"Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) ialah penyakit menular yang berkembang sejak bulan Desember 2019 di Wuhan, ibu kota Provinsi Hubei China, sejak itu virus ini menyebar keseluruh dunia dan menjadi global pandemi. Di Indonesia, pada Juli 2021, dikeluarkanlah surat edaran tentang Pelaksanaan Distribusi Obat dengan Persetujuan Darurat untuk penanganan terapi COVID-19 yaitu; Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, Immunoglobulin, Ivermectin, Tocilizumab, Azithromycin dan Dexamethasone. Pasien yang ingin membeli obat yang mengindikasikan COVID-19 diwajibkan membawa resep dokter. Analisis resep dilakukan sesuai dengan Surat Edaran (SE), meninjau aspek administratif, aspek farmasetik dan aspek klinis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 11 resep pengobatan COVID-19 pada bulan Juli 2021. Terjadi ketidaklengkapan kajian resep baik secara administrasi, farmasetik, serta aspek klinis. Namun seluruh resep telah memiliki ketepatan indikasi dan dosis.

Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that developed in December 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei Province, since then this virus has spread throughout the world and has become a global pandemic. In Indonesia, in July 2021, a circular letter regarding the Implementation of Drug Distribution with Emergency Approval was issued for the handling of COVID-19 therapy, namely; Remdesivir, Favipiravir, Oseltamivir, Immunoglobulin, Ivermectin, Tocilizumab, Azithromycin, and Dexamethasone. Patients who want to buy drugs that indicate COVID-19 are required to bring a doctor's prescription. Prescription analysis was carried out by the Circular Letter, reviewing administrative aspects, pharmaceutical aspects, and clinical aspects. The results of this study can be concluded that there were 11 prescriptions for COVID-19 treatment in July 2021. There were incomplete prescription studies both administratively, pharmaceutically, and clinically. However, all prescriptions have accurate indications and dosages.

Vitacimin is a lozenge product containing vitamin C, produced by PT Takeda Indonesia. The high demand for Vitamin C products has continued to surge dramatically since the global entry of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in early 2020. With the increasing market demand for Vitacimin, it is also necessary to analyze and optimize the duties and work of employees (packers) in packaging Vitacimin products. This observation is focused on line 3 secondary packaging using machine vision tools that have optical functions, namely object inspection and inspection and pattern recognition. The machine vision tool used is Camera Vision Baumer, which is currently running on a trial period by placing employees who serve as selectors and back up the Camera Vision function. In this study, it can be concluded that the Camera Vision Baumer tool works well and the selector in charge of performing the back up function of the Camera Vision Baumer task can be switched."

"Apoteker adalah profesi yang memiliki peranan penting di institusi kefarmasian. Dalam rangka menciptakan tenaga apoteker yang profesional, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam dunia pekerjaan nyata di institusi kefarmasian, seperti industri farmasi dan apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diselenggarakan untuk memberikan bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk menghadapi dunia kerja, sehingga kelak setelah lulus, apoteker mampu bekerja dan melaksanakan perannya dengan baik di institusi kefarmasian yang menjadi tempatnya berkarya. Laporan PKPA ini berisi gambaran pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan di dua sarana kefarmasian, yaitu : PT. Dankos Farma pada periode 11 Januari-5 Maret 2021; dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan pada periode 8 Maret 2021-3 April 2021.

Pharmacists are professions that have an important role in pharmaceutical institutions. In order to create professional pharmacists, one of the important things to do is to participate directly in the real world of work in pharmaceutical institutions, such as the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is held to provide knowledge and experience for prospective pharmacists to face the real field of work, so that after graduation, pharmacists are able to work and carry out their roles well in the pharmaceutical institutions where they work. This PKPA report contains a description of the work carried out in two pharmaceutical facilities, namely: PT. Dankos Farma for the period 11 January-5 March 2021; and Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy for the period 8 March 2021-3 April 2021."

