"Profesi apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasiaan. Apoteker berperan dalam menjamin praktik keframasiaan, baik untuk menjamin kualitas obat di Industri farmasi maupun pelayanan di bidang klinis seperti apotek. Apoteker harus berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melakuakan praktik kefarmasiaan tersebut, maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk melakukan praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Hal ini penting bagi calon apoteker untuk mengetahui peran apoteker serta untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan menambah pengalaman. Praktik kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Kalbio Global Medika periode Januari - Februari 2022 dan Apotek Kimia Farma Pasar Anyar Tangerang periode April 2022, melalui proses PKPA ini, calon apoteker diharapkan mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dapat berguna untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasiaan kedepannya.

"Profesi Apoteker merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan karir seorang apoteker. Sebelum mengaplikasikan keilmuan di bidang kefarmasian secara profesioanl, seorang apoteker perlu menempun pendidikan profesi untu mendapat gelar apoteker. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu kegiatan pada perkuliahan profesi apoteker yang bertujuan mengasah kemampuan praktik calon apoteker sebelum terjun langsung ke dunia kerja sebagai seorang apoteker yang profesional. Kegiatan PKPA ini dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma Pekapuran periode Januari 2022 dan PT. Kalbio Global Medika periode Maret – April 2022. Melalui kegiatan ini, penulis berharap ilmu yang didapatkan selama PKPA dapat menjadi bekal yang baik untuk menjadi seorang apoteker yang profesional, baik di pelayanan masyarakat maupun industry farmasi.

The Pharmacist Professional Practice Activity (PKPA) is one of the activities in the pharmacist profession curriculum which aims to hone the practice skills of prospective pharmacists before going directly into the world of work as a professional pharmacist. This PKPA activity was carried out at Kimia Farma Pekapuran Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT. Kalbio Global Medika for the period March – April 2022. Through this activity, the author hopes that the knowledge gained during PKPA can be a good provision to become a professional pharmacist, both in community service and the pharmaceutical industry."

"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 dilakukan selama 4 empat minggu sejak tanggal 1 Februari sampai dengan 28 Februari 2017. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar mahasiswa memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 73 Tahun 2016; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku profesional dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Apotek; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek. Kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang sudah dilakukan Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 diantaranya pengkajian dan pelayanan resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, pemantauan terapi obat dan monitoring efek samping obat. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pemantauan Terapi Obat Pasien Diabetes Mellitus dengan Komplikasi Hipertensi dan Stroke Melalui Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah. Pelayanan farmasi klinik belum dilakukan sepenuhnya dikarenakan jumlah sumber daya manusia yang tidak memadai.

Special assignment was given that titled Monitoring of Drug Therapy of Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Hypertension and Stroke Complications Through Home Pharmacy Care. However, the activities carried out clinical pharmacy not yet fully due to the amount of human resources inadequate. "

HarsenLaboratories periode Januari 2022 – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Sawanganperiode Maret 2022. Melalui pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini, calonapoteker diharapkan untuk mampu memahami kompetensi yang diperlukan,memperoleh wawasan serta mampu mengimplementasikan praktik kerja di bidangkefarmasian.
