"Sebagai gambaran bagi calon Apoteker dalam memahami peran dan tugas di berbagai bidang pekerjaan, maka perlu dilakukan praktik kerja profesi Apoteker. Pada praktik kerja dilakukan pembelajaran secara pengamatan langsung dan diberikan kesempatan langsung untuk melakukan analisis masalah yang terjadi pada masing-masing unit kerja. Oleh karena itu, pada laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai analisis masalah beserta solusi yang dapat diajukan pada setiap tempat praktik kerja. Praktik kerja dilakukan di PT. Takeda Indonesia sebagai gambaran peran Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Penulis mendapat kesempatan untuk mengerjakan tugas khusus mengenai kajian perubahan sistem Conveyor pada proses pengemasan sekunder produk VC terhadap line balancing di Line 4. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan rancangan model line balancing yang efisien dan safety untuk keseimbangan jalur pengemasan setelah dilakukan perubahan sistem conveyor. Selain pada bidang industri, praktik kerja juga dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. Penulis mendapat kesempatan untuk mengerjakan tugas khusus mengenai pengkajian resep yang mengandung obat Lansoprazole untuk penyakit Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) pada periode Oktober 2021. Dari hasil pengkajian resep tersebut, diharapkan dapat diketahui apakah resep yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan administratif, ketentuan farmasetis, dan ketentuan klinis.

As an illustration for prospective pharmacists in understanding the roles and duties in various fields of work, it is necessary to practice the pharmacy profession. In practical work, directed learning is carried out and given direct opportunities to analyze problems that occur in each work unit. Therefore, in this work practice report, we will discuss the problem analysis and solutions that can be proposed at each work practice place. Work practices carried out in PT. Takeda Indonesia as an illustration of the role of Pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The author had the opportunity to work on a special task regarding changes to the conveyor system in the packaging process of VC secondary products for line balancing in Line 4. In addition to the industrial sector, work practices are also carried out at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy. The author has the opportunity to do a special task regarding the study of prescriptions containing the drug Lansoprazole for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) in the period October 2021. From the results of the review of the prescription, it is hoped that it will be known whether the prescription given is in accordance with administrative provisions, pharmaceutical provisions, and clinical provisions."

"Pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek salah satunya adalah pengkajian resep, Pengkajian resep dilakukan untuk menganalisa masalah terkait obat dan upaya pencegahan terjadinya medication error. Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu melakukan pengkajian resep pada semua resep yang masuk ke Apotek. Salah satu resep yang masuk adalah mengenai penyakin BPH pada bulan November. Tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini agar calon Apoteker memahami pelaksanaan pengkajian resep di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu secara aktual di lapangan sesuai dengan Peraturan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menganalisis rekaman data atau resep yang masuk ke Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu pada bulan November tahun 2021. Setelah melakukan analasisi data dihasilkan kesimpulan proses pengkajian resep di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu meliputi pengkajian administratif yaitu pemeriksaan identitas dokter dan pasien. Pengkajian farmasetik meliputi hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan aspek formulasi obat secara fisik. Pengkajian klinis meliputi kesesuaian obat dengan keadaan pasien. Proeses pengkajian resep yang dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 73 tahun 2016 mengenai Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek dan Petunjuk Teknis Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Pemenuhan aspek dalam Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di Industri Famasi salah satunya adalah memastikan bahwa metode analisis yang digunakan telah memenuhi syarat. Pembuktian dalam persyaratan tersebut adalah dilakukannya verifikasi metode analisis. Verifikasi metode analisis dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa metode analisis yang tercantum dalam kompendial dapat digunakan pada laboratorium di Industri. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan proses verifikasi metode analisis untuk bahan baku Piridoksin Hidroklorida (Vitamin B6) di PT.Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses Verifikasi Metode Analisis di PT.Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. Metode yang digunakan observasi secara langsung dan pengolahan data dari hasil analisis di Laboratorium Quality Control PT.Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. Berdasarkan hasil tugas khusus ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa proses verifikasi metode analisis bahan baku Vitamin B6 (piridoksin hidroklorida) di PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories dimulai dari pembuatan protokol verifikasi metode analisis. Selanjutnya, dilakukan proses verifikasi metode analisis yang meliputi pemeriksaan spesifisitas, akurasi, presisi dan stabilitas sesuai dengan kompendial yang terbaru yaitu Farmakope Indonesia VI. Setelah itu, hasil pengujian dianalisis untuk dibuat laporan verifikasi metode analisis agar terdokumentasi dengan baik sesuai dengan CPOB.

