Apoteker perlu memastikan dan menjaga mutu, keamanan, serta khasiat obat mulai dari proses produksi obat, distribusi obat, sampai obat diterima oleh pasien. Maka dari itu, apoteker harus memiliki kompetensi yang baik sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi agar apoteker dapat mengetahui perannya dan meningkatkan kompetensinya. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Kalbe Farma Tbk pada periode 3 Januari-25 Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Telajung pada periode 2-26 Maret 2022, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode 1-14 April 2022. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan dapat membantu apoteker dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya dan memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait profesinya di Industri Farmasi, Pedagang Besar Farmasi, dan Apotek.

The Professional Practices of Pharmacist is one of the requirements that have to be carried out so that prospective pharmacists can understand their role and improve their competencies. Pekerjaan kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat, dan obat tradisional sesuai dengan standar kefarmasian. Melalui praktik kerja profesi apoteker, calon apoteker dapat mengonfirmasi kesesuaian antara ilmu yang telah didapatkan dan praktik di lapangan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai apoteker. Setelah menjalani praktik kerja profesi apoteker, diharapkan calon apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

"Suatu industri farmasi harus dapat memastikan kebersihannya bukan hanya tentang bangunan dan fasilitas namun juga termasuk alat-alat penunjang yang digunakan. Untuk memastikan apakah prosedur yang dilakukan telah sesuai, maka dilakukan validasi. Resep merupakan hal terpenting sebelum pasien menerima obat. Dalam alur pelayanan resep, apoteker wajib melakukan skrining resep. Ada tiga aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam skrining resep yakni kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis untuk menjamin legalitas suatu resep dan meminimalkan kesalahan pengobatan. Salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian yang juga harus dilakukan dalam rangka menangani masalah terkait obat adalah Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO). Penyimpanan obat, bahan obat, alat kesehatan dan produk lainnya sesuai kategori seringkali menjadi hal yang cukup sulit di PBF PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari khususnya di PBF cabang Bogor. Terutama penyimpanan barang di area loading APL cabang Bogor sehingga dibutuhkan tanda khusus untuk memberikan perbedaan setiap area loading berbagai daerah. Penyusunan Protokol Cleaning Validation, Pengkajian resep dan PTO pasien loyal, dan kegiatan pembuatan penanda area loading daerah Cianjur dilakukan pada saat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Global Onkolab Farma, Apotek Roxy Poltangan, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Periode pengerjaan mulai dari Juli – November 2021.

Storage of drugs, medicinal ingredients, medical devices and other products according to categories is often quite difficult at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari PBF, especially at PBF Bogor branch. Especially the storage of goods in the APL loading area of ​​the Bogor branch, so a special sign is needed to distinguish each loading area from various regions. The preparation of the Cleaning Validation Protocol, review of prescriptions and DTM of loyal patients, and activities of making markers for the loading area in the Cianjur area were carried out during the Pharmacist Professional Practice at PT Global Onkolab Farma, Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. "Continued Process Verification dilakukan selama siklus hidup produk dan merupakan persyaratan wajib baru dan diterapkan terlepas dari pendekatan apapun yang dipilih pada proses validasi. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya industri farmasi mengalami banyak kesulitan terutama industri yang sistem pendataanya masih manual. FDA mengharapkan industri farmasi untuk menjaga peralatan laboratorium dalam keadaan bersih dan tersanitasi untuk memberikan konfidensi pada hasil analisis. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan konfidensi ini adalah melalui program validasi yaitu validasi pembersihan. Namun, detail pada validasi pembersihan alat gelas laboratorium tidak harus sama dengan validasi pembersihan peralatan yang digunakan untuk produksi karena alat gelas laboratorium hanya digunakan untuk tujuan pengujian dan dinilai memiliki resiko yang rendah terhadap produk dan pasien. Sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian resiko untuk menentukan produk penanda, peralatan laboratorium penanda dan kriteria keberterimaan yang sesuai.

Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; mengkaji resep obat-obat pada pasien kardiovaskular di Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode September 2021, serta pembuatan pembatas antar batch berbeda dalam satu produk di PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari cabang Bogor. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari database vendor yang dimiliki oleh Quality Compliance dan Quality Assurance; pembuatan pembatas dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke Gudang PT Pharmindo Lestari cabang Bogor; serta resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada Quality Compliance bahwa terdapat gap pada database vendor di Quality Compliance dan AVL; distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari memiliki pembatas untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan pengambilan produk dengan nomor batch yang berbeda; Apotek Roxy Biak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

This study has several objectives, there is to identify the inconsistency of the vendor database on Quality Compliance with the Approved Vendor List (AVL) at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; studied the prescription of drugs for cardiovascular patients at the Roxy Pharmacy, Biak Branch for the period of September 2021, as well as the manufacture of barriers between different batches in one product at PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari, Bogor branch. Data retrieval is obtained from vendor databases owned by Quality Compliance and Quality Assurance; making the barrier is done by direct observation to the warehouse of PT Pharmindo Lestari Bogor branch; and recipes obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi especially on Quality Compliance that there is a gap in the vendor database in Quality Compliance and AVL; the distributor of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari has a barrier to avoid the occurrence of errors in taking products with different batch numbers; Roxy Biak Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by drug dispensing."

Internship provide an overview and experience in the world of work. Direct observations about the activities in each department (Production, Quality Control, dan Quality Assurance) are occurred during internship at the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist also learnt how to analyze many problems that happened and have to identified the closure. During internship at the pharmaceutical distributors, pharmacist was shown every department’s responsibility in general and had to make an innovation project. During internship at pharmacy, pharmacists did any pharmaceutical services. Pharmacist had to do prescription screening, prescription services, which be given with counselling. Prescription screening was done to prevent or minimize the occurrence of medication error."
