"Kegiatan produksi sebaiknya dilaksanakan menurut prosedur yang telah ditetapkan dan memenuhi ketentuan dari proses CPOB yang menjamin obat yang dihasilkan memenuhi persyaratan mutu serta memenuhi ketentuan izin pembuatan dan izin edar. Proses produksi dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas dari mesin maupun waktu total produksi.Kapasitas yang besar merupakan tujuan utama produksi untuk mendapatkan output sebanyak-banyakanya dalam waktu yang singkat. Peningkatkan kapasitas dapat dilakukan dalam berbagai proses produksi. Kapasitas ini mempengaruhi Production Cycle Time yaitu, waktu yang dibutuhkan satu batch produk dari datangnya bahan sampai rilis produk. CAPA merupakan bagian yang penting dalam penindaklanjutan inspeksi diri maupun deviasi. CAPA adalah proses yang membantu peningkatan dalam proses pada perusahaan. Hal ini penting untung terus mengembangkan perusahaan dalam banyak bagian. CAPA ini dapat terjadi karena deviasi maupun inspeksi diri. Inspeksi diri adalah untuk mengevaluasi apakah semua aspek produksi dan pengawasan mutu industri farmasi memenuhi ketentuan CPOB. Penambahan kapasitas pada proses produksi pada PT. Dankos Farma PKPA Periode 10 Januari-5 Maret 2021 dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pembuatan TSK sebagai standarisasi proses SUCU ganti produk pada mesin cetak tablet yang merupakan bottleneck proses produksi tablet secara keseluruhan, selain itu juga melakukan pembuatan TSK sebagai standarisasi proses coating yang merupakan bottleneck dari proses produksi tablet T yang sedang dibutuhkan serta pembuatan rekap data suhu dan RH untuk ruang Aging sebagai proses optimalisasi suhu dan RH yang mempercepat proses. Sementara itu, mengenai penyelesaian CAPA, 13 CAPA telah terimplementasi dan bukti telah di-submit untuk verifikasi dan 17 CAPA dalam tahap on progress karena membutuhkan data pendukung tambahan yang belum dapat diperoleh selama masa PKPA.

Self-inspection is to evaluate whether all aspects of production and quality control of the pharmaceutical industry meet the GMP requirements. Increase capacity in the production process at PT. Dankos Farma PKPA 10 January - 5 March 2021 period was carried out by making TSK as a standardization of the SUCU process for changing products on tablet printing machines which is the bottleneck of the tablet production process as a whole, in addition to making TSK as a standardization of the coating process which is a bottleneck of the production process T tablets that are currently in need also making a recap of temperature and RH data for the Aging room as a temperature and RH optimization process that speeds up the process. Meanwhile, regarding the completion of the CAPA, 13 CAPAs have been implemented and evidence has been submitted for verification and 17 CAPAs are in the on progress stage because they require additional supporting data that cannot be obtained during the PKPA period."

"Sistem Mutu merupakan bagian dari Manajemen Mutu yang penerapannya bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa mutu dari obat memang sudah terbentuk  ke dalam produk tersebut (BPOM, 2018). Sebagai bentuk penerapan sistem mutu, suatu industri farmasi harus melakukan evaluasi terhadap obat-obat yang sudah diproduksinya dalam bentuk Pengkajian Mutu Produk. Pengkajian Mutu Produk ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas, dan produk jadi, serta untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses (BPOM, 2018). Tugas ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hingga menghasilkan suatu laporan Pengkajian Mutu Produk oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories (Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk/PTAP) terhadap satu produknya yaitu D Suspensi periode 2019-2020. Pembuatan laporan dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan dari departemen terkait serta melakukan analisa secara statistika terhadap data dari departemen QC dan Produksi menggunakan software Minitab. Terdapat total 16 (enam belas) pengkajian yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan laporan PTAP ini. Hasil seluruh pengkajian yang dilakukan secara umum sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan persyaratan produk jadi yang ditetapkan oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories.

