Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Forsta Kalmedic Global pada bulan Januari—Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak pada bulan Maret 2022, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan pada bulan April 2022. Kegiatan praktik kerja di industri farmasi, apotek, dan pusat kesehatan masyarakat diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan pengalaman sehingga calon apoteker dapat melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara profesional.

Pharmacists ought to have professional attitudes and skills in order to perform successfully in their roles. To be there, young pharmacists must possess the necessary competences. One form of effort made through professional practices at PT Forsta Kalmedic Global in January–February 2022, Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak in March 2022, and Puskesmas Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan in April 2022. Professional practices in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy, and primary health care are expected to provide young pharmacist with insight and experience that will allow them to practice pharmacy professionally."

"Apoteker memegang peran penting dalam fasilitas kefarmasian seperti Industri Farmasi, Pedagang Besar Farmasi, dan Apotek. Apoteker perlu memastikan dan menjaga mutu, keamanan, serta khasiat obat mulai dari proses produksi obat, distribusi obat, sampai obat diterima oleh pasien. Maka dari itu, apoteker harus memiliki kompetensi yang baik sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Apoteker. "Manajemen visual penting diterapkan di Industri untuk memastikan keadaan di area kerja terkendali dan mencegah terjadi ketidaknormalan. Manajemen visual dapat digunakan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan informasi terkait dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan sehari-hari. Salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga kerja untuk bekerja sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku di suatu perusahaan maka dibuat One Point Lessons. One Point Lessons merupakan alat presentasi visual singkat yang memberikan penjelasan dalam satu poin atau halaman dengan adanya gambar, grafik, atau diagram. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengamatan atau peninjauan langsung dan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan terhadap operator dalam melaksanakan proses kegiatan yang terdapat di Departemen Produksi Solid PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Kemudian membandingkan antara proses kerja yang dilakukan operator dengan SOP. Selanjutnya dibuat One Point Lessons dari hasil kegiatan tersebut. One Point Lessons yang telah dibuat diberikan kepada operator untuk dilihat pemahaman dan kemampuan operator dalam membaca One Point Lessons. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, operator dapat memahami dan membaca One Point Lessons tersebut dengan baik. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya standarisasi yang lebih lengkap dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja sehingga memberikan hasil kualitas yang sama untuk produk manufaktur yang dihasilkan.

Data collection was carried out by observation and interview techniques, namely by observing or direct observation and asking several questions to the operator in carrying out the process of activities contained in the Solid Production Department of PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Then compare the work process carried out by the operator with the SOP. Furthermore, One Point Lessons is made from the results of these activities. The One Point Lessons that have been created are given to the operator to see the operator's understanding and ability in reading One Point Lessons. Based on the research results, the operator can understand and read the One Point Lessons well. With this activity, it is expected that there will be a more complete standardization and an increase in work efficiency so as to provide the same quality results for manufactured products."

"Continued Process Verification dilakukan selama siklus hidup produk dan merupakan persyaratan wajib baru dan diterapkan terlepas dari pendekatan apapun yang dipilih pada proses validasi. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya industri farmasi mengalami banyak kesulitan terutama industri yang sistem pendataanya masih manual. FDA mengharapkan industri farmasi untuk menjaga peralatan laboratorium dalam keadaan bersih dan tersanitasi untuk memberikan konfidensi pada hasil analisis. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan konfidensi ini adalah melalui program validasi yaitu validasi pembersihan. Namun, detail pada validasi pembersihan alat gelas laboratorium tidak harus sama dengan validasi pembersihan peralatan yang digunakan untuk produksi karena alat gelas laboratorium hanya digunakan untuk tujuan pengujian dan dinilai memiliki resiko yang rendah terhadap produk dan pasien. Sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian resiko untuk menentukan produk penanda, peralatan laboratorium penanda dan kriteria keberterimaan yang sesuai.

However, the details on the cleaning validation of laboratory glassware do not have to be the same as the validation of cleaning equipment used for production because laboratory glassware is only used for testing purposes and is considered to have a low risk to the product and the patient. So it is necessary to carry out a risk assessment to determine the appropriate marker product, marker laboratory equipment and acceptance criteria."

Evaluasi rutin untuk mengoptimalkan suatu pengerjaan khususnya pada proses produksi disebut OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), bertujuan untuk memantau efektivitas suatu proses sehingga nantinya dapat dilakukan upaya-upaya yang dapat meningkatkan efektivtias proses tersebut. Visual management yang dibuat dalam bentuk visual board digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan produktivitas selama kegiatan produksi dilakukan yang nantinya akan diaplikasikan langsung dan diisi oleh group leader yang bertugas.

Personal files are created to make it easier for administrative operators to view the overall important information of each personnel in one file and make it easier to monitor warning signs for personnel who need medical check-ups, visual qualifications, and gowning qualifications. In addition, machines and equipment are facilities in the entire production process in developing production activities, inseparable from machine productivity and efficiency. Routine evaluation to optimize a work, especially in the production process, is called OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), which aims to monitor the effectiveness of a process so that later efforts can be made to increase the effectiveness of the process. "Suatu industri farmasi harus dapat memastikan kebersihannya bukan hanya tentang bangunan dan fasilitas namun juga termasuk alat-alat penunjang yang digunakan. Untuk memastikan apakah prosedur yang dilakukan telah sesuai, maka dilakukan validasi. Resep merupakan hal terpenting sebelum pasien menerima obat. Dalam alur pelayanan resep, apoteker wajib melakukan skrining resep. Ada tiga aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam skrining resep yakni kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis untuk menjamin legalitas suatu resep dan meminimalkan kesalahan pengobatan. Salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian yang juga harus dilakukan dalam rangka menangani masalah terkait obat adalah Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO). Penyimpanan obat, bahan obat, alat kesehatan dan produk lainnya sesuai kategori seringkali menjadi hal yang cukup sulit di PBF PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari khususnya di PBF cabang Bogor. Terutama penyimpanan barang di area loading APL cabang Bogor sehingga dibutuhkan tanda khusus untuk memberikan perbedaan setiap area loading berbagai daerah. Penyusunan Protokol Cleaning Validation, Pengkajian resep dan PTO pasien loyal, dan kegiatan pembuatan penanda area loading daerah Cianjur dilakukan pada saat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Global Onkolab Farma, Apotek Roxy Poltangan, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Periode pengerjaan mulai dari Juli – November 2021.