"Fakultas Farmasi mewadahi mahasiswa/i untuk dapat belajar dan mengembangkan diri menjadi seorang Apoteker yang handal di masa yang akan datang di masing-masing bidang penekunannya. Calon Apoteker tersebut sudah berkesempatan mendapatkan teori-teori dasar dalam berpikir, dan bertindak secara logis, akan tetapi, praktek di lapangannya belum atau masih jarang dilakukan oleh calon Apoteker tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Praktek Kerja Lapangan atau yang disebut juga dengan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), diwajibkan sebagai syarat lulus bagi mahasiswa Apoteker di Universitas Indonesia. Untuk kali ini, PKPA dilakukan di Industri (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Apotek (Apotek Roxy) dan Distributor (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). Di Industri, tugas utama terkait menganalisis cycle time empat varian produk pada periode April-Mei 2021, dan tercatat cycle time empat varian tersebut sebesar 6,04; 10,25; 6,17; dan 7 hari. Kedua, PKPA di Apotek ditugaskan untuk menganalisis penjualan produk pada bulan Februari 2021 dengan cara kategorisasi pengelolaan persediaan berdasarkan metode ABC atau prinsip pareto. Terakhir, saya berkesempatan PKPA di PT SamMarie Tramedifa dengan tugas khusus berupa peninjauan Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) Tramedifa terkait Kualifikasi Tempat Penyimpanan Produk Rantai Dingin terhadap pemenuhan standar regulator. Berdasarkan hasil kajian tersebut, POB Tramedifa sudah memenuhi standar BPOM meskipun belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi dari WHO.

The Faculty of Pharmacy accommodates students to be able to learn and develop themselves to become a reliable pharmacist in the future in their respective fields of practice. Pharmacist candidate has had the opportunity to get basic theories in thinking and acting logically, however, the practice in the field has not been or is still rarely done. Therefore, the field work practice or also known as the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA), is required as a graduation requirement for apothecary students at the University of Indonesia. PKPA is carried out in Industry (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Pharmacies (Roxy Pharmacy) and Distributors (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). In Industry, the main task is to analyze the cycle time of four product variants in the April-May 2021 period, and the cycle time of the four variants is recorded at 6.04; 10.25; 6.17; and 7 days. Secondly, PKPA at Pharmacy is assigned to analyze product sales in February 2021 by categorizing inventory management based on the ABC method or the Pareto principle. Finally, I had the opportunity to PKPA at PT SamMarie Tramedifa with a special task in the form of reviewing Tramedifa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the Qualification of Cold Chain Product Storage against compliance with regulatory standards. Based on the study results, SOP Tramedifa has met the BPOM standards even though it has not met the qualification standards of the WHO."

"Apoteker merupakan gelar profesi bagi seseorang yang telah menempuh pendidikan profesi apoteker dan mengucapkan sumpah jabatan apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan wadah yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa Apoteker untuk menerapkan dan mengembangkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama perkuliahan di lapangan secara langsung. PKPA dapat membantu para mahasiswa calon Apoteker untuk dapat memperoleh pengalaman pekerjaan Apoteker di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian misalnya Apotek, Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), Pabrik Obat, dan BPOM sebelum mereka terjun secara mandiri sebagai Apoteker di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian tersebut. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKPA di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit yaitu untuk memberikan bekal kepada para calon Apoteker untuk mendalami dan menerapkan serta memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker yang berkeja di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan PKPA ini diharapkan dapat membantu melahirkan Apoteker yang berintegritas dan berdedikasi tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dan mengembangkan ilmunya sebagai Apoteker di masa mendatang.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is a very important forum for pharmacist students to apply and develop the knowledge that has been learned during lectures in the field directly. PKPA can help pharmacist students to gain experience working as pharmacists in pharmaceutical work implementation facilities, such as pharmacies, hospitals, Puskesmas, pharmaceutical wholesalers (PBF), medicine factory, and BPOM before they enter independently as pharmacists in those facilities. the. The purpose of implementing PKPA at pharmacies and hospitals is to provide provisions for pharmacist students to explore and implement and also understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists who work in pharmacies and hospitals in accordance with the legislation on pharmaceutical work. Thus, the implementation of PKPA is expected to help produce pharmacists with high integrity and dedication in carrying out their duties and developing their knowledge as pharmacists in the future."

"Sebagai gambaran bagi calon Apoteker dalam memahami peran dan tugas di berbagai bidang pekerjaan, maka perlu dilakukan praktik kerja profesi Apoteker. Pada praktik kerja dilakukan pembelajaran secara pengamatan langsung dan diberikan kesempatan langsung untuk melakukan analisis masalah yang terjadi pada masing-masing unit kerja. Oleh karena itu, pada laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai analisis masalah beserta solusi yang dapat diajukan pada setiap tempat praktik kerja. Praktik kerja dilakukan di PT. Takeda Indonesia sebagai gambaran peran Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Penulis mendapat kesempatan untuk mengerjakan tugas khusus mengenai kajian perubahan sistem Conveyor pada proses pengemasan sekunder produk VC terhadap line balancing di Line 4. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan rancangan model line balancing yang efisien dan safety untuk keseimbangan jalur pengemasan setelah dilakukan perubahan sistem conveyor. Selain pada bidang industri, praktik kerja juga dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. Penulis mendapat kesempatan untuk mengerjakan tugas khusus mengenai pengkajian resep yang mengandung obat Lansoprazole untuk penyakit Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) pada periode Oktober 2021. Dari hasil pengkajian resep tersebut, diharapkan dapat diketahui apakah resep yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan administratif, ketentuan farmasetis, dan ketentuan klinis.

