"Registrasi obat berkaitan erat dengan proses pengembangan obat. Maka seiring berjalannya waktu dapat terjadi perubahan pada aspek administratif, khasiat, keamanan, mutu, dan/atau informasi produk dan label pada obat yang telah diregistrasi sebelumnya dan telah memiliki izin edar di Indonesia. Registrasi terhadap perubahan tersebut penting untuk dilakukan sehingga pemerintah dapat mengawasi dan memastikan bahwa obat yang mengalami perubahan tetap memenuhi persyaratan khasiat, keamanan dan mutu sehingga masyarakat tetap terlindungi. Terdapat tiga jenis registrasi variasi, yaitu variasi major, minor, dan notifikasi. Pada laporan tugas khusus ini akan dibahas mengenai registrasi variasi major produk X di PT Abbott Indonesia dimulai dari pemilihan kategori, dokumen yang diperlukan, alur registrasi variasi major hingga surat persetujuan registrasi variasi. Obat merupakan salah satu hal esensial dalam kehidupan manusia. Namun, terdapat obat – obatan yang mempengaruhi kesadaran serta aktivitas mental dan perilaku, yang dapat menyebabkan ketergantungan, dan obat lainnya yang apabila disalahgunakan atau digunakan tanpa pengendalian dan pengawasan yang ketat dan saksama dapat menimbulkan kerugian terhadap kehidupan manusia, kehidupan bangsa, hingga mengancam ketahanan nasional. Maka terdapat peraturan khusus bagi obat-obatan yang tergolong kedalam narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan obat-obatan tertentu termasuk mengenai pengelolaan dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Laporan tugas khusus ini akan menganalisis tren penjualan obat golongan narkotika, prekursor, dan obat-obatan tertentu yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan. Selain itu, sebagai bagian dari pelayanan farmasi klinik, laporan tugas khusus ini juga melakukan pengkajian resep dari sisi administratif, farmasetik, dan klinik bagi resep yang mengandung narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan obat-obatan tertentu sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.

Drug registration is closely related to the drug development process. As time goes by, there may be changes in administrative aspects, efficacy, safety, quality, and/or product information and labels on drugs that have been previously registered and already have distribution permits in Indonesia. It is important to register for these changes so that the government can monitor and ensure that drugs that have undergone changes still meet the requirements for efficacy, safety and quality so that the public is protected. There are three types of variation registration, namely major, minor, and notification variations. In this report, we will discuss the registration of the major variation of product X at PT Abbott Indonesia starting from the selection of categories, the required documents, the registration process for the major variations to the variation registration approval letter. Medicine is one of the essential things in human life. However, there are drugs that affect awareness, mental activity and behavior, which can cause addiction, and other drugs which if misused or used without strict and careful control and supervision can cause harm to human life, the life of the nation, and even threaten national security. So there are special regulations for drugs that are classified as narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and certain drugs, including the management and services of clinical pharmacy. This special task report will analyze the sales trend of narcotics, precursors, and certain drugs that affect management. In addition, as part of clinical pharmacy services, this special task report also reviews prescriptions from the administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical perspectives for prescriptions containing narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and certain drugs in accordance with applicable regulations."

"Program profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu jenjang pendidikan yang harus ditempuh oleh calon apoteker supaya dapat lulus dan mendapat gelar apoteker. Dalam menempuh pendidikan profesi apoteker, terdapat kegiatan berupa Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang wajib diikuti oleh seluruh calon apoteker dengan tujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu kefarmasian, melatih kemampuan, serta memberikan gambaran dunia kerja bagi calon apoteker. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan di dua tempat, yaitu di PT Abbott Indonesia dan Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu pada periode bulan Januari – Mei 2022. Melalui kegiatan PKP A ini diharapkan calon apoteker dapat menerapkan ilmu kefarmasiannya dengan baik, mengetahui perannya sebagai apoteker, serta memiliki kompetensi yang baik sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik bagi dunia kesehatan maupun dalam industri farmasi.

The profession of apothecary program is one of the educational levels that must be taken by apothecary student in order to graduate and get an apothecary professional degree. In taking apothecary professional education, there are activities in the form of Work Practice for Profession of Apothecary (PKPA) which must be followed by all apothecary student with the aim of applying pharmaceutical science, training skills, and providing an overview of the world of work for apothecary student. Work Practice for Profession of Apothecary (PKPA) are carried out in two places, namely PT Abbott Indonesia and Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in the period January – May 2022. Through this PKPA activity, it is hoped that apothecary student can apply their pharmaceutical knowledge well, know their role as pharmacists, and have good competence so that they can provide good services for the world of health and in the pharmaceutical industry."

"Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas lebih dalam mengenai penatalaksanaan registrasi variasi obat X dari PT Abbott Indonesia dengan fokus pada peran apoteker di bagian Regulatory Affairs dalam memastikan khasiat, keamanan, dan mutu obat sebelum diedarkan. Proses registrasi obat melibatkan dua tahapan utama, yaitu praregistrasi dan registrasi. Praregistrasi melibatkan penyaringan berkas registrasi produk, termasuk penentuan kategori, jalur, biaya evaluasi, dan dokumen registrasi. Setelah apoteker menyerahkan dokumen praregistrasi, pendaftar membayar biaya praregistrasi, dan Badan POM melakukan evaluasi. Hasil praregistrasi diperoleh dalam bentuk surat yang digunakan pada tahap registrasi. Proses registrasi, mirip dengan praregistrasi, melibatkan persetujuan registrasi variasi oleh Badan POM. Hasil persetujuan dapat berupa Nomor Izin Edar (NIE) atau surat persetujuan registrasi variasi. Dengan izin edar, produk dapat dipasarkan dengan jaminan khasiat, keamanan, dan mutu oleh Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan. Apoteker di Regulatory Affairs memainkan peran kunci dalam memastikan bahwa proses registrasi dilakukan sesuai prosedur dan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran apoteker dalam menangani perubahan pada produk dan memastikan keselamatan pasien. Keselamatan pasien dijamin melalui penerapan registrasi obat yang tepat pada waktunya. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya peran apoteker dalam menjaga kualitas produk farmasi sejak tahap registrasi hingga pemantauan setelah produk beredar di pasaran. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat membantu memperbaiki dan memperkuat proses registrasi obat di industri farmasi, menjamin kualitas produk, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap obat yang beredar di pasaran.

This study aims to review in more depth the management of registration of drug variation X from PT Abbott Indonesia with a focus on the role of pharmacists in the Regulatory Affairs section in ensuring the efficacy, safety and quality of drugs before distribution. The drug registration process involves two main stages, namely preregistration and registration. Preregistration involves screening product registration files, including determining category, route, evaluation fees, and registration documents. After the pharmacist submits the pre-registration documents, the registrant pays the pre-registration fee, and the POM conducts an evaluation. Pre-registration results are obtained in the form of a letter which is used at the registration stage. The registration process, similar to preregistration, involves approval of variation registration by the POM. The approval result can be in the form of a Distribution Permit Number (NIE) or variation registration approval letter. With a distribution permit, the product can be marketed with a guarantee of efficacy, safety and quality by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. Pharmacists in Regulatory Affairs play a key role in ensuring that the registration process is carried out according to procedures and on time. This research also highlights the role of pharmacists in dealing with changes to products and ensuring patient safety. Patient safety is guaranteed through the implementation of timely drug registration. The results of this research provide an indepth understanding of the important role of pharmacists in maintaining the quality of pharmaceutical products from the registration stage to monitoring after the product is on the market. The practical implications of this research can help improve and strengthen the drug registration process in the pharmaceutical industry, guarantee product quality, and increase public trust in drugs on the market."

"Apoteker dalam prakteknya didasarkan pada pedoman yang diatur dalam undang-undang. Apoteker klinis berperan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan obat, sedangkan apoteker di industri berperan dalam menjamin mutu produksi obat. Diantara penyimpangan mutu yang terjadi adalah penyimpanan obat yang tidak tepat dan kejadian di luar spesifikasi ( Out Of Spesification /OOS ) selama produksi. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan obat di apotek dan menginvestigasi penyimpangan terhadap produk “x” BN ss6 yang memiliki nilai viskositas di luar spesifikasi. Evalusi dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan kulitatif dan kuantitatif. Investigasi dilakukan untuk mencari akar masalah dengan metode Fish Bone. Hasil evalusi menunjukan penyimpanan obat yang sesuai ketentuan sebanyak 89,4%. Hasil investigasi menunjukan bahwa faktor perubahan sumber bahan baku dapat mempengaruhi produk akhir walaupun secara skala pilot sudah memenuhi syarat.

Pharmacists in practice are based on guidelines regulated by law. Clinical pharmacists play a role in improving drug services, while pharmacists in industry play a role in ensuring the quality of drug production. Among the quality deviations that occur are inappropriate drug storage and out of specification (OOS) events during production.

This scientific work aims to evaluate drug storage in pharmacies and investigate deviations from product “x” BN ss6 which has a viscosity value outside the specification. Evaluation is done by means of qualitative and quantitative observations. An investigation was conducted to find the root of the problem using the Fish Bone method. The results of the evaluation showed that the storage of drugs in accordance with the provisions was 89.4%.

The results of the investigation show that the change in the source of raw materials can affect the final product even though on a pilot scale it has met the requirements."

"Kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang dilaksanakan di apotek salah satunya mencakup pengkajian dan pelayanan resep. Resep yang dilayani di apotek cukup beragam, mulai dari resep untuk penyakit akut maupun kronis seperti diabetes.Tujuan dari skrining dan analisis resep obat antidiabetes adalah untuk mengetahui obat antidiabetes yang diresepkan oleh dokter, mengetahui jumlah resep yang mengandung obat antidiabetes, serta menilai kerasionalan penggunaan obat antidiabetes pada resep yang dilayani di Apotek Roxy Biak selama periode Juli 2022. Dari seluruh resep yang masuk selama periode tersebut, resep yang mengandung obat antidiabetes dicatat dan dikumpulkan data, kemudian dipilih dua resep untuk dikaji kelengkapan resep berdasarkan aspek administratif, farmasetik, serta klinis. Pengkajian 2 (dua) resep antidiabetes di Apotek Roxy Biak dilihat dari aspek administratif, farmasetika dan klinis sudah sesuai. Namun pada aspek administratif penulisan umur dan berat badan pasien tidak dituliskan. Aspek administratif terkait umur dan berat badan perlu dikonfirmasi kembali kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien yang mengambil obat di apotek, hal ini penting untuk mengkaji ketepatan pengobatan yang akan diterima oleh pasien.

One of the clinical pharmacy service activities carried out in pharmacies includes assessment and prescription services. The prescriptions served in pharmacies are quite diverse, ranging from prescriptions for acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes. The purpose of screening and analysis of anti-diabetic drug prescriptions is to find out the anti-diabetic drugs prescribed by doctors, to find out the number of prescriptions containing anti-diabetic drugs, and to assess the rationale for drug use. antidiabetic prescriptions served at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy during the period July 2022. Of all prescriptions received during this period, prescriptions containing antidiabetic drugs were recorded and data collected, then two recipes were selected to review the completeness of the prescription based on administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. The review of 2 (two) antidiabetic prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy from an administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical perspective was appropriate. However, in the administrative aspect, the patient's age and weight were not written down. Administrative aspects related to age and weight need to be confirmed again with the patient or the patient's family who picks up the drug at the pharmacy, this is important to assess the accuracy of the treatment that the patient will receive."

Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani prktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Aspiring pharmacists who have done PKPA are expected to be able to carry out their roles and apply their insights, knowledge, skills and experience in the real world of work so that later can become professional and competent pharmacists in carrying out the pharmaceutical practice."

Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada quality control telah sesuai dengan penerapan CPOB dan GMP untuk memastikan hasil produk yang konsisten sesuai persyaratan kualitas, keamanan, dan kemanjuran; Badan POM bertugas untuk melakukan pengawasan Obat dan Makanan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, dengan berkoordinasi dengan Menteri Kesehatan dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden; Apotek Roxy Poltangan melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

Pharmaceutical fields carry out Pharmaceutical Work in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, hospitals, or in government such as the Food and Drug Administration. This study has several objectives, to determine the process of testing QC and the cost of analysis in the laboratory of the Quality Control Department at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; increase the knowledge and experience of prospective Pharmacists so that they can understand the supervision of Drugs and Food carried out by BPOM, as well as contribute as a pharmacist in the community; determine the suitability of patient prescriptions for administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical studies, as well as to carry out pharmaceutical practices in the form of drug counselling to patients at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, South Jakarta for the period 01 – 30 November 2021. Data were obtained from the standard procedure documents for raw materials and packaging finished goods products; obtained from all UPTs in Indonesia which are accessed through SIPT (Integrated Monitoring Information System); prescriptions are obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi, especially in quality control, has complied with the implementation of GMP and GMP to ensure consistent product results according to quality, safety, and efficacy requirements; BPOM Agency is in charge of supervising Drugs and Food by the provisions of the legislation, in coordination with the Minister of Health and is responsible to the President; Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work that is by applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by the drug dispensing."

"Praktik kefarmasian oleh apoteker memiliki peran yang penting pada lingkungan masyarakat seperti halnya di apotek, apoteker berperan dalam memberikan konseling kepada pasien dengan kondisi tertentu. Pharmacy practice by pharmacists has an important role in the community environment as in pharmacies, Pharmacists could play a role in providing counseling to patients with certain conditions. This special assignment report summarizes the Pharmacist Professional Internship Program that the author carried out at Apotek Roxy Poltangan. This work was created with the objective of broadening author’s insight regarding prescription review and counseling services, which are the responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy. The internship program was accomplished through observation, implementation of activities with supervision, and independent or direct activities of pharmaceutical services. The author had the opportunity to review and serve daily prescriptions as well as compiling certain prescriptions and then providing counseling services for the corresponding Apotek Roxy Poltangan patients."