One of the pharmaceutical services that must also be carried out in order to deal with drug-related problems is Drug Therapy Monitoring (DTM). Storage of drugs, medicinal ingredients, medical devices and other products according to categories is often quite difficult at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari PBF, especially at PBF Bogor branch. Especially the storage of goods in the APL loading area of ​​the Bogor branch, so a special sign is needed to distinguish each loading area from various regions. The preparation of the Cleaning Validation Protocol, review of prescriptions and DTM of loyal patients, and activities of making markers for the loading area in the Cianjur area were carried out during the Pharmacist Professional Practice at PT Global Onkolab Farma, Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. "Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) yang merupakan penyakit coronavirus jenis baru dan cepat menular sehingga penanganan harus dilakukan juga dengan cepat. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan daftar persediaan perlu dilakukan dengan cepat dan tepat, terutama obat dan bahan medis habis pakai (BMHP) serta evaluasinya agar ketersediaan stok untuk penanganan, pengendalian, dan pencegahan COVID-19 terpenuhi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah membuat daftar rencana perbekalan farmasi yang akan diadakan serta evaluasi perencanaan sediaan farmasi dan BMHP untuk terapi pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Kebayoran Lama dengan metode ABC VEN. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan metode epidemiologi dan konsumsi berdasarkan data riwayat pemakaian menggunakan data Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat (LPLPO) Gudang Farmasi RSUD Kebayoran Lama periode Agustus-Oktober 2020, yang terdiri dari daftar sediaan farmasi, bahan laboratorium, dan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Perencanaan kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan metode ABC, VEN, dan kombinasi keduanya. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebanyak 18 macam persediaan memiliki persentase ketersediaan sebesar kurang dari 50% yang harus segera untuk diadakan guna menghindari terjadinya kekosongan kebutuhan. Hasil evaluasi dengan metode ABC diperoleh kelompok A dengan jumlah sebanyak 11,1% macam persediaan memiliki alokasi dana sebesar 75,3%, kelompok B sebanyak 27,78% macam persediaan memiliki alokasi dana sebesar 18,6%, dan kelompok C sebanyak 61,1% macam persediaan memiliki alokasi dana sebesar 6,1%. Hasil evaluasi dengan metode VEN diperoleh kebutuhan yang direncanakan hampir semua termasuk dalam kelompok V atau Vital karena digunakan dalam tatalaksana terapi farmakologis untuk pasien COVID-19, pemantauan data laboratorium pasien yang juga meliputi untuk penegakan diagnosis, serta kebutuhan APD untuk petugas yang menangani pasien COVID-19. Rapid test termasuk dalam kelompok N karena dalam tatalaksana COVID-19 tidak diperlukan terutama untuk penegakan diagnosis. Hasil evaluasi dengan metode kombinasi ABC VEN diperoleh APD Coverall dan masker bedah sebagai jenis kebutuhan yang termasuk kategori A dan V, yaitu kelompok yang diperlukan untuk penanggulangan penyakit terbanyak.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) which is a new type of coronavirus disease and contagious rapidly, so it must be handled quickly. Therefore, planning as well as evaluation the inventory list needs to be done quickly and precisely, especially drugs and medical consumables as of the stock availability for medicating, controlling, and preventing COVID-19 is fulfilled. This paper aim is to make a list of plans for pharmaceutical supplies to be procured as well as an evaluation of the plan for pharmaceutical preparations and medical consumables for COVID-19 patients therapy at the Regional Public Hospital of Kebayoran Lama using the ABC VEN method. Planning is carried out by epidemiological and consumption methods based on the usage data and pharmacy supplies request report period August-October 2020 at pharmacy warehouse of hospital, which consists of pharmaceutical preparations, laboratory materials, and personal protective equipment. Then, planning is evaluated using ABC, VEN, and a combination BC VEN method. The results is 18 kinds of pharmacy supply have an availability percentage is less than 50%, which means those must be procured immediately in order to avoid the occurrence of vacancies. The results of the evaluation using the ABC method obtained that group A with a total of 11.1% of kinds of pharmacy supply has a fund allocation of 75.3%, group B of 27.78% of the kinds of pharmacy supply has a fund allocation of 18.6%, and group C of 61 1% of kinds of pharmacy supply has a fund allocation of 6.1%. The results of the evaluation using the VEN method obtained that almost all the planning list is included in the V or Vital group because it is used in the therapy management for COVID-19 patients, monitoring patient laboratory data which also includes diagnosis, as well as the need of personal protective equipment for officers handling COVID-19 patients. Rapid test is included in group N because it isn’t needed in the therapy management for COVID-19 patients, especially for diagnosis. The results of the evaluation using the ABC VEN combination method obtained personal protective equipment, named coverall and surgical masks as types of needs that belong to categories A and V, which means those are the most needed to control the disease."