The Quality System is part of Quality Management, which implementation aims to ensure that the quality of the drug has indeed been formed into the product (BPOM, 2018). As a form of implementing a quality system, a pharmaceutical industry must evaluate the drugs it has produced in a Product Quality Review. Product Quality Review aims to prove process consistency, conformity with specifications for starting materials, packaging materials, and finished products and to see trends and identify improvements needed for products and processes (BPOM, 2018). This assignment aims to produce a Product Quality Review report by PT. Harsen Laboratories (Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk/PTAP) of D Suspension for 2019-2020. Reporting is done by collecting the required data from the relevant departments and statistically analyzing the data from the Quality Control and Production departments using Minitab software. There are 16 (sixteen) studies carried out in the preparation of this PTAP report. The results of all studies conducted in general follow the specifications and requirements of the finished product set by PT. Harsen Laboratories."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang berperan penting dalam kegiatan di industri farmasi. Peran apoteker dalam industri farmasi yaitu sebagai penanggung jawab dalam produksi, pengawasan mutu, serta pemastian mutu, dengan tujuan agar obat yang dihasilkan bermutu, aman, dan berkhasiat. Maka dari itu, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan praktis dan manajerial dalam mengaplikasikan kemampuan dan ilmunya secara profesional. Selain itu, apoteker harus dapat menyelesaikan setiap permasalah dan tantangan yang terjadi di industri farmasi. Salah satu upaya untuk menghasilkan seorang apoteker yang kompeten di bidang industri farmasi, yaitu dengan melaksanakan praktik kerja profesi untuk calon apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami peran dan tanggung jawabnya, memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi, dan memberikan gambaran tentang budaya dan suasana bekerja di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker berjudul “Time Study Proses SUCU pada Mesin Granulasi di Production Line 03 PT. Dankos Farma”. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melatih pola pikir dan tindakan calon apoteker dalam mengelola kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam proses produksi, salah satunya yaitu dengan mengefisienkan waktu produksi melalui pengefisienan waktu set up clean up sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi industri farmasi, namun dengan tetap mengutamakan kualitas dan keamanan produk.

The role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry is as a responsible for production, quality control, and quality assurance, with the aim that the drugs produced are of high quality, safe and efficacious. Therefore, a pharmacist is required to have insight, knowledge, practical and managerial skills in applying his abilities and knowledge professionally. In addition, pharmacists must be able to solve every problem and challenge that occurs in the pharmaceutical industry. One of the efforts to produce a competent pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry is to carry out professional work practices for prospective pharmacists. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) in the pharmaceutical industry aims to make prospective pharmacists understand their roles and responsibilities, understand the application of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, and provide an overview of the culture and atmosphere of working in the pharmaceutical industry. The special task given during the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice entitled “Time Study of SUCU Process on Granulation Machine on Production Line 03 PT. Dankos Farma". This special task aims to train the mindset and actions of prospective pharmacists in managing the activities carried out in the production process, one of which is by streamlining production time through efficient clean up set up time so that it can provide benefits for the pharmaceutical industry, but by still prioritizing quality, and product safety."

"Profesi Apoteker memiliki banyak kesempatan dalam berkontribusi di dunia kefarmasian, mulai dari Pemerintahan, Industri Farmasi, Pelayanan di Fasilitas Kesehatan seperti Rumah Sakit atau Puskesmas, Apotek, dan Tenaga Pendidik. Salah satu kontribusi Apoteker di Industri Farmasi yaitu dalam hal pemastian mutu obat. Pemastian mutu obat dijabarkan secara lengkap dalam Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Selain itu, Apoteker memiliki peran di masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan. Sebelum menjadi seorang Apoteker, mahasiswa diharuskan untuk mengikuti program Praktik Kerja Profesi untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih nyata dan agar dapat lebih mengerti peran Apoteker di dunia kerja. Selama periode Praktik Kerja Profesi, mahasiswa Apoteker akan menyelesaikan suatu masalah yang dapat diangkat sebagai topik tugas khusus. Tugas khusus ini dibuat agar dapat menambah wawasan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman di dunia kerja.

