"Tuberkulosis (TBC) merupakan penyakit infeksi pernapasan menular dengan persentase kasus kematian yang tinggi di Indonesia. Provinsi DKI Jakarta masuk dalam wilayah zona merah kasus TBC disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu terkait pemberian Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) kepada pasien penderita TBC. OAT diresepkan oleh dokter terhadap pasien penderita TBC dan tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan pengobatan. Kesalahan pengobatan kepada pasien dapat menyebabkan resistensi hingga kematian. Tugas akhir ini ditulis untuk meninjau resep OAT dari dokter yang diterima oleh Apotek Roxy Biak dengan mengkaji resep OAT pada bulan Januari 2021 secara administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis. Penulis berharap tugas akhir yang telah disusun dapat menunjukkan kesesuaian resep OAT yang diterima oleh Apotek Roxy Biak terhadap kaidah penulisan resep sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious respiratory disease with a high percentage of deaths in Indonesia. DKI Jakarta Province is included in the red zone of TB cases due to several factors, one of which is related to the administration of Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) to patients with TB. OAT is prescribed by doctors to patients with TB and does not rule out the possibility of medication errors. Medication errors to patients can lead to resistance or even death. This final project was written to review OAT prescriptions from doctors received by Roxy Biak Pharmacy by reviewing OAT prescriptions in January 2021 administratively, pharmaceutically, and clinically. The author hopes that the final project that has been written can show the suitability of the OAT prescription received by the Roxy Biak Pharmacy to the prescription writing rules in accordance with the regulations."

"Kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang dilaksanakan di apotek salah satunya mencakup pengkajian dan pelayanan resep. Resep yang dilayani di apotek cukup beragam, mulai dari resep untuk penyakit akut maupun kronis seperti diabetes.Tujuan dari skrining dan analisis resep obat antidiabetes adalah untuk mengetahui obat antidiabetes yang diresepkan oleh dokter, mengetahui jumlah resep yang mengandung obat antidiabetes, serta menilai kerasionalan penggunaan obat antidiabetes pada resep yang dilayani di Apotek Roxy Biak selama periode Juli 2022. Dari seluruh resep yang masuk selama periode tersebut, resep yang mengandung obat antidiabetes dicatat dan dikumpulkan data, kemudian dipilih dua resep untuk dikaji kelengkapan resep berdasarkan aspek administratif, farmasetik, serta klinis. Pengkajian 2 (dua) resep antidiabetes di Apotek Roxy Biak dilihat dari aspek administratif, farmasetika dan klinis sudah sesuai. Namun pada aspek administratif penulisan umur dan berat badan pasien tidak dituliskan. Aspek administratif terkait umur dan berat badan perlu dikonfirmasi kembali kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien yang mengambil obat di apotek, hal ini penting untuk mengkaji ketepatan pengobatan yang akan diterima oleh pasien.

One of the clinical pharmacy service activities carried out in pharmacies includes assessment and prescription services. The prescriptions served in pharmacies are quite diverse, ranging from prescriptions for acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes. The purpose of screening and analysis of anti-diabetic drug prescriptions is to find out the anti-diabetic drugs prescribed by doctors, to find out the number of prescriptions containing anti-diabetic drugs, and to assess the rationale for drug use. antidiabetic prescriptions served at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy during the period July 2022. Of all prescriptions received during this period, prescriptions containing antidiabetic drugs were recorded and data collected, then two recipes were selected to review the completeness of the prescription based on administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. The review of 2 (two) antidiabetic prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy from an administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical perspective was appropriate. However, in the administrative aspect, the patient's age and weight were not written down. Administrative aspects related to age and weight need to be confirmed again with the patient or the patient's family who picks up the drug at the pharmacy, this is important to assess the accuracy of the treatment that the patient will receive."

"Narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan obat-obat tertentu (OOT) merupakan golongan obat yang dapat dijual oleh apotek tertentu dan memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam proses pengelolaannya. Apotek Roxy Biak memiliki persediaan yang lengkap hingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan obat-obat narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan OOT sesuai permintaan pada resep. Adanya resep narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan OOT yang masuk ke apotek ini setiap harinya, membuat penulis terpicu untuk menelaah profil peresepan obat-obat tersebut guna mengetahui jenis obat yang banyak dibutuhkan dan memiliki frekuensi penggunaan yang tinggi. Penulis juga perlu melakukan analisis pareto untuk menentukan kelompok obat yang butuh diprioritaskan persediaannya. Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan obat narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan OOT yang paling banyak diresepkan dan memiliki penjualan tertinggi selama tiga puluh satu hari terakhir di periode November hingga Desember 2022 serta memprediksi kebutuhan pengadaan untuk periode berikutnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, pengamatan lapangan, pencatatan resep selama tiga puluh satu hari terakhir, dan penarikan laporan pembelian dan penjualan obat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peresepan obat narkotika memiliki persentase 9,41%, psikotropika 44,62%, prekursor 31,68%, dan OOT 14,29%. Obat narkotika yang paling banyak diresepkan adalah Codikaf 20 mg, psikotropika adalah Braxidin, prekursor adalah Rhinos SR, dan OOT adalah Hexymer 2 mg. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa golongan obat yang paling banyak diresepkan adalah obat psikotropika sebanyak 8.269 obat dan persentase 44,62%. Prioritas tertinggi dalam perencanaan kebutuhan obat untuk diadakan di periode berikutnya jatuh pada kelompok obat psikotropia khususnya obat-obat kelas A.

Narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and certain drugs (OOT) are a class of drugs that can be sold by certain pharmacies and require special attention in the management process. Roxy Biak Pharmacy has a complete inventory to meet the needs of narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and OOT according to prescription requests. The prescriptions for narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and OOT that enter this pharmacy every day has motivated the author to examine the prescriptions profiles for these drugs to find out the types of drugs that were much needed and frequently used. A pareto analysis to determine which drug need to be prioritized for supplies. This report aims to determine which narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and OOT drugs were most prescribed and had the highest sales during the last thirty-one days from November to December 2022 and predict procurement needs for the following period. The methods used were literature studies, observations, recording prescriptions for the last thirty-one days, and withdrawing reports on drug purchases and sales. The results showed the percentage of prescribing narcotics was 9.41%, psychotropics 44.62%, precursors 31.68%, and OOT 14.29%. The most widely prescribed narcotic was Codikaf 20 mg, the psychotropic was Braxidin, the precursor was Rhinos SR, and the OOT was Hexymer 2 mg. In conclusion, the most widely prescribed class of drugs was psychotropic with 8,269 drugs and a percentage of 44.62%. The highest priority in planning the need for drugs in the next period falls on the psychotropic group, especially class A drugs."

"Pengkajian dan pelayanan resep serta dispensing merupakan bagian dari standar pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek. Pelayanan resep yang teliti dengan waktu tunggu yang singkat menjadi salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kepuasan serta kenyamanan pasien. Evaluasi mengenai waktu tunggu pelayanan penting dilakukan sebagai salah satu indikator evaluasi mutu pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek untuk mengetahui kecepatan pelayanan farmasi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan juga kenyamanan pasien. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan pencatatan waktu tunggu pelayanan tiap resep obat jadi dan obat racikan di Apotek Roxy Poltangan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata waktu pelayanan baik obat jadi maupun racikan sudah sesuai dan dapat dikatakan baik karena masih berada dalam rentang 15-30 menit. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi waktu pelayanan resep di Apotek Roxy Poltangan yaitu jenis resep, jumlah staf yang bertugas, jumlah obat yang diambil, dan sistem komputer yang digunakan.

Careful prescription service with short waiting times is one of the efforts to increase patient satisfaction and comfort. Evaluation of waiting time for important services is carried out as an indicator for evaluating the quality of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies to determine the speed of pharmaceutical services in increasing patient satisfaction and comfort. Evaluation was carried out through direct observation and recording of waiting times for each finished drug prescription and concoction drug at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy. The evaluation results show that the average service time for both finished and concoction drugs is appropriate and can be said to be good because it is still in the range of 15-30 minutes. Factors that affect prescription service time at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy are the type of prescription, the number of staff on duty, the number of drugs taken, and the computer system used."

