Practice of Apothecary, apothecary candidates are expected to get experience and insight to do pharmacy practice.

Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Fatmawati Hospital period of January-February 2022, National Food and Drug Control period of March 2022, and Kimia Farma Pharmacy period of May 2022. Through the activities in the hospital, government, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun 282 merupakan Apotek yang berada di daerah KS Tubun, Palmerah dengan lokasi yang cukup strategis karna akses jalan cukup ramai dan dekat dengan dua rumah sakit yaitu RS Bhakti Mulia dan RS Pelni. Meskipun telah memiliki banyak pelanggan setelah beroperasi puluhan tahun, namun belakangan ini Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun mengalami penurunan omset yang kemungkinan besar dipengaruhi oleh penurunan jumlah dan kepuasan pelanggan. Laporan analisis ini mengukur dan mengevaluasi tingkat kualitas pelayanan di Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun, serta aspek apa yang perlu diperbaiki oleh Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun guna dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sehingga diharapkan juga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan.

Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun 282 is a pharmacy located in the KS Tubun, Palmerah area with a strategic location because the road access is quite crowded and close to two hospitals, namely Bhakti Mulia Hospital and Pelni Hospital. Even though it has had many customers after decades of operation, recently Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun has experienced a decline in turnover which is most likely influenced by a decrease in the number and customer satisfaction. This analysis report needs to be carried out to measure and evaluate the level of service quality at Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun, as well as what aspects need to be improved by Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun in order to improve service quality so that it is also expected to increase sales turnover."

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam berbagai aspek dari obat yang dimulai dari proses penemuan obat hingga sampai di tangan konsumen. Dikarenakan kompleksnya bidang tersebut, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. Pharmacists play an important role in in various aspects of drug starting from the drug discovery process until it reaches the consumer. Due to the complexity of the field, a pharmacist is required to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. One form of participation is carried out by holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) which is carried out by prospective pharmacists as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and to improve competence before entering the professional world. Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, PT SamMarie Tramedifa, and PT Pfizer Indonesia are one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January – May 2022. Through the activities in pharmacy, pharmaceutical pharmaceutical wholesalers & distributin, and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pekerjaan kefarmasian meliputi pembuatan, pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengelolaan, pelayanan resep obat, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa profesi apoteker sebagai calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami peran tersebut melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Pelaksanaan PKPA bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat terlibat secara langsung untuk mengamati dan berpraktik di bawah pengawasan apoteker di instansi sebagai pembimbing sehingga mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya sebelum masuk dalam dunia kerja. PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode Januari 2022, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan periode Maret 2022, dan PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia periode April – Mei 2022. Setelah PKPA ini dilaksanakan, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat meningkatkan wawasan, keterampilan dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang akan dilakukan.

Pharmaceutical work includes manufacturing, quality control of pharmaceutical preparations, security, procurement, storage, distribution, management, drug prescription services, drug information services, and drug development. Therefore, students of the pharmacist profession as prospective pharmacists were expected to understand this role through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA). The implementation of PKPA aims to enable students to be directly involved in observing and practicing under the supervision of pharmacists in the agency as supervisors so that students can improve their competencies before entering the world of work. PKPA implementation was carried out at the Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for the January 2022 period, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency for the March 2022 period, and PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia for the period April – May 2022. After the PKPA was implemented, prospective pharmacists could increase the insight, skills, and experience needed in the pharmaceutical work to be carried out."

Oleh karena itu, Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT. Hexpharm Jaya untuk menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Kegiatan PKPA ini calon apoteker mendapatkan tugas untuk mengamati serta mempelajari langsung kegiatan yang dilasanakan pada PT. Hexpharm Jaya. Pelaksanaan praktek kerja berlangsung dari 01 November – 31 Desember 2021. Dalam pelaksanaan PKPA ini mahasiswa diberikan beberapa tugas khusus untuk mendalami dan mempelajari langsung kegiatan di PT. Hexpharm Jaya. Selain itu, Universitas Indonesia juga bekerja sama dengan Apotek Roxy Poltangan untuk menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Kegiata PKPA ini calon apoteker mendapatkan tugas praktek kerja berlangsung dari 01 September-31 September 2021. Dalam pelaksanaan PKPA ini mahasiswa diberikan beberapa tugas khusus untuk mendalami dan mempelajari langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek.

In implementing this PKPA, students are given several special tasks to explore and learn firsthand the activities at PT. Hexpharm Jaya. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan untuk mengamati kegiatan distribusi obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dalam ruang lingkup Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker di PBF secara profesional, serta secara khusus melakukan identifikasi permasalahan pada proses pendaftaran customer baru kemudian mengembangkan inovasi pada eZView PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma 382 bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek secara umum, mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker di apotek secara profesional, serta secara khusus menganalisis kerasionalan peresepan terhadap pasien diabetes melitus di Apotek Kimia Farma 382.

Pharmacy Professional Internship at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital aims to analyze the general description of pharmaceutical service activities in hospitals, analyze the roles and functions of pharmacists in hospitals professionally, and specifically analyze the list of drugs and therapeutic classes in the Universitas Indonesia Hospital Formulary for the 2020 Period towards the 2022 National Formulary. The Pharmacy Professional Internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari aims to observe the distribution of drugs and medical consumables within the scope of Major Pharmaceutical Supplier, to know the roles and functions of pharmacists in Major Pharmaceutical Supplier professionally, and specifically to identify problems in the new customer registration process then develop innovations on eZView at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. The Pharmacy Professional Internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 382 aims to analyze the activities of pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy in general, to know the role and function of pharmacists in the pharmacy in a professional manner, and specifically to determine the rationality of prescribing to diabetes mellitus patients at Kimia Farma 382 Pharmacy."