Furthermore, Pharmacist has a role to give service society. Before becoming a Pharmacist, student must undergo Internship to get a better picture and understand more about Pharmacist’s role. The Internships was held in Pharmaceutical industry that is PT Pertiwi Agung in Januari-March 2021 and JacoebSon Pharmacy in March-April 2021. During Internships, each student will have a project to solve a problem in the working area as topic. This project was made to enhance knowledge, skills, and experience. "

"Profesi apoteker mempunyai banyak peran penting dalam dunia kesehatan khususnya dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Apoteker profesional adalah seorang apoteker yang berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, setiap calon apoteker harus memiliki bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri sebelum memasuki kehidupan sebagai seorang apoteker sejadi dengan cara menjalani praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika pada periode Juli 2021 dan PT Dankos Farma pada periode September – Oktober 2021. Berdasarkan pengalaman yang didapatkan sewaktu PKPA di apotek dan industri farmasi, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Apotek Atrika for the July 2021 and PT Dankos Farma for the period September – October 2021. Through the experiences in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy during professional practice are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, and skills to perform pharmaceutical practice."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diselenggarakan untuk memberikan bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk menghadapi dunia kerja, sehingga kelak setelah lulus, apoteker mampu bekerja dan melaksanakan perannya dengan baik di institusi kefarmasian yang menjadi tempatnya berkarya. Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini memberikan beberapa informasi terkait dengan peran apoteker dalam mengaplikasikan Annex 1 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Guide tentang Manufacture of sterile drugs (GUI-0119) dan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) 2018 Aneks 1 tentang Pembuatan Produk Steril, mengaplikasikan Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) dalam upaya pencegahan dan penyelesaian masalah, merancang aplikasi kualifikasi pelanggan untuk PBF Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan melakukan proses praktik kefarmasian jarak jauh atau Telefarma. Laporan disusun menggunakan metode pengkajian atau penelusuran studi literatur dan wawancara dengan pasien atau narasumber yang dilakukan pada periode Juli – Desember tahun 2021. Wawancara dengan pasien atau narasumber dibimbing secara langsung oleh Pembimbing Lapangan (Pembimbing I) dan secara tidak langsung oleh Pembimbing II. Hasil dari beberapa kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa apoteker baik di industri farmasi, PBF, maupun apotek memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk farmasi, pendistribusian produk farmasi, dan pelayanan kefarmasian. Selain itu, kegiatan ini penting dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengalaman dan pengetahuan seorang calon apoteker.

The professional practice of pharmacists was carried out at PT Dankos Farma, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, and Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda from July-December 2021. This Pharmacist Professional Practice Report provides some information related to the role of pharmacists in applying Annex 1 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Guide on Manufacturing of sterile drugs (GUI-0119) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 2018 Annex 1 on Manufacturing of Sterile Products, applying Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) in efforts to prevent and solving problems, designing customer qualification applications for PBF Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, and carry out the process of remote pharmacy practice or Telefarma. The report was prepared using the study method or literature study search and interviews with patients or interviewees from July to December 2021. Interviews with patients or interviewees were guided directly by the Field Supervisor (Supervisor I) and indirectly by Supervisor II. The results of these activities indicate that pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, PBF, and pharmacies have a vital role in improving the quality of pharmaceutical products, distribution of pharmaceutical products, and pharmaceutical services. In addition, this activity is essential to increase the experience and knowledge of a prospective pharmacist."

"Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus pendidikan profesi, dan telah mengucapkan sumpah berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta berhak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Indonesia. Salah satu syarat untuk lulus pendidikan profesi apoteker, harus mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan maupun di fasilitas kefarmasian lainnya. Salah satu contoh fasilitas kefarmasian yaitu industri dan apotek. Menurut data Kemenkes hingga tahun 2021, ada 241 industri pembuatan obat-obatan. Industri farmasi memegang peranan penting dalam tersedianya obat dengan jumlah, jenis, dan mutu yang memadai. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjamin mutu obat yang dihasilkan oleh industri farmasi adalah dengan memenuhi persyaratan yang tertera pada CPOB. Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pelayanan kefarmasian yang dimaksud adalah pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini dilakukan di PT. Dankos Farma dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode Juli-Desember 2021. Praktik kerja profesi ini untuk melihat gambaran umum mengenai peran apoteker di PT. Dankos Farma dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah beserta solusi yang diberikan di masing-masing tempat praktik yang dimuat dalam laporan praktik kerja profesi apoteker.

Praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini dilakukan di PT Dankos Farma, Apotek Roxy Hasyim Ashari dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Laporan ini disusun dengan tujuan memberikan informasi terkait pelaksanaan nyata pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di industri, apotek, maupun pedagang besar farmasi. Apoteker memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab dalam pembuatan serta pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi di industri farmasi. Dalam penyaluran obat, apoteker bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusiannya. Sementara dalam bidang pelayanan, apoteker bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan dan pelayanan informasi obat. Laporan ini disusun menggunakan metode observasi langsung dan penelusuran studi literatur. Dalam laporan praktik kerja di industri farmasi, dibahas terkait studi analisis jenis afkir yang terjadi di salah satu departemen produksi PT Dankos Farma untuk menentukan tindakan perbaikan dan menurunkan hasil afkir dalam rangka pemastian mutu produk. Dalam laporan praktik kerja apotek, dibuat daftar penggunaan obat-obat off-label indikasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman agar dapat memastikan bahwa semua obat yang diberikan kepada pasien aman dan bermanfaat. Dalam laporan praktik kerja di pedagang besar farmasi, dibahas mengenai perancangan dan pembuatan penandaan produk untuk mencegah sediaan farmasi bercampur satu dengan lainnya sehingga memastikan proses penyaluran obat terlaksana dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, laporan ini secara garis besar akan memaparkan terkait analisis permasalahan yang ada beserta solusi yang dilakukan di masing-masing tempat praktik kerja profesi apoteker.

Pharmacist Professional Internship is an essential medium for pharmacist students to apply and develop their knowledge in the implementation of pharmaceutical work. This internship was conducted at PT Dankos Farma, Roxy Hasyim Ashari Pharmacy, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. This report aims to provide information about the actual implementation of pharmaceutical services in the industry, pharmacy, and pharmaceutical distributors. Pharmacists have the authority and responsibility to manufacture and ensure the quality control of pharmaceutical dosage forms in the pharmaceutical industry. In the distribution of drugs, pharmacists are responsible for implementing security, procurement, storage, and distribution. While in the service sector, pharmacists are responsible for the management and service of drug information.

This report was prepared using the direct observation method and literature study. The pharmaceutical industry practice report discusses the analysis study of the types of rejected products that occurred in one of the production departments of PT Dankos Farma to determine corrective actions and reduce the results of rejected products to ensure product quality. In the pharmacy practice report, a list of off-label drugs is made to increase understanding to ensure that all drugs given to patients are safe and valuable.

The pharmaceutical distributor practice report discusses the design and manufacture of product markings to prevent pharmaceutical preparations from being mixed to ensure the drug distribution process is carried out correctly. Therefore, this report will outline the analysis of existing problems and solutions in each internship place."

"Departemen Quality Control Packaging Material di industri farmasi PT Dankos Farma memastikan mutu bahan pengemas dari berbagai pemasok. Sebagai upaya efisiensi waktu dan kinerja dilakukan analisis dokumen mutu bahan kemas yang direpresentasikan dalam dokumen Material Quality Review (MQR) sehingga setiap bahan kemas dapat disetujui melalui pelulusan berdasarkan Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Panduan pengadaan diperlukan sebagai alat pengendalian persediaan untuk menjaga ketersediaan obat-obatan pada tingkat tertentu, pengadaan yang tidak sesuai dengan pola permintaan pasar menjadi kendala yang tidak dapat diketahui dengan pasti di PBF SamMarie Tramedifa. Di apotek Roxy Sawangan dilakukan analisis Pareto ABC dengan menggunakan data konsumsi sebagai upaya pengontrolan jumlah dan jenis produk serta mengetahui produk obat hipertensi yang harus diprioritaskan ketersediannya di apotek sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan permintaan konsumen. Hasil analisis digunakan sebagai acuan untuk pengadaan periode selanjutnya. Penyusunan dokumen Material Quality Review bahan pengemas di PT Dankos Farma, pengkajian panduan pengadaan alternatif berdasarkan metode kuantifikasi dengan menggunakan data konsumsi obat di PT SamMarie Tramedifa, dan Analisis Pareto ABC obat hipertensi di Apotek Roxy Sawangan. Periode pengerjaan dimulai dari Juli – November 2021.

In an effort to efficient time and performance, an analysis of the packaging material quality document is represented in the Material Quality Review (MQR) document, with the result that each packaging material can be released by Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Procurement guidelines are needed as an inventory control tool to maintain the availability of medicines at a certain level, procurement that is not in accordance with market demand patterns is an obstacle that cannot be known with certainty at PBF PT SamMarie Tramedifa.

At the Roxy Sawangan pharmacy, Pareto ABC analysis was carried out using consumption data to control the number and type of products and to find the type of hypertension drug products that should be prioritized for availability in pharmacies according to consumer needs and demands.

The results of the analysis are used as a reference for the procurement of the next period.