One of the pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy is prescription assessment. Prescription studies are carried out to analyze drug-related problems and efforts to prevent medication errors. Roxy Pharmacy Pondok Labu conducts a prescription review on all prescriptions that come into the pharmacy. One of the recipes that came in was regarding BPH in November. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is so that prospective pharmacists understand the actual implementation of prescription studies at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in the field in accordance with the regulations. The method used is by analyzing recorded data or prescriptions that enter the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in November 2021. After analyzing the data, it is concluded that the prescription review process at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy includes administrative assessments, namely checking the identities of doctors and patients. Pharmaceutical assessment includes matters relating to aspects of physical drug formulation. Clinical assessment includes the suitability of the drug to the patient's condition. The prescription review process carried out at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy was in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies and Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Services at Pharmacies.

One of the aspects of the fulfillment of Good Manufacturing Practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry is to ensure that the analytical methods used to meet the requirements. The proof of these requirements is the verification of the analytical method. Verification of analytical methods is carried out to ensure that the analytical methods listed in the compendial can be used in laboratories in Industry. In this study, a verification process of analytical methods for the raw material of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) was carried out at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis method verification process at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. The method used is direct observation and data processing from the results of the analysis at the Quality Control Laboratory of PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories. Based on the results of this special task, it was concluded that the verification process of the analytical method of Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) raw material at PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories started with the creation of a verification protocol for the analysis method. Furthermore, a verification process of the analytical method was carried out which included checking for specificity, accuracy, precision, and stability in accordance with the latest compendial, namely the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia VI. After that, the test results are analyzed to make a verification report on the analytical method so that it is well documented in accordance with GMP."

"Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) ialah penyakit menular yang berkembang sejak bulan Desember 2019 di Wuhan, ibu kota Provinsi Hubei China, sejak itu virus ini menyebar keseluruh dunia dan menjadi global pandemi. Di Indonesia, pada Juli 2021, dikeluarkanlah surat edaran tentang Pelaksanaan Distribusi Obat dengan Persetujuan Darurat untuk penanganan terapi COVID-19 yaitu; Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, Immunoglobulin, Ivermectin, Tocilizumab, Azithromycin dan Dexamethasone. Pasien yang ingin membeli obat yang mengindikasikan COVID-19 diwajibkan membawa resep dokter. Analisis resep dilakukan sesuai dengan Surat Edaran (SE), meninjau aspek administratif, aspek farmasetik dan aspek klinis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 11 resep pengobatan COVID-19 pada bulan Juli 2021. Terjadi ketidaklengkapan kajian resep baik secara administrasi, farmasetik, serta aspek klinis. Namun seluruh resep telah memiliki ketepatan indikasi dan dosis.

Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that developed in December 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei Province, since then this virus has spread throughout the world and has become a global pandemic. In Indonesia, in July 2021, a circular letter regarding the Implementation of Drug Distribution with Emergency Approval was issued for the handling of COVID-19 therapy, namely; Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, Immunoglobulin, Ivermectin, Tocilizumab, Azithromycin, and Dexamethasone. Patients who want to buy drugs that indicate COVID-19 are required to bring a doctor's prescription. Prescription analysis was carried out by the Circular Letter, reviewing administrative aspects, pharmaceutical aspects, and clinical aspects. The results of this study can be concluded that there were 11 prescriptions for COVID-19 treatment in July 2021. There were incomplete prescription studies both administratively, pharmaceutically, and clinically. However, all prescriptions have accurate indications and dosages.

Vitacimin is a lozenge product containing vitamin C, produced by PT Takeda Indonesia. The high demand for Vitamin C products has continued to surge dramatically since the global entry of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in early 2020. With the increasing market demand for Vitacimin, it is also necessary to analyze and optimize the duties and work of employees (packers) in packaging Vitacimin products. This observation is focused on line 3 secondary packaging using machine vision tools that have optical functions, namely object inspection and inspection and pattern recognition. The machine vision tool used is Camera Vision Baumer, which is currently running on a trial period by placing employees who serve as selectors and back up the Camera Vision function. In this study, it can be concluded that the Camera Vision Baumer tool works well and the selector in charge of performing the back up function of the Camera Vision Baumer task can be switched."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi dalam bidang kesehatan yang memiliki ruang lingkup pekerjaan yang sangat luas. Apoteker dapat bekerja di industri farmasi, pelayanan (apotek, rumah sakit), pemerintahan, dan juga Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Praktik Kerja memberikan gambaran dan pengalaman di dunia kerja. Pengamatan secara langsung mengenai kegiatan yang ada di setiap departemen (Produksi, Quality Control, dan Quality Assurance) dilakukan pada praktik kerja di industri farmasi, Apoteker juga dilatih untuk menganalisis berbagai masalah yang terjadi dan mengidentifikasi penyelesaiannya. Pada praktik kerja di PBF, apoteker diperlihatkan secara garis besar mengenai pekerjaan yang ada di setiap departemen dan ditugaskan untuk membuat proyek inovasi. Pada praktik kerja di apotek, apoteker melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian. Apoteker ditugaskan untuk melakukan skrining resep, penyiapan resep, dan disertai dengan konseling ke pasien. Skrining resep dilakukan untuk mencegah atau meminimalisir terjadinya medication error.

