"Apoteker sebagai bagian dari tenaga kesehatan yang bertanggung jawab pada praktik kefarmasian, dituntut untuk dapat menjalankan praktik kefarmasian secara terampil dan kompeten. Sebagai calon apoteker, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa apoteker untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensinya adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu media bagi mahasiswa apoteker untuk mengimplementasikan ilmu kefarmasian yang dimiliki serta meningkatkan pengetahuan terhadap peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia pada Januari - Februari 2022 dan Apotek Kimia Farma Kranggan pada Mei 2022. Melalui praktik kerja tersebut diharapkan dapat membentuk apoteker yang terampil dan kompeten sesuai kebutuhan dunia kerja.

Pharmacists as part of health workers who are responsible for the pharmaceutical practice are required to be able to carry out pharmaceutical practice skillfully and competently. As a prospective pharmacist, one of the efforts that pharmacist students can make to improve their skills and competencies is to participate directly in The Pharmacist internship. The Pharmacist internship is one of the media for pharmacist students to implement pharmaceutical knowledge and increase knowledge about the roles, functions, and responsibilities of pharmacists. The Pharmacist internship was carried out at the University of Indonesia Hospital in January – February 2022 and Kimia Farma Kranggan Pharmacy in May 2022. Through the process of pharmacist internship, it is expected to form skilled and competent pharmacists according to the needs of the world of work."

"Pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit kepada masyarakat memerlukan tenaga kesehatan, salah satunya adalah Apoteker. Apoteker memiliki tugas dalam melakukan praktik pekerjaan kefarmasian di rumah sakit yang berpartisipasi langsung sebagai profesional yang memahami mengenai obat dan alat kesehatan. Selain itu, Apoteker profesional juga memiliki fungsi penting di Apotek sebagai penanggung jawab Apotek untuk menyalurkan obat yang berkhasiat, bermutu, dan aman. Penyaluran obat tersebut diregulasi oleh Badan POM, sehingga Apoteker profesional harus memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang berkaitan dengan Badan POM. Untuk menjadi apoteker yang profesional sebelum masuk dunia kerja, perlu adanya pengalaman dalam bentuk praktik kerja profesi apoteker sebagai modalnya. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) periode Januari – Februari 2022, Badan POM periode Maret 2022, dan Apotek Kimia Farma Margonda periode Mei 2022. Melalui proses PKPA tersebut, calon apoteker profesional diharapkan mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman baru yang tidak ditemukan di luar PKPA dan menjadi bekal dan modal yang sesuai dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Health services in hospitals to the community require health workers, one of which is a pharmacist. Pharmacists have a duty to doing practice pharmacy in hospitals that participate directly as professionals who understand drugs and medical devices. In addition, professional pharmacists also have an important function in pharmacies as the person in charge of pharmacies to distribute drugs that are efficacious, quality, and safe. The distribution of these drugs is regulated by the FDA, so professional pharmacists must have knowledge and experience related to the FDA. To become a professional pharmacist before entering the world of work, it is necessary to have experience in the form of working practice as a pharmacist. The Professional Pharmacist Practice is held at the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) for the period January – February 2022, the FDA for the March 2022 period, and Kimia Farma Margonda Pharmacy for the May 2022 period. Through the PKPA process, prospective professional pharmacists are expected to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and new experiences that are not found outside of PKPA and become appropriate provisions and capital in carrying out pharmaceutical work."

Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Fatmawati Hospital period of January-February 2022, National Food and Drug Control period of March 2022, and Kimia Farma Pharmacy period of May 2022. Through the activities in the hospital, government, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Pada tahun 2020, PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC (PERTAMEDIKA IHC) mengeluarkan Buku Formularium Obat PERTAMEDIKA IHC yang terdapat Peraturan Direktur Nomor Prt–2099/A00000/2020-S0 tentang Formularium Obat PERTAMEDIKA IHC (FOPI) Tahun 2021 untuk membuat dan memberlakukan standarisasi FOPI di lingkungan PERTAMEDIKA IHC dengan ketentuan semua rumah sakit yang berada di lingkungan PERTAMEDIKA dan RS IHC Member wajib menggunakan FOPI dan tidak diperkenankan adanya Formularium atau Daftar Standar Obat lain. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya penyesuaian daftar obat dalam Formularium RS UI dengan FOPI. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pengolahan dua buah data berupa master obat Formularium RS UI serta FOPI dalam bentuk format excel dengan Formularium RS UI sebagai master data. Lalu, dilanjutkan perhitungan persentase dari masing-masing kategori obat yang tersubtitusi, tidak perlu subtitusi atau tidak tersubtitusi. Diperoleh jumlah obat Formularium RS UI yang dapat disubtitusi ke FOPI sejumlah total 442 obat dengan persentase total 18,53%. Jumlah obat yang masuk dalam kategori “Tidak Perlu Subtitusi” sebanyak 1102 obat dengan total persentase sebesar 47,71%. Sedangkan, jumlah obat yang tidak bisa disubtitusi adalah sejumlah 383 obat dengan persentase total 16,58%. Jumlah obat non FOPI adalah sejumlah 383 obat dengan persentase 16,58%. Obat yang tidak tersubtitusi perlu dilakukan pengkajian kembali antara Farmasi dengan Pelayanan Medik/KFT/KSM terkait untuk mendukung efisiensi dan efektivitas formularium RS UI.

