"Apoteker merupakan sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai Apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan Apoteker. Dalam mendapatkan gelar Apoteker tersebut, setiap program studi Profesi Apoteker di beberapa Universitas di Indonesia menyiapkan matriks perkuliahan Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Tujuan dari Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) adalah untuk mempersiapkan calon Apoteker dalam implementasi ilmu farmasi. Kegiatan PKPA ini dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Jatikramat periode Februari 2022 dan Industri Farmasi PT XYZ Jababeka periode bulan Maret – April 2022. Melalui kegiatan ini, penulis berharap calon Apoteker dapat menerapkan ilmu kefarmasiannya sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja.

Through this activity, the authors hope that prospective pharmacists can apply their pharmaceutical knowledge as a provision to enter the professional of work."

"Stock out obat merupakan kondisi dimana suatu persediaan mengalami kekosongan, untuk mengatasi kekosongan obat yang ada maka perlu dilakukan sistem persediaan obat. Persediaan obat dikenal dengan sebutan safety stock Standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek bahwa proses pengelolaan obat sangat berperan penting dalam terciptanya ketersediaan obat. Proses ketersediaan obat diawali dengan pemilihan, perencanaan kebutuhan, pengadaan, penerimaan,penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemusnahan dan penarikan, pengendalian dan administrasi. Jenis dari pengelolaan sediaan farmasi terdiri atas sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan (ALKES), serta bahan medis habis pakai (BMHP). Apotek Roxy Poltangan mengartikan stockout obat dengan sebutan out of stock. Pada kondisi out of stock dapat memicu terjadinya hilangnya pendapatan apotek, pengelolaan persediaan yang kurang baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tidak terlayaninya permintaan yang diinginkan oleh pembeli atau pasien. Pada pengelolaan farmasi dibutuhkan beberapa aspek perencanaan yang harus dipenuhi, adapun aspek tersebut berupa jenis dan kuantitas kebutuhan, ketersediaan anggaran, pengadaan obat yang efektif dan efisien, tersedia penyimpanan sesuai dengan ketentuan, ketersediaan obat melalui pendistribusian yang terencana dengan memperhatikan waktu tunggu, pemenuhan obat sesuai dengan permintaan dan penggunaan obat secara rasional.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu upaya agar dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai dunia kerja profesional untuk calon apoteker. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker penting sebagai bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker bagi calon apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy periode bulan Februari 2022, PT. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at the Roxy Pharmacy for the period of February 2022, PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories for the period March – April 2022, and the Jagakarsa District Health Center for the period May – June 2022. "Suatu industri farmasi harus dapat memastikan kebersihannya bukan hanya tentang bangunan dan fasilitas namun juga termasuk alat-alat penunjang yang digunakan. Untuk memastikan apakah prosedur yang dilakukan telah sesuai, maka dilakukan validasi. Resep merupakan hal terpenting sebelum pasien menerima obat. Dalam alur pelayanan resep, apoteker wajib melakukan skrining resep. Ada tiga aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam skrining resep yakni kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis untuk menjamin legalitas suatu resep dan meminimalkan kesalahan pengobatan. Salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian yang juga harus dilakukan dalam rangka menangani masalah terkait obat adalah Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO). Penyimpanan obat, bahan obat, alat kesehatan dan produk lainnya sesuai kategori seringkali menjadi hal yang cukup sulit di PBF PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari khususnya di PBF cabang Bogor. Terutama penyimpanan barang di area loading APL cabang Bogor sehingga dibutuhkan tanda khusus untuk memberikan perbedaan setiap area loading berbagai daerah. Penyusunan Protokol Cleaning Validation, Pengkajian resep dan PTO pasien loyal, dan kegiatan pembuatan penanda area loading daerah Cianjur dilakukan pada saat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Global Onkolab Farma, Apotek Roxy Poltangan, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Periode pengerjaan mulai dari Juli – November 2021.

One of the pharmaceutical services that must also be carried out in order to deal with drug-related problems is Drug Therapy Monitoring (DTM). Storage of drugs, medicinal ingredients, medical devices and other products according to categories is often quite difficult at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari PBF, especially at PBF Bogor branch. Especially the storage of goods in the APL loading area of ​​the Bogor branch, so a special sign is needed to distinguish each loading area from various regions. The preparation of the Cleaning Validation Protocol, review of prescriptions and DTM of loyal patients, and activities of making markers for the loading area in the Cianjur area were carried out during the Pharmacist Professional Practice at PT Global Onkolab Farma, Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Guardian Pharmatama periode Januari - Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy periode April 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

"Profesi apoteker menjadi profesi memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab inti dalam terlaksananya kegiatan kefarmasian dengan baik. Latar belakang pendidikan apoteker membuatnya menjadi tenaga yang memiliki pengetahuan spesifik mengenai kefarmasian untuk mengisi peran dan memenuhi tanggung jawab tersebut. Selain dibekali dengan ilmu kefarmasian, apoteker juga dibekali dengan praktik kerja profesi untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam proses kegiatan praktik kefarmasian, baik pada farmasi klinis, industri farmasi, dan pemerintahan. Pada laporan ini dibahas mengenai Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu, Periode Februari 2022 dan PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Periode Maret-April 2022. Adapun topik yang menjadi pembahasan dalam laporan ini yaitu pengkajian resep obat asma yang terdapat pada apotek tersebut dan validasi pemberihan alat-alat sampling di industri farmasi. Pengalaman praktik kerja ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal bagi apoteker untuk menjalankan kegiatan profesinya nanti.

The topics discussed in this report are the review of drug prescription for asthmam in the pharmacy and sampling tools cleaning validation in the pharmaceutical industry. This practical work experience is expected to be a provision for pharmacists to carry out their professional activities in the future."

"Banyak tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Salah satu profesi yang memiliki peran besar adalah apoteker, dengan fokus dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam pelayanan kefarmasian, yang berhubungan erat dengan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Kegiatan PKPA dilaksanakan agar para calon apoteker dapat memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek dan rumah sakit.

Sedangkan dalam rangka melakukan pengembangan serta produksi obat dengan kualitas yang telah terstandar dapat dilakukan di industri farmasi.