Pharmacist is a profession in the field of health that has a very wide scope of work. Pharmacist can work in the pharmaceutical industry, health services (pharmacies, hospitals), government and also pharmaceutical distributor. Internship provide an overview and experience in the world of work. Direct observations about the activities in each department (Production, Quality Control, dan Quality Assurance) are occurred during internship at the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist also learnt how to analyze many problems that happened and have to identified the closure. During internship at the pharmaceutical distributors, pharmacist was shown every department’s responsibility in general and had to make an innovation project. During internship at pharmacy, pharmacists did any pharmaceutical services. Pharmacist had to do prescription screening, prescription services, which be given with counselling. Prescription screening was done to prevent or minimize the occurrence of medication error."

"Seorang Apoteker memiliki peran penting di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek. Dalam melaksanakan peran tersebut, seorang Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Juli - Oktober 2021. Industri Farmasi harus selalu dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan melakukan proses improvement, dimana seorang Apoteker harus dapat melakukan perencanaan dan pengendalian aktivitas proses produksi. Dalam melakukan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengukuran atas setiap aktivitas produksi yang ada untuk melihat seberapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh tenaga kerja serta untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak tingkat aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran tersebut adalah metode time and motion study. Selain di Industri Farmasi, Apoteker juga berperan dalam Sarana Pelayanan Kefarmasian, salah satunya adalah Apotek. Apotek memiliki standar yang digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian, menjamin kepastian hukum bagi tenaga kefarmasian, dan melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dalam rangka patient safety. Maka dari itu, seorang Apoteker wajib memiliki pemahaman terkait pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dari hasil PKPA tersebut, calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist has an important role in the Pharmaceutical Industry and Pharmacy. In this role, a pharmacist must fulfill the competency standards required to enter working life and undergo the professional practice. As a provision and experience for pharmacist candidates to understand the role of pharmacists and improve their competence, the internship at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and Apotek Roxy Galaxy was held during the period July - October 2021. The pharmaceutical industry must always be able to improve its performance to produce quality products and can compete. One way is to carry out the improvement process, where a pharmacist must be able to plan and control the production process activity. In doing this, it is necessary to measure each of the existing production activities to see how long the workforce needs the time and to find out how many levels of activity are carried out by the company to produce products. One of the methods used to take these measurements is the time and motion study method. In addition to the Pharmaceutical Industry, pharmacists also play a role in Pharmaceutical Service Facilities, one of which is a pharmacy. Pharmacy has a standard used as a guideline for pharmaceutical personnel aimed at improving the quality of pharmaceutical services, ensuring legal certainty for pharmaceutical personnel, and protecting patients and communities from using irrational drugs in the framework of Patient Safety. Therefore, a pharmacist must understand the implementation of pharmaceutical services in the pharmacy by applicable laws and regulations. This internship allows pharmacist candidates to broaden their insight, understanding, and experience doing pharmaceutical work at a professional work practice."

"Program profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu jenjang pendidikan yang harus ditempuh oleh calon apoteker supaya dapat lulus dan mendapat gelar apoteker. Dalam menempuh pendidikan profesi apoteker, terdapat kegiatan berupa Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang wajib diikuti oleh seluruh calon apoteker dengan tujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu kefarmasian, melatih kemampuan, serta memberikan gambaran dunia kerja bagi calon apoteker. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan di dua tempat, yaitu di PT Abbott Indonesia dan Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu pada periode bulan Januari – Mei 2022. Melalui kegiatan PKP A ini diharapkan calon apoteker dapat menerapkan ilmu kefarmasiannya dengan baik, mengetahui perannya sebagai apoteker, serta memiliki kompetensi yang baik sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik bagi dunia kesehatan maupun dalam industri farmasi.

