"Employee engagement atau keterlibatan karyawan merupakan salah satu persoalan yang sering dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Suatu perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan dan kesuksesannya, salah satunya karena kinerja karyawan. Maka dari itu, perusahaan harus berupaya untuk dapat mempertahankan karyawannya agar tetap loyal dengan membuat karyawan merasa terlibat. Dalam mencapai employee engagement, terdapat beberapa factor yang diduga mempengaruhinya, yaitu internal communication satisfaction, corporate culture, perceived organizational support, dan employer branding. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai bagaimana keterlibatan keempat factor tersebut dalam mempengaruhi employee engagement. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan subjek merupakan karyawan PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) yang berjumlah 266 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hanya internal communication satisfaction dan corporate culture yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement sedangkan perceived organizational support dan employer branding tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Selain itu, pada uji koefisien determinasi, keseluruhan variabel independen terbukti memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 62,9%, sedangkan lainnya sebanyak 37,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar variabel independen dalam penelitian ini

Employee engagement is one of the problems that are often faced by companies. A company can achieve its goals and success, one of which is because of employee performance. Therefore, companies must strive to be able to keep their employees loyal by making employees feel involved. In achieving employee engagement, there are several factors that are thought to influence it, namely internal communication satisfaction, corporate culture, perceived organizational support, and employer branding. This study examines how the involvement of these four factors in influencing employee engagement. This research is a quantitative research by distributing online questionnaires. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling with the subject being PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) employees, totaling 266 respondents. The results showed that only internal communication satisfaction and corporate culture had a significant positive effect on employee engagement, while perceived organizational support and employer branding had no effect on employee engagement. In addition, in the coefficient of determination test, all independent variables proved to have an influence contribution to the dependent variable by 62.9%, while 37.1% were influenced by other factors outside the independent variables in this study."

sektor publik dilakukan agar terwujud pemerintahan yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini
menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial untuk mengamati pengaruh internal communication
satisfaction dan perceived organizational support terhadap readiness to change yang
dimediasi employee engagement untuk mendukung pembaruan pada pegawai Lembaga Fiskal
Pusat (LFP). Hasil analisis data dari 387 responden pegawai LFP menunjukkan bahwa 7
hipotesis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara 3 hipotesis ditemukan tidak
signifikan. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui metode survei dengan mengirim kuesioner
daring kepada responden. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
dengan aplikasi Lisrel 8.8.

The structuring of the organizational framework, coupled with the improvement of
workflow and business processes in the public sector, is undertaken to achieve effective and
efficient governance. This research utilizes social exchange theory to examine the influence
of internal communication satisfaction and perceived organizational support on readiness to
change, mediated by employee engagement, to support reforms among employees of the
Central Fiscal Agency. The results of data analysis from 387 respondents of Central Fiscal
Agency employees indicate that seven hypotheses have a positive and significant influence,
while three hypotheses are found to be not significant. Primary data were collected through a
survey method by sending online questionnaires to respondents. Hypotheses were tested using
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 application.

"Studi ini menyelidiki peran keterikatan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keinginan karyawan untuk terus bekerja di perusahaan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterikatan karyawan, kepuasan kerja, dan dukungan organisasi mempengaruhi keinginan karyawan untuk tetap bersama perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya dukungan organisasi dalam meningkatkan keinginan karyawan untuk tetap bekerja diperusahaan yang dapat dilihat dari tingkat keterikatan karyawan dan juga kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Yodya Karya (Persero). Analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini dapat membantu untuk lebih memahami bahwa keinginan tinggal karyawan di perusahaan harus didukung yang dapat dilihat dari kepuasan kerja.

This study investigates the role of employee engagement and job satisfaction in the relationship between perceived organizational support and employees' intention to stay at the company. The main objective of this study is to determine how employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational support perceptions affect employees' intention to stay with the company. Given the importance of organizational support in increasing employees' intention to stay working in the company, which can be seen from the level of employee engagement and also job satisfaction of PT Yodya Karya (Persero) employees. Quantitative analysis with Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) technique is used to test the effect of perceived organizational support. The result of the study is that there is a positive influence between perceived organizational support on employees' intention to stay in the company mediated by job satisfaction. This finding can help to better understand that employees' intention to stay in the company must be supported which can be seen from job satisfaction."

Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 135 karyawan di kantor pusat PT. XYZ.
Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linier
sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada
penelitian ini adalah Pay Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) yang dikembangkan
oleh Heneman dan Schwab (1985), Survey of Perceived Organizational Support
(SPOS) yang dikembangkan oleh Eisenberger, Huntington, Hutchison dan Sowa
(1986) dan disederhanakan oleh Holt, Bartczak, Clark da Trent (2007), dan
Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) yang dikembangkan oleh Schaufeli dan
Bakker (2003) dan disederhanakan oleh Seppala, Mauno, Fedlt, Hakanen,
Kinnunen, Tolvanen, dan Schaufeli (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
pay satisfaction dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to analyze the effect of pay satisfaction and
perceived organizational support on employee engagement at PT. XYZ.

"Organisasi harus memiliki kinerja pertumbuhan yang baik dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Kinerja organisasi menjadi salah satu bagian yang utama untuk menaikkan pertumbuhan organisasi, dimana didukung oleh kinerja karyawan, serta variabel lain yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat analisis tentang pengaruh persepsi karyawan tentang budaya organisasi (perceived organizational culture) terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruhnya melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan. Penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk menjawab justifikasi perbedaan hipotesis penelitian sebelumnya. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap karyawan yang bekerja minimal satu tahun di salah satu perusahaan coating. Ukuran sampel adalah populasi perusahaan. Pengujian pada satu perusahaan dikarenakan terdapat fenomena studi kasus yang sesuai dengan teori. Data dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling, yang dibantu oleh software SmartPLS. Dalam hasil yang ditemukan, penelitian membuktikan ternyata persepsi karyawan tentang budaya organisasi dapat memengaruhi dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, juga memengaruhi komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja, dimana kedua variabel yang dimaksud juga dapat memediasi persepsi karyawan tentang budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dengan kata lain, kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan. Kepuasan kerja juga dapat meningkatkan dan memengaruhi komitmen karyawan. Keterbaruan dan keaslian dalam studi ini, adalah menemukan indikasi pengaruh hubungan perceived organizational culture dengan kinerja karyawan, pengaruh antar variabel seperti kepuasan kerja, komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan merupakan penelitian yang memperluas teori pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penggunaan variabel mediasi juga menambahkan perluasan dan perkembangan teori. Penelitian pada perusahaan jasa coating juga merupakan hal baru yang dibangun untuk melengkapi hubungan antar variabel dalam organisasi untuk berbagai jenis industri jasa.

Organizations had to maintain a good growth performance in facing global challenges. Organizational performance was one of the main parts to increase organizational growth, which was supported by employee performance, as well as other variables those influenced it. The research was aimed to analyze of the influence that Perceived Organizational Culture (POC) has on employee performance, as well as the mediating effect of job satisfaction and employee commitment. Research is also used to answer the justification for differences in previous research hypotheses. The methodology of this research is quantitative, by distributing questionnaires to employees who have worked for at least one year in a coating company. The sample size is the company population. Testing on one company because there is a case study phenomenon that is in accordance with the theory. Data were analyzed by Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling, assisted by SmartPLS software. In the results found, research proves that perceived organizational culture can influence and improve employee performance, also affect organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, where the two variables in question can also mediate perceived organizational culture to improve employee performance. On the other words, employee performance can be improved by increasing job satisfaction and employee commitment. Job satisfaction can also increase and affect employee commitment. The novelty and originality in this study, namely finding indications of the influence of the relationship between perceived organizational culture and employee performance, the affect between variables such as job satisfaction, employee commitment to employee performance is research that expands theory on previous studies. The use of mediation also adds expansion and development of theory. Research on coating service companies is also a new thing that was built to complement the relationships between variables in organizations for various types of service industries."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap job satisfaction dan employee engagement. Perceived organizational support diukur menggunakan teori Eisenberger (2002) yang meliputi 3 (tiga) indikator berupa keadilan, dukungan atasan langsung, serta penghargaan dan kondisi kerja. Job satisfaction diukur menggunakan instrumen dari Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (MOAQ) (Cammann et al. dalam Nathan dan Gregory D., 2008). Sedangkan pengukuran employee engagement dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) dengan 3 (tiga) indikator berupa vigor, dedication, dan absorption (Schaufeli, 2002). Penelitian kuantitatif ini memperoleh data melalui survei yang dilakukan kepada 88 orang responden, yang merupakan pegawai tetap Y University Group di PT Bank X (Persero) Tbk. dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil yang diperoleh mengindikasikan bahwa perceived organizational support mempengaruhi job satisfaction dan employee engagement secara signifikan.

This research aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction and employee engagement. Theory of Eisenberger (2002) which includes 3 (three) indicators, such as fairness, support from the Manager, rewards and work condition were used in order to measure the perceived organizational support. The instruments of Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (MOAQ) (Cammann et al. on Nathan and Gregory D., 2008) were used to measure job satisfaction, while to measure employee engagement, this research used UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) with 3 (three) indicators include vigor, dedication, and absorption (Schaufeli, 2002). This quantitative research collected data through a survey which was conducted on 88 permanent employees of Y University Group at PT Bank X (Persero) Tbk. by simple random sampling method. Data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. This research found that perceived organizational support was significantly related with job satisfaction and employee engagement."

Hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan peran employee engagement dalam perannya sebagai mediator. Studi ini menganalisis dampak dari employer branding dalam startup teknologi dari sudut pandang karyawan yang ada di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and various aspects of employer branding, as well as whether organizational identification functions as a mediating factor between the two. The reliability and validity of the model have been addressed through Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has been used to determine the contribution of employer branding through organizational commitment. Findings indicate that developmental values, an aspect of employer branding, as well as organizational identification, are important predictors of affective organizational commitment. The research results also highlight the role of employee engagement as a mediator. This study analyzes the impact of employer branding in the technology startup businesses from the perspective of employees in developing countries like Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengivestigasi pengaruh employer branding terhadap employee retention dengan peran mediasi job satisfaction, organizational identification, dan career development. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei kuesioner yang melibatkan 400 pekerja di perusahaan teknologi Jabodetabek. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Lisrel 8.8 dan ditemukan bahwa employer branding memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, organizational identification, dan career development. Namun, dari tiga mediasi yang digunakan, hanya satu yang berpengaruh signifikan, yaitu job satisfaction. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meski employer branding berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel lainnya, hanya job satisfcation yang memiliki peran mediasi terhadap intensi karyawan untuk tetap bertahan di perusahaan teknologi Jabodetabek.

This study aims to investigate the effect of employer branding on employee retention with the mediating role of job satisfaction, organizational identification, and career development. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire survey involving 400 workers in Jabodetabek technology companies. Data processing was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software and it was found that employer branding has a significant influence on job satisfaction, organizational identification, and career development. However, of the three mediations used, only one had a significant effect, namely job satisfaction. Thus, this study shows that although employer branding has a positive effect on other variables, only job satisfaction has a mediating role on employee intention to stay in Jabodetabek technology companies."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh media komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui budaya perusahaan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Dalam penelitian kali ini, ada tiga media komunikasi internal BRI yang akan diuji, yaitu Digital Office, BRISmart, dan BRIShare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 204 orang yang merupakan karyawan BRI yang berada di kantor pusat, mulai dari karyawan tetap, kontrak, dan trainee.
Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa ketiga media komunikasi internal tersebut berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja. Ketiga media komunikasi internal tersebut juga berpengaruh terhadap budaya perusahaan. Selain itu, dengan menggunakan causal steps yang dikembangkan oleh Baron & Kenny (1986) untuk menentukan hasil mediasi, diketahui bahwa dua media dimediasi secara parsial oleh budaya perusahaan dan satu media dimediasi secara penuh oleh budaya perusahaan.

This study aims to examine the effect of internal communication media on employee performance through corporate culture at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. There are three internal communication media of BRI to be tested in this research, namely Digital Office, BRISmart, and BRIShare. This study uses quantitative methods with survey as the data collection technique by distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study are 204 people who are employees of BRI located at head office, starting from permanent employees, temporary employees, and the trainees as well.
From the data analysis, it is known that these internal communication media have an effect on the employee performance. These media also affect the corporate culture. Furthermore, using the causal steps developed by Baron & Kenny (1986) to determine the outcome of mediation, it is known that there are two media that are mediated partially by the corporate culture and the other one are fully mediated by the corporate culture.

"Corporate social responsibility dalam dunia bisnis merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan sebagai bentuk kontribusi kembali terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar. Namun, pada masa sekarang ini istilah CSR tidak hanya untuk menggambarkan tanggung jawab perusahaan kepada lingkungan dan masyarakat, tetapi lingkup CSR saat ini juga meluas kepada bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap corporate reputation pada pegawai PT Aneka Tambang Tbk melalui employer branding sebagai variabel mediasi. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 212 pegawai PT Aneka Tambang Tbk yang mengetahui pelaksanaan program CSR di perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari corporate social responsibility terhadap corporate reputation melalui employer branding. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memanfaatkan CSR dalam membangun employer branding dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan.

In the business world, corporate social responsibility is an obligation that must be carried out by companies as a form of contribution to the environment and local communities. However, nowadays the term of CSR not only describes the company's responsibility towards the environment and society, but the scope of CSR now also extends to the company's responsibility towards employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility on company reputation for employees of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk through employer branding as a mediating variable. Questionnaires were distributed to 212 employees of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk who were aware of the implementation of the CSR program at the company. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) method using SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of corporate social responsibility on company reputation through employer branding. This research provides recommendations for utilizing CSR in building employer branding and improving company reputation."
