"Apoteker memiliki peran penting di berbagai sektor yang meliputi apotek, rumah sakit, industri farmasi, distributor, dan sektor pemerintahan. Apoteker diharuskan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi ketika memasuki dunia kerja dan melaksanakan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi tersebut merupakan kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh apoteker ketika lulus dan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Selain ilmu yang memadai, seorang calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki bekal pengalaman dalam menjalankan praktik profesi apoteker. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Harsen Laboratories dan Apotek Atrika selama periode bulan Februari – Agustus tahun 2020. Melalui PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat menambah wawasan mengenai praktik profesi apoteker di instansi terkait seperti industri farmasi dan apotek

Pharmacists have an important roles in various sectors which include pharmacy, hospital, pharmaceutical industry, distributor and government sector. Pharmacist is required to meet the competency standards of Indonesian pharmacist which consist of ten competency standards when entering the work and carrying out professional practices. This competency standards are the ability that pharmacist is expected to have when graduates and carry out the pharmacist's professional work practice. In addition to adequate knowledge, a prospective pharmacist is also expected to have experience in practicing the pharmacist profession. Therefore, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was carried out at PT Harsen Laboratories and Apotek Atrika during the period February - August 2020. Through this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can gain knowledge into the professional practice of pharmacists in related institutions such as the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies"

"Industri Farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pada pembuatan obat, pengendalian menyeluruh  sangat esensial untuk menjamin bahwa konsumen menerima obat yang bermutu tinggi. Pembuatan secara sembarangan tidak dibenarkan bagi produk yang digunakan untuk menyelamatkan jiwa, atau memulihkan atau memelihara kesehatan. Tidaklah cukup bila produk jadi hanya sekedar lulus dari serangkaian pengujian, tetapi yang lebih penting adalah bahwa mutu harus dibentuk ke dalam produk tersebut. Mutu obat tergantung pada bahan awal, bahan pengemas, proses produksi dan pengendalian mutu, bangunan, peralatan yang dipakai dan personel yang terlibat.

Berdasarkan UU No. 40 tahun 2004, bangsa Indonesia telah memiliki sistem Jaminan Sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan sistem jaminan sosial nasional perlu dibentuk badan penyelenggara yang berbentuk badan hukum publik berdasarkan prinsip kegotongroyongan, nirlaba, keterbukaan, kehatihatian, aakuntabilitas, aportabilitas, kepesertaan bersifat wajib, dana amanat, dan hasil pengelolaan Dana Jaminan Sosial dipergunakan seluruhnya untuk pengembangan programadan sebesar-besarnya untuk kepentingan peserta. Salah satu program jaminan sosial yang diadakan pemerintah jaminan kesehatan nasional, yaitu jaminan berupa perlindungan kesehatan agar peserta memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan Kesehatan dan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan yang diberikan ke setiap orang yang telah membayar iuran atau iurannya dibayar oleh pemerintah.

Drug quality depends on starting materials, packaging materials, production processes and quality control, buildings, equipment used and personnel involved.

"Implementasi keilmuan farmasi terutama pada bidang profesional harusdilaksanakan dimana pada hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan sebuahpraktik kerja lapangan. Seorang calon apoteker harus mengalami langsungpenerapan profesi apoteker di ranah profesional. Dalam hal ini, calon apotekerharus berpartisipasi langsung dalam penerapan pelayanan dan pekerjaankefarmasian. Praktik kerja lapangan bagi profesi apoteker dapat dilakukan diberbagai bidang, diantaranya adalah di rumah sakit, di apotek, di industri farmasi,di pemerintahan dan hukum, serta distribusi. Pada praktik kerja profesi kali inidilaksanakan di bidang industri dan apotek, yang berlokasi di PT. HarsenLaboratories periode Januari 2022 – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Sawanganperiode Maret 2022. Melalui pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini, calonapoteker diharapkan untuk mampu memahami kompetensi yang diperlukan,memperoleh wawasan serta mampu mengimplementasikan praktik kerja di bidangkefarmasian.

industrial and pharmacy fields, located at PT. Harsen Laboratories for the period of

January 2022 - February 2022 and Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for March 2022.

Through the implementation of this pharmacist professional work practice, the

future pharmacists are expected to be able to understand the competencies needed,

gain insight and be able to implement work practices in the field of pharmacy."

Salah satu cara untuk mengasah kompetensi dari Apoteker adalah dengan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi bagi para calon Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan untuk para Apoteker memahami dan belajar bagaimana peran serta kontribusinya di masyarakat. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere dan di PT Harsen Laboratories. Setelah dilakukan praktik kerja profesi, diharapkan para calon Apoteker mampu untuk menyiapkan diri dan memiliki bekal untuk menjadi tenaga kesehatan Indonesia yang bermanfaat bagi nusa dan bangsa.

According to Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 about Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, a pharmacist is a bachelor of pharmacy who has graduated as a pharmacist and has taken the oath of its position. The existence of a pharmacist is very important, especially in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists have competency standards in carrying out their roles. One way to hone the competence of a pharmacist is to carry out professional work practices for prospective pharmacists. The “Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker” in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry is a series of activities for pharmacists to understand and learn how to participate in the community. The Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker conducted at Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere and at PT Harsen Laboratories. After carrying out professional work practices, it is hoped that the prospective pharmacists will be able to prepare themselves and be equipped to become Indonesian health workers who are useful to the country and the nation."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting baik di industri farmasi maupun apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduated and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was carried out at the Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 143 and PT Harsen Laboratories Jakarta during the period February 2020 and July to August 2020. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experiences to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices."

"Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memahami peran apoteker dalam Apotek dan Industri Farmasi maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma Cibubur – Lapangan Tembak dan PT Harsen Laboratories. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah studi literatur mengenai obat penyakit kolera, mencari ketersediaan resep yang tersedia di apotek, pengkajian resep, studi literatur menggunakan CPOB 2018, serta Prosedur Tetap yang terdapat pada PT Harsen Laboratories. Pada pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma Cibubur – Lapangan Tembak penulis melakukan analisis resep penyakit Kolera berdasarkan resep yang didapatkan apotek. Berdasarkan hasil analisis resep penyakit Kolera, terapi yang diterima pasien rasional, aman, dan efektif. Pada pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Harsen Laboratories penulis melakukan pembuatan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk untuk produk X kapsul tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk, Produk X yang telah diproduksi sesuai dengan spesifikasi produk jadi yang ditetapkan oleh PT Harsen Laboratories.

Professional Pharmacist Work Practices (Internship) at Apotek Kimia Farma Cibubur - Lapangan Tembak and PT Harsen Laboratories aims to increase knowledge and understand the role of pharmacists in the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Industry. The method that used to make this study are literature study on cholera drugs, looking for the availability of prescriptions available at pharmacies, reviewing prescriptions, literature studies using CPOB 2018, and Standar Operating Procedur of Annual Product Quality Review at PT Harsen Laboratories. During internship at Apotek Kimia Farma Cibubur - Lapangan Tembak, the authors conducted a prescription analysis for cholera based on the prescription received by the pharmacy. Based on the analysis, therapy received by the patient is rational, safe, and effective. Internship at PT Harsen Laboratories the author made an Annual Product Quality Review for product X in 2019. Based on the results of Annual Product Quality Review, product X has been produced is in accordance with the finished good product specifications set by PT Harsen Laboratories."

"Apoteker memiliki berbagai peran penting dalam pengaturan praktik farmasi. Penyelenggaraan praktik atau pekerjaan kefarmasian meliputi pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam pengadaan, produksi, distribusi, dan pelayanan sediaan farmasi. Seorang profesi apoteker perlu menguasai standar kompetensi apoteker dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian sesuai dengan kompetensi profesi. Standar tersebut memastikan bahwa seorang apoteker memiliki seluruh kompetensi yang relevan untuk mejalankan perannya dan mampu memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai ketentuan tentang praktik kefarmasian, peraturan, etika, kode etik, dan pedoman praktik apoteker. Terdapat sepuluh (10) elemen standar kompetensi apoteker yang perlu dikuasai sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi telah dilengkapi oleh elemen yang perlu dikuasai oleh apoteker pada saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik/kerja. Sebagai calon apoteker, pentingnya membekali mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan dan kemampuan tentang peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab apoteker melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Dengan dilaksanakannya PKPA, seorang calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian sehingga menjadi siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja sebagai tenaga farmasi yang professional.

The implementation of pharmacy practice includes pharmaceutical work in the procurement, production, distribution of pharmaceutical preparations and and pharmaceutical care. A pharmacist is expected to master pharmacy standard competency to maintain and practice within the limits of professional competence. The standard competency is a commitment to practice with an an obligation to do in accordance with expected behaviours as set down in professional codes, standards and guidelines which results in facilitating professional practice and growth. There are 10 elements of pharmacy competency standards which need to be attained by an individual to practise effectively as a pharmacist. It is important to equip students with knowledge and abilities about the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the real field through an internship program. A future pharmacist is expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills and experience through the internship program in order to be become a professional in the pharmacy practice."

"Sistem Mutu merupakan bagian dari Manajemen Mutu yang penerapannya bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa mutu dari obat memang sudah terbentuk  ke dalam produk tersebut (BPOM, 2018). Sebagai bentuk penerapan sistem mutu, suatu industri farmasi harus melakukan evaluasi terhadap obat-obat yang sudah diproduksinya dalam bentuk Pengkajian Mutu Produk. Pengkajian Mutu Produk ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas, dan produk jadi, serta untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses (BPOM, 2018). Tugas ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hingga menghasilkan suatu laporan Pengkajian Mutu Produk oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories (Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk/PTAP) terhadap satu produknya yaitu D Suspensi periode 2019-2020. Pembuatan laporan dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan dari departemen terkait serta melakukan analisa secara statistika terhadap data dari departemen QC dan Produksi menggunakan software Minitab. Terdapat total 16 (enam belas) pengkajian yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan laporan PTAP ini. Hasil seluruh pengkajian yang dilakukan secara umum sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan persyaratan produk jadi yang ditetapkan oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories.

The Quality System is part of Quality Management, which implementation aims to ensure that the quality of the drug has indeed been formed into the product (BPOM, 2018). As a form of implementing a quality system, a pharmaceutical industry must evaluate the drugs it has produced in a Product Quality Review. Product Quality Review aims to prove process consistency, conformity with specifications for starting materials, packaging materials, and finished products and to see trends and identify improvements needed for products and processes (BPOM, 2018). This assignment aims to produce a Product Quality Review report by PT. Harsen Laboratories (Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk/PTAP) of D Suspension for 2019-2020. Reporting is done by collecting the required data from the relevant departments and statistically analyzing the data from the Quality Control and Production departments using Minitab software. There are 16 (sixteen) studies carried out in the preparation of this PTAP report. The results of all studies conducted in general follow the specifications and requirements of the finished product set by PT. Harsen Laboratories."

"Salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di Program Studi Profesi Apoteker (PSPA) Fakultas Farmasi Universitas indonesia adalah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan PSPA. Pelaksanaan PKPA ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa PSPA menjadi Apoteker yang mampu melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara profesional, legal dan etik di Apotek, Rumah sakit, Industri Farmasi, Puskesmas, maupun Pedagang Besar Farmasi, melalui keterlibatannya dalam praktik kefarmasian pada masing-masing bidang, membekali calon Apoteker agar memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian, memberi gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian dan penyelesaiannya.
