Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan bekal untuk calon apoteker untuk lebih memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi apoteker di dunia profesional. PKPA dilakukan di industri farmasi dan apotek. PKPA di industri farmasi dilakukan di PT Sanofi Aventis periode bulan Januari – Maret 2022, sedangkan PKPA di Apotek dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma 48 Matraman periode bulan April 2022. Melalui Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu mendapatkan pengalaman, ilmu, dan keterampilan sehingga menciptakan apoteker yang kompeten di dunia professional.

Pharmacist is a bachelor of pharmacy who have graduated as pharmacist and have taken the pharmacist oath. Internship is a provision for pharmacist candidates to understand the role of pharmacists and improve pharmacist competence in the professional field. The internship is carried out in the Pharmacy and Pharmacy Industry. Internship in the pharmacy industry is carried out at PT Sanofi Aventis for the period January - March 2022, while at the Pharmacy is carried out at Kimia Farma 48 Matraman Pharmacy for the period April 2022. "Apoteker berperan penting dalam proses pembuatan obat hingga obat dapat digunakan oleh pasien. Apoteker yang baik memerlukan sikap profesional serta kompetensi dalam bekerja yang harus diterapkan dalam proses pembuatan obat hingga proses obat didistribusikan kepada pasien dengan aman dan tepat. Salah satu cara untuk melatih sikap profesional dan kompetensi seorang apoteker dalam bekerja adalah dengan melakukan praktik kerja keprofesian di industri farmasi dan apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di industri dilakukan di Sanofi Indonesia PT. Aventis Pharma periode Januari – Maret 2022 sedangkan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di apotek dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma 298 Bendungan hilir periode April 2022. Pengalaman bekerja di industri farmasi dan apotek dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, keterampilan, serta sikap profesional yang dibutuhkan sebagai seorang apoteker.

Pharmacists have important roles from drug manufacturing process until the drugs can be used by patients. Good pharmacists must have a professional and competent attitude in their work which must be applied in drug manufacturing process until the drugs are distributed to the patients safely and accordingly. One of the ways to train pharmacists’ professional and competent attitude is by experiencing professional practice in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry is held at Sanofi Indonesia PT. Aventis Pharma in January – February 2022 while Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmacy is held at Apotek Kimia Farma 298 Bendungan Hilir in April 2022. The experience of internship in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy can increase the knowledge, insight, as well as the professional attitude that is required as a pharmacist."

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Aventis Pharma for the period January – March 2021 and Apotek Kimia Frama for the April 2021 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktek profesi. standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Aventis Pharma, Badan POM, Apotek Kimia Farma selama periode bulan Januari - April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktek kerja profesi.

Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices were implemented at PT Aventis Pharma, BPOM, Kimia Farma Pharmacy during the period January - April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Praktik kefarmasian dapat dilaksanakan baik di industri farmasi maupun di tempat pelayanan farmasi klinik, seperti apotek dan puskesmas. Praktik tersebut harus dilakukan secara profesional dan rasional sehingga diperlukan kompetensi yang baik sesuai standar kompetensi apoteker. Dalam mencapai standar kompetensi tersebut, calon apoteker harus berpartisipasi langsung dalam Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA memfasilitasi calon apoteker untuk memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Di samping itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memperoleh gambaran jelas mengenai peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di industri farmasi serta di tempat pelayanan farmasi klinik. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di PT Clinisindo Laboratories pada periode 3 Januari 2022 sampai 25 Februari 2022, Apotek Kimia Farma 563 Utama Raya pada periode 2 Maret 2022 sampai 31 Maret 2022, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres pada periode 11 April 2022 sampai 25 April 2022.

Pharmacist is a profession that has an important role in pharmaceutical practice. The pharmaceutical practice could be performed in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical pharmacy services, such as pharmacy and puskesmas. The practice must be performed professionally and rationally. Thus, good competence is needed according to pharmacist competency standards. In achieving these competency standards, prospective pharmacists should participate directly in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA). PKPA facilitates prospective pharmacists to obtain knowledge, skills, and experiences in pharmaceutical practice. Besides that, prospective pharmacists could also get a clear picture of pharmacists' roles and responsibilities in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical pharmacy services. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was held at PT Clinisindo Laboratories from January 3 rd , 2022 to February 25th , 2022; Apotek Kimia Farma 563 Utama Raya from March 2 nd , 2022 to March 31st , 2022; and Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres from April 11th , 2022 to April, 25th , 2022."

"Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan praktik kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kerja farmasi oleh seorang Apoteker. Apoteker dapat menjadi penentu dalam keberhasilan suatu pengobatan karena kompetensi yang dimiliki yang berhubungan langsung dengan obat dan pasien. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan oleh Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia yang bekerja sama dengan PT Kimia Farma Apotek untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengalaman para calon Apoteker untuk dapat terjun ke dunia kerja. Tujuan dari kegiatan praktik adalah memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi di apotek ini dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu dari tanggal 5 Maret 2016 sampai dengan 31 Maret 2016. Berdasarkan kegiatan praktik profesi yang telah dilakukan ini dapat diketahui bahwa peran apoteker di apotek ada 3 yaitu sebagai profesioal, manajerial, dan retailer. Tugas khusus pada praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma ini yaitu Analisis GPP terkait Pelayanan Informasi Obat dalam Praktik Swamedikasi di Apotek.

Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical facilities that do by a pharmacist. Pharmacists can be a determinant in the success of a treatment because of their competences in direct contact with the drug and patient. Profession Internship conducted by the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia cooperated with PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy improve the skills and experience of the candidates pharmacists to be able to plunge into the world of work. The purpose of Profession Internship is to understand the duties and responsibilities of the pharmacist in the pharmacy management, pharmacy services, and practices in accordance with the provisions of the laws and ethics of pharmacy. Working practices in the pharmacy profession is carried out for 4 weeks from the date of March 5, 2016 to March 31, 2016. Based on the professional practice of activities that have been done can be seen that the role of the pharmacist in the pharmacy there are three, namely as profesioal, managerial, and retailers. The special task in working practices in the Profession Internship is GPP Service Analysis of Drug Information Based on Swamedikasi in Pharmacy Practice."