In taking apothecary professional education, there are activities in the form of Work Practice for Profession of Apothecary (PKPA) which must be followed by all apothecary student with the aim of applying pharmaceutical science, training skills, and providing an overview of the world of work for apothecary student. Work Practice for Profession of Apothecary (PKPA) are carried out in two places, namely PT Abbott Indonesia and Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in the period January – May 2022. Through this PKPA activity, it is hoped that apothecary student can apply their pharmaceutical knowledge well, know their role as pharmacists, and have good competence so that they can provide good services for the world of health and in the pharmaceutical industry."

"Isoniazid merupakan lini pertama dalam terapi TB bersama dengan rifampisin, pirazinamid, dan etambutol (Vilcheze & Jacobs, 2019). Isoniazid merupakan salah satu obat lini pertama yang penting karena memiliki aktifitas bakterisidal awalnya yang kuat. Resistensi terhadap isoniazid diketahui dapat menurunkan keberhasilan terapi TB dan meningkatkan risiko munculnya resistensi terhadap obat lini pertama lainnya seperti rifampisin (Byung & Won, 2019. Tugas ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengkajian resep terhadap pengobatan TB dengan obat utama Isoniazid di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu sehingga dapat melihat kerasionalan resep sehingga mencegah terjadinya ketidaktepatan penggunaan obat-obatan TB yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan terapi dan munculnya resistensi obat. Pengkajian resep diawali dengan pemilihan resep yang dilayani oleh Apotek Roxy periode 1-31 Maret 2021. Pengkajian dilakukan terhadap aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis. Hasil pengkajian secara umum sudah sesuai dan lengkap, serta disimpulkan bahwa pasien diduga mengalami tuberkulosis resisten-rifampisin sehingga diberikan kombinasi antibiotik isoniazid, ofloksasin, dan etambutol.

Isoniazid is the first line of TB therapy together with rifampin, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol (Vilcheze & Jacobs, 2019). Isoniazid is one of the most important first-line drugs because of its strong initial bactericidal activity. Resistance to isoniazid is known to reduce the success of TB therapy and increase the risk of developing resistance to other first-line drugs such as rifampin (Byung & Won, 2019. This task aims to evaluate prescriptions for TB treatment with the primary drug Isoniazid at Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu to see the rationale for medications to prevent inaccuracies in the use of TB drugs which can affect the success of therapy and the emergence of drug resistance. The evaluation begins with the selection of prescriptions served by the Apotek Roxy for the period 1-31 March 2021. The assessment is carried out on administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. The evaluation results were generally appropriate and complete, and it was concluded that the patient was suspected of having rifampin-resistant tuberculosis and was therefore given a combination of isoniazid, ofloxacin, and ethambutol antibiotics."

"Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009, pekerjaan kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian mencakup pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam produksi sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan sediaan farmasi. Fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi dapat berupa industri farmasi obat sementara fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian dapat berupa apotek. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian pada industri farmasi dan apotek membutuhkan apoteker yang kompeten dalam bidangnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pembekalan ilmu dan pengalaman kepada calon apoteker, dimana salah satunya adalah dengan mengikuti praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia dan di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. Setelah mengikuti praktik kerja profesi, diharapkan calon apoteker memiliki bekal untuk menjadi apoteker yang menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab.

The implementation of pharmaceutical work includes pharmaceutical work in the production of pharmaceutical preparations and pharmaceutical care. Production facilities for pharmaceutical preparations can be in the form of pharmaceutical industry while pharmaceutical care facilities can be in the form of pharmacies. The implementation of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies requires pharmacists who are competent in their fields. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge and experience to pharmacist candidate, one of which is by joining a professional work practice. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was held at PT Takeda Indonesia and Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. After participating in professional work practice, hopefully the pharmacist candidate will have the provisions to become pharmacists who carry out their duties properly and responsibly."

Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode Juli – Agustus 2021 dan Apotek Apotek Kimia Farma periode Oktober 2021. Melalui proses PKPA di rumah sakit dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

The orientation of pharmaceutical services has now shifted from drug services to patient services which refers to Pharmaceutical Care which is a form of service and direct responsibility of the Pharmacist profession in pharmaceutical work to improve the quality of life of patients. Therefore, to produce a competent generation of pharmacists, a work practice program is needed as a means of learning about pharmaceutical activities to be applied directly in the work environment. Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is carried out at the University of Indonesia Hospital for the period of July – August 2021 and Apotek Kimia Farma for the period of October 2021. Through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice process in these hospitals and pharmacies, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain the appropriate insights, knowledge, skills, and experience to do pharmaceutical work."