As an illustration for prospective pharmacists in understanding the roles and duties in various fields of work, it is necessary to practice the pharmacy profession. In practical work, directed learning is carried out and given direct opportunities to analyze problems that occur in each work unit. Therefore, in this work practice report, we will discuss the problem analysis and solutions that can be proposed at each work practice place. Work practices carried out in PT. Takeda Indonesia as an illustration of the role of Pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The author had the opportunity to work on a special task regarding changes to the conveyor system in the packaging process of VC secondary products for line balancing in Line 4. In addition to the industrial sector, work practices are also carried out at the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy. The author has the opportunity to do a special task regarding the study of prescriptions containing the drug Lansoprazole for Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) in the period October 2021. From the results of the review of the prescription, it is hoped that it will be known whether the prescription given is in accordance with administrative provisions, pharmaceutical provisions, and clinical provisions."

"Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009, pekerjaan kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian mencakup pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam produksi sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan sediaan farmasi. Fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi dapat berupa industri farmasi obat sementara fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian dapat berupa apotek. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian pada industri farmasi dan apotek membutuhkan apoteker yang kompeten dalam bidangnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pembekalan ilmu dan pengalaman kepada calon apoteker, dimana salah satunya adalah dengan mengikuti praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia dan di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. Setelah mengikuti praktik kerja profesi, diharapkan calon apoteker memiliki bekal untuk menjadi apoteker yang menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab.

The implementation of pharmaceutical work includes pharmaceutical work in the production of pharmaceutical preparations and pharmaceutical care. Production facilities for pharmaceutical preparations can be in the form of pharmaceutical industry while pharmaceutical care facilities can be in the form of pharmacies. The implementation of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies requires pharmacists who are competent in their fields. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge and experience to pharmacist candidate, one of which is by joining a professional work practice. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was held at PT Takeda Indonesia and Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. After participating in professional work practice, hopefully the pharmacist candidate will have the provisions to become pharmacists who carry out their duties properly and responsibly."

"Isoniazid merupakan lini pertama dalam terapi TB bersama dengan rifampisin, pirazinamid, dan etambutol (Vilcheze & Jacobs, 2019). Isoniazid merupakan salah satu obat lini pertama yang penting karena memiliki aktifitas bakterisidal awalnya yang kuat. Resistensi terhadap isoniazid diketahui dapat menurunkan keberhasilan terapi TB dan meningkatkan risiko munculnya resistensi terhadap obat lini pertama lainnya seperti rifampisin (Byung & Won, 2019. Tugas ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengkajian resep terhadap pengobatan TB dengan obat utama Isoniazid di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu sehingga dapat melihat kerasionalan resep sehingga mencegah terjadinya ketidaktepatan penggunaan obat-obatan TB yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan terapi dan munculnya resistensi obat. Pengkajian resep diawali dengan pemilihan resep yang dilayani oleh Apotek Roxy periode 1-31 Maret 2021. Pengkajian dilakukan terhadap aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis. Hasil pengkajian secara umum sudah sesuai dan lengkap, serta disimpulkan bahwa pasien diduga mengalami tuberkulosis resisten-rifampisin sehingga diberikan kombinasi antibiotik isoniazid, ofloksasin, dan etambutol.

Isoniazid is the first line of TB therapy together with rifampin, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol (Vilcheze & Jacobs, 2019). Isoniazid is one of the most important first-line drugs because of its strong initial bactericidal activity. Resistance to isoniazid is known to reduce the success of TB therapy and increase the risk of developing resistance to other first-line drugs such as rifampin (Byung & Won, 2019. This task aims to evaluate prescriptions for TB treatment with the primary drug Isoniazid at Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu to see the rationale for medications to prevent inaccuracies in the use of TB drugs which can affect the success of therapy and the emergence of drug resistance. The evaluation begins with the selection of prescriptions served by the Apotek Roxy for the period 1-31 March 2021. The assessment is carried out on administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. The evaluation results were generally appropriate and complete, and it was concluded that the patient was suspected of having rifampin-resistant tuberculosis and was therefore given a combination of isoniazid, ofloxacin, and ethambutol antibiotics."

"Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia periode Januari – Maret 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan periode Mei 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, pedagang besar farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Takeda Indonesia for the period January – March 2022 and Apotek Roxy Poltangan for the May 2022 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice. "Sistem Mutu merupakan bagian dari Manajemen Mutu yang penerapannya bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa mutu dari obat memang sudah terbentuk  ke dalam produk tersebut (BPOM, 2018). Sebagai bentuk penerapan sistem mutu, suatu industri farmasi harus melakukan evaluasi terhadap obat-obat yang sudah diproduksinya dalam bentuk Pengkajian Mutu Produk. Pengkajian Mutu Produk ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas, dan produk jadi, serta untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses (BPOM, 2018). Tugas ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hingga menghasilkan suatu laporan Pengkajian Mutu Produk oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories (Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk/PTAP) terhadap satu produknya yaitu D Suspensi periode 2019-2020. Pembuatan laporan dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang dibutuhkan dari departemen terkait serta melakukan analisa secara statistika terhadap data dari departemen QC dan Produksi menggunakan software Minitab. Terdapat total 16 (enam belas) pengkajian yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan laporan PTAP ini. Hasil seluruh pengkajian yang dilakukan secara umum sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan persyaratan produk jadi yang ditetapkan oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories.

The Quality System is part of Quality Management, which implementation aims to ensure that the quality of the drug has indeed been formed into the product (BPOM, 2018). As a form of implementing a quality system, a pharmaceutical industry must evaluate the drugs it has produced in a Product Quality Review. Product Quality Review aims to prove process consistency, conformity with specifications for starting materials, packaging materials, and finished products and to see trends and identify improvements needed for products and processes (BPOM, 2018). This assignment aims to produce a Product Quality Review report by PT. Harsen Laboratories (Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk/PTAP) of D Suspension for 2019-2020. Reporting is done by collecting the required data from the relevant departments and statistically analyzing the data from the Quality Control and Production departments using Minitab software. There are 16 (sixteen) studies carried out in the preparation of this PTAP report. The results of all studies conducted in general follow the specifications and requirements of the finished product set by PT. Harsen Laboratories."

"Penerapan prinsip Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) bertujuan untuk memastikan mutu selama jalur distribusi selalu sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya (PerBPOM No. 9 Tahun 2019). Transportasi merupakan salah satu aspek yang diatur dalam Pedoman Teknis CDOB tahun 2020. Obat harus diangkut di bawah kondisi penyimpanan yang sesuai dengan informasi pada kemasan agar mutu obat tetap terjaga. Tugas ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan memahami penyaluran dan transportasi dan kemudian melakukan evaluasi terkait kesesuaian proses transportasi di PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution (KFTD) Jakarta 3 dengan prinsip CDOB. Metode pelaksanaan tugas ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan data-data terkait transportasi dengan cara pengamatan langsung dan wawancara langsung dengan bagian logistik. Hasil evaluasi adalah kegiatan transportasi oleh KFTD secara umum telah memenuhi ketentuan-ketentuan CDOB 2020, meskipun masih ada beberapa yang belum selesai. Beberapa yang belum sesuai terkait dengan pelabelan, serta keamanan dalam pengemasan. Hal tersebut dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk diperbaiki agar dapat mengurangi risiko kesalahan sertra meningkatkan keamanan selama pengiriman obat.

Applying the principles of Good Distribution Practice (CDOB) ensures quality during distribution is always following the requirements and intended use (PerBPOM No. 9 of 2019). Transportation is one aspect that is regulated in the 2020 CDOB Technical Guidelines. Drugs must be transported under storage conditions following the information on the packaging so that the quality of the drug is maintained. This task aims to study and understand distribution and transportation and then evaluate the suitability of the transportation process at PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution (KFTD) Jakarta 3 with CDOB principles. This assignment done by collecting data related to transportation by direct observation and direct interviews with the person-in-charge of Logistics. The result of the evaluation is that transportation activities by KFTD have generally complied with the provisions of the 2020 CDOB, although some have not been completed. Some that are not yet appropriate are related to labelling and safety in packaging. These evaluations can be considered for improvement to reduce the risk of errors and increase safety during drug delivery."
