"Seorang apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan mengaplikasikan dan mengembangkan ilmunya secara profesional agar dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di industri farmasi. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, calon Apoteker perlu mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang memadai yang salah satu caranya dapat diperoleh melalui kegiatan praktek kerja profesi di industri farmasi. Oleh karena itu, Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT. Hexpharm Jaya untuk menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Kegiatan PKPA ini calon apoteker mendapatkan tugas untuk mengamati serta mempelajari langsung kegiatan yang dilasanakan pada PT. Hexpharm Jaya. Pelaksanaan praktek kerja berlangsung dari 01 November – 31 Desember 2021. Dalam pelaksanaan PKPA ini mahasiswa diberikan beberapa tugas khusus untuk mendalami dan mempelajari langsung kegiatan di PT. Hexpharm Jaya. Selain itu, Universitas Indonesia juga bekerja sama dengan Apotek Roxy Poltangan untuk menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Kegiata PKPA ini calon apoteker mendapatkan tugas praktek kerja berlangsung dari 01 September-31 September 2021. Dalam pelaksanaan PKPA ini mahasiswa diberikan beberapa tugas khusus untuk mendalami dan mempelajari langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek.

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam berbagai aspek dari obat yang dimulai dari proses penemuan obat hingga sampai di tangan konsumen. Dikarenakan kompleksnya bidang tersebut, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. Apotek Roxy Poltangan, PT SamMarie Tramedifa, dan PT Pfizer Indonesia merupakan salah satu instansi yang bekerja sama dengan Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia agar calon apoteker dapat menjalankan PKPA pada periode periode Januari – Mei 2022. Melalui PKPA di apotek, pedagang besar farmasi, dan industri tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian.

Pharmacists play an important role in in various aspects of drug starting from the drug discovery process until it reaches the consumer. Due to the complexity of the field, a pharmacist is required to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. One form of participation is carried out by holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) which is carried out by prospective pharmacists as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and to improve competence before entering the professional world. Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, PT SamMarie Tramedifa, and PT Pfizer Indonesia are one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January – May 2022. Through the activities in pharmacy, pharmaceutical pharmaceutical wholesalers & distributin, and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

"Apoteker memiliki peranan dan tanggung jawab penting di Industri farmasi, apotek dan pedagang besar farmasi (PBF). Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker di Industri Farmasi PT Abbot Indonesia bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker dalam melakukan penilaian dan peninjauan kembali kinerja pemasok di perusahaan farmasi. Evaluasi kinerja, kelengkapan dokumen dan skor pemasok pemasok menjadi faktor penentu bagi perusahaan farmasi untuk menetapkan status pemasok dan menentukan Daftar Pemasok yang Disetujui. Praktik kerja di Apotek Roxy Jatikramat bertujuan menerapkan pengelolan obat di Apotek. Apoteker berperan dalam manajemen kefarmasian dan pelayanan apoteker. Prinsip dari pengelolaan obat adalah agar setiap tahap kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan sinkron dan saling mengisi. Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker di PBF Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan mengembangkan suatu inovasi yang mengurangi risiko kesalahan penyimpanan dan untuk mempermudah karyawan di PBF cabang dalam melakukan penyimpanan produk yang datang dari PBF Pusat dengan QR Code. Apoteker berperan mengawasi kegiatan penyimpanan dan pendistribusian obat. Manajemen risiko penyimpanan produk farmasi dapat dilakukan dengan sistem 2D barcode, yaitu suatu bentuk adaptasi pedagang besar farmasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi era 4.0 untuk mengurangi risiko kesalahan penyimpanan produk farmasi dan mempermudah karyawan di PBF cabang dalam melakukan pengategorian produk. Praktik kerja dilakukan dari bulan Juli hingga November 2022. Selain mengamati dan belajar langsung, calon apoteker juga diberi kesempatan untuk mengerjakan tugas khusus dari setiap tempat praktik dan membahas masalah serta solusinya

The Internship of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry of PT Abbot Indonesia aims to provide an overview of the role of pharmacists in assessing and reviewing supplier performance in pharmaceutical companies. Performance evaluation, completeness of documents and supplier scores are the key factors for pharmaceutical companies to determine supplier status and determine the Approved Supplier List. The Internship at the Roxy Jatikramat Pharmacy aims to implement drug management at the pharmacy. Pharmacists play a role in pharmaceutical management and pharmaceutical care. The principle of drug management is that each stage of activity can run in sync and complement each other. The Internship at PBF Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari aims to develop an innovation that reduces the risk of storage errors and to make it easier for employees at branch PBFs to store products that come from the Central PBF with a QR Code. Pharmacists play a role in supervising the storage and distribution of drugs. Risk management for storing pharmaceutical products can be done with a 2D barcode system, which is a form of adaptation of pharmaceutical wholesalers to technological developments in the 4.0 era in order to minimize risk of pharmaceutical product storage errors and make it easier for employees at PBF branches to categorize products. Apprenticeship is carried out from July to November 2022. "Apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi bidang kesehatan yang memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam dunia pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Satu hal yang penting harus dilakukan adalah menjadi seorang apoteker profesional dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian baik farmasi klinik maupun farmasi industri. Melalui proses PKPA farmasi klinis di apotek dan rumah sakit serta farmasi dalam aspek distribusi tersebut, sebagai calon apoteker diharapkan mampu melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan berwawasan tinggi, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang baik.

"Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun 282 merupakan Apotek yang berada di daerah KS Tubun, Palmerah dengan lokasi yang cukup strategis karna akses jalan cukup ramai dan dekat dengan dua rumah sakit yaitu RS Bhakti Mulia dan RS Pelni. Meskipun telah memiliki banyak pelanggan setelah beroperasi puluhan tahun, namun belakangan ini Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun mengalami penurunan omset yang kemungkinan besar dipengaruhi oleh penurunan jumlah dan kepuasan pelanggan. Laporan analisis ini mengukur dan mengevaluasi tingkat kualitas pelayanan di Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun, serta aspek apa yang perlu diperbaiki oleh Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun guna dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sehingga diharapkan juga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan.

Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun 282 is a pharmacy located in the KS Tubun, Palmerah area with a strategic location because the road access is quite crowded and close to two hospitals, namely Bhakti Mulia Hospital and Pelni Hospital. Even though it has had many customers after decades of operation, recently Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun has experienced a decline in turnover which is most likely influenced by a decrease in the number and customer satisfaction. This analysis report needs to be carried out to measure and evaluate the level of service quality at Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun, as well as what aspects need to be improved by Apotek Kimia Farma KS Tubun in order to improve service quality so that it is also expected to increase sales turnover."

Through the activities in the hospital, government, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Salah satu hal yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan industri farmasi adalah rendemen yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi. Jika nilai rendemen meningkat maka akan meningkatkan nilai laba bersih. Sebaliknya jika rendemen menurun maka akan menurunkan nilai laba bersih sehingga pendapatan menurun. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi penurunan rendemen pada proses produksi tablet serta upaya peningkatannya untuk mengurangi penurunan rendemen dan memperoleh rendemen yang maksimal. Setelah ditelusuri dari setiap stage proses produksi, ditemukan beberapa faktor pada proses compounding, drying, tableting dan packaging yang berpotensi dapat menimbulkan reject. Kemudian dari faktor tersebut diusulkan beberapa upaya untuk mengurangi potensi terjadinya reject sehingga meningkatkan rendemen.