"Registrasi obat berkaitan erat dengan proses pengembangan obat. Maka seiring berjalannya waktu dapat terjadi perubahan pada aspek administratif, khasiat, keamanan, mutu, dan/atau informasi produk dan label pada obat yang telah diregistrasi sebelumnya dan telah memiliki izin edar di Indonesia. Obat merupakan salah satu hal esensial dalam kehidupan manusia. Namun, terdapat obat – obatan yang mempengaruhi kesadaran serta aktivitas mental dan perilaku, yang dapat menyebabkan ketergantungan, dan obat lainnya yang apabila disalahgunakan atau digunakan tanpa pengendalian dan pengawasan yang ketat dan saksama dapat menimbulkan kerugian terhadap kehidupan manusia, kehidupan bangsa, hingga mengancam ketahanan nasional. Maka terdapat peraturan khusus bagi obat-obatan yang tergolong kedalam narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan obat-obatan tertentu termasuk mengenai pengelolaan dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Laporan tugas khusus ini akan menganalisis tren penjualan obat golongan narkotika, prekursor, dan obat-obatan tertentu yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan. Selain itu, sebagai bagian dari pelayanan farmasi klinik, laporan tugas khusus ini juga melakukan pengkajian resep dari sisi administratif, farmasetik, dan klinik bagi resep yang mengandung narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor, dan obat-obatan tertentu sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.

So there are special regulations for drugs that are classified as narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and certain drugs, including the management and services of clinical pharmacy. This special task report will analyze the sales trend of narcotics, precursors, and certain drugs that affect management. In addition, as part of clinical pharmacy services, this special task report also reviews prescriptions from the administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical perspectives for prescriptions containing narcotics, psychotropics, precursors, and certain drugs in accordance with applicable regulations."

"Apotek merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kefarmasian bagi apoteker dan tenaga kefarmasian lain. Pelayanan yang dimaksud berupa pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien terkait sediaan farmasi yang bertujuan untuk mencapai hasil yang pasti dalam meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien (Kemenkes RI, 2017). Tujuan penulisan tugas khusus ini adalah agar penluis dapat memahami pelaksanaan pengkajian resep yang dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Pitara sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah yaitu Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek Berdasarkan analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa resep pertama dan kedua tidak lengkap dalam aspek administratif. Ditemukan juga interaksi obat pada resep pertama yaitu peningkatan risiko hipoglikemia pada penggunaan Diamicron DR dan Trajenta dan pada resep kedua yaitu peningkatan risiko ulkus peptik dan pendarahan pada penggunaan Pirofel dan Prednisone secara bersamaan.

The service in question is in the form of direct and responsible service to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations which aim to achieve definite results in improving the quality of life of patients (RI Ministry of Health, 2017). The purpose of writing this special assignment is so that the writer can understand the implementation of the prescription review carried out at the Roxy Pitara Pharmacy in accordance with the standards set by the government, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards at Pharmacies. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that the first and second prescriptions were incomplete in the administrative aspect. Drug interactions were also found in the first prescription, namely an increased risk of hypoglycemia when using Diamicron DR and Trajenta and in the second prescription, an increased risk of peptic ulcer and bleeding when using Pirofel and Prednisone together."

Apoteker merupakan profesional di bidang kesehatan yang berperan dalam memberikan informasi tentang obat-obatan yang akan dikonsumsi, memastikan bahwa segala proses produksi di industri sesuai dengan CPOB dan menjadi penanggung jawab pada pelaksanaan distribusi obat. Melalui Praktik Kerja, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memahami apa yang menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Terbagi atas 2 bidang peminatan yaitu industri dan pelayanan. Praktik dilaksankan dari bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2021. Praktik kerja dilakukan di PT Takeda Indonesia, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari dan Apotek Roxy Biak sebagai gambaran peran apoteker dibidang industri, distribusi maupun pelayanan. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.
