"Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan profesional yang melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di berbagai fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian, industri farmasi, distributor produk obat jadi/bahan baku atau alat kesehatan, dan lain-lain. Dalam mempersiapkan calon apoteker yang profesional untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, maka dilakukan pelatihan secara langsung yaitu Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Tujuan dari pelatihan ini supaya calon apoteker dapat memahami fungsi, peran, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, distributor farmasi, dan fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian seperti apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Dankos Farma pada periode Januari – Februari 2022, PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode April 2022, dan di Apotek Atrika pada periode Mei - Juni 2022. Dengan adanya pelatihan yaitu PKPA dan penyusunan laporan tugas khusus pada setiap instansi diharapkan calon apoteker memiliki keterampilan, pengalaman, dan wawasan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian kedepannya.

"Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apotek (PKPA) mengimplementasikan pekerjaan kefarmasian oleh apoteker baik di Industri Farmasi maupun Apotek dalam mewujudkan hak asasi manusia atas kesehatan, dua diantaranya adalah pemastian mutu produk yang diproduksi di industri farmasi dan pelaksanaan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek. Sementara itu, melalui Program Rujuk Balik (PRB), Apotek Kimia Farma Condet bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan untuk memberikan pelayanan pemberian obat pasien PRB., pertimbangan klinis, serta mempertimbangkan kerasionalan obat. Pada praktiknya, PRB sebagai anggota BPJS dengan riwayat penyakit kronis mendapatkan resep yang telah baik dari segi adminitratif, farmasetik maupun klinis. Peresepan obat terhadap pasien penyakit kronis cukup rasional, sehingga pasien mendapatkan obat yang tepat berdasarkan kebutuhan klinis dengan jangka waktu yang cukup.