To create and implement FOPI standardization in Indonesia, PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC (PERTAMEDIKA IHC) released the PERTAMEDIKA IHC Drug Formulary Book in 2020. This publication includes Director Regulation Number Prt-2099/A00000/2020-S0 addressing the 2021 PERTAMEDIKA IHC (FOPI) Drug Formulary. PERTAMEDIKA IHC environment on the condition that all hospitals within PERTAMEDIKA and IHC Member Hospitals must use FOPI and that no Formulary or other Standard List of Drugs is permitted. Consequently, it is required to update the UI Hospital Formulary's medicine list with FOPI. The task involved processing two sets of data, the UI Hospital's master drug formulary and FOPI's FOPI in excel format, with the UI RS Formulary serving as the master data. The percentage of each drug category that is substituted, whether a substitution is required or not, should then be calculated. There are 442 different medications in the UI Hospital Formulary that can replace FOPI, with a total substitution percentage of 18.53%. 1102 medicines, or a total proportion of 47.71, fall under the "No Need Substitution" category. 383 medicines, or a total percentage of 16.58%, cannot be substituted, however. There are 383 non-FOPI medications, with a proportion of 16.58%. To promote the efficacy and efficiency of the UI Hospital formulary, drugs that cannot be substituted must be discussed between the Pharmacy and the relevant Medical Services/KFT/KSM."

"Apotek menjadi salah satu tempat pendistribusian obat-obatan, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai. Apotek menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 dan Nomor 9 Tahun 2017 adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek meliputi 2 kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Peraturan yang mengatur mengenai apotek antara lain PMK No. 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Peraturan ini dijadikan salah satu pedoman untuk di Apotek. Peraturan-peraturan ini yang menjadi pedoman untuk sebuah apotek agar dapat berdiri dan menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya. Apotek Roxy berdiri sejak tahun 1954 sudah memiliki berbagai cabang di wilayah Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi. Dengan banyak cabang yang ada, Apotek Roxy sudah menerapkan pendirian Apotek sesuai peraturan yang ada. Salah satu cabang Apotek Roxy yang ada adalah Apotek Roxy Keamanan yang terleta di jalan Keamanan nomor 56. Apotek Roxy ini apakah sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada, maka perlu dilakukan analisa. Analisa yang dilakukan berdasarkan studi literatur dan pengamatan secara langsung kesesuaian penerapan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan nomor 73 tahun 2016 pada Apotek Roxy Keamanan. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penerapan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek pada Apotek Roxy Keamanan adalah perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, pemusnahan, pencatatan dan pelaporan sudah sesuai dengan peraturan.

Pharmacies are one of the distribution sites for medicines, medical devices, and consumable medical materials. Pharmacy according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 and Number 9 of 2017 is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. Pharmacy services at pharmacies include 2 activities, namely managerial activities in the form of managing Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices, and Medical Consumables and clinical pharmacy services. Regulations governing pharmacies include PMK No. 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies. This regulation is used as one of the guidelines for the pharmacy. These regulations serve as guidelines for a pharmacy to be able to stand up and carry out its functions and duties. Roxy Pharmacy was founded in 1954 and already has various branches in Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi. With many existing branches, Roxy Pharmacy has implemented the establishment of Pharmacies according to existing regulations. One of the existing branches of the Roxy Pharmacy is the Roxy Keamanan Pharmacy which is located on Jalan Keamanan number 56. Is this Roxy Pharmacy in accordance with existing regulations, it is necessary to do an analysis. The analysis was carried out based on a literature study and direct observation of the suitability of the application of the Minister of Health Regulation number 73 of 2016 at the Roxy Keamanan Pharmacy. The conclusion obtained from the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies at the Roxy Keamanan Pharmacy is that planning, procurement, receipt, destruction, recording and reporting are in accordance with regulations."
