"Apoteker memegang peran penting dalam fasilitas kefarmasian seperti Industri Farmasi, Pedagang Besar Farmasi, dan Apotek. Apoteker perlu memastikan dan menjaga mutu, keamanan, serta khasiat obat mulai dari proses produksi obat, distribusi obat, sampai obat diterima oleh pasien. Maka dari itu, apoteker harus memiliki kompetensi yang baik sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi agar apoteker dapat mengetahui perannya dan meningkatkan kompetensinya. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Kalbe Farma Tbk pada periode 3 Januari-25 Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Telajung pada periode 2-26 Maret 2022, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode 1-14 April 2022. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan dapat membantu apoteker dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya dan memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait profesinya di Industri Farmasi, Pedagang Besar Farmasi, dan Apotek.

One of the most important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is to participate directly in carrying out the pharmaceutical practice. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to be able to undergo professional practice as a provision of knowledge and experience in understanding the role of a pharmacist, and also to improve self-competence before entering their professional career journey. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was held at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories for the January – February 2022 period, Apotek Kimia Farma 96 Kemanggisan for the March 2022 period, and PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari for the period of April 2022. With the implementation of professional practice in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical distribution companies, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to broaden their horizons, knowledge, skills, and experience that can be applied in doing pharmaceutical work in the future."

Good pharmacists must have a professional and competent attitude in their work which must be applied in drug manufacturing process until the drugs are distributed to the patients safely and accordingly. One of the ways to train pharmacists’ professional and competent attitude is by experiencing professional practice in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry is held at Sanofi Indonesia PT. Aventis Pharma in January – February 2022 while Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmacy is held at Apotek Kimia Farma 298 Bendungan Hilir in April 2022. The experience of internship in pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy can increase the knowledge, insight, as well as the professional attitude that is required as a pharmacist."

"Continued Process Verification dilakukan selama siklus hidup produk dan merupakan persyaratan wajib baru dan diterapkan terlepas dari pendekatan apapun yang dipilih pada proses validasi. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya industri farmasi mengalami banyak kesulitan terutama industri yang sistem pendataanya masih manual. FDA mengharapkan industri farmasi untuk menjaga peralatan laboratorium dalam keadaan bersih dan tersanitasi untuk memberikan konfidensi pada hasil analisis. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan konfidensi ini adalah melalui program validasi yaitu validasi pembersihan. Namun, detail pada validasi pembersihan alat gelas laboratorium tidak harus sama dengan validasi pembersihan peralatan yang digunakan untuk produksi karena alat gelas laboratorium hanya digunakan untuk tujuan pengujian dan dinilai memiliki resiko yang rendah terhadap produk dan pasien. Sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian resiko untuk menentukan produk penanda, peralatan laboratorium penanda dan kriteria keberterimaan yang sesuai.

The FDA expects the pharmaceutical industry to keep laboratory equipment clean and sanitized to provide confidence in the results of the analysis. One way to provide this confidence is through a validation program, namely cleaning validation. However, the details on the cleaning validation of laboratory glassware do not have to be the same as the validation of cleaning equipment used for production because laboratory glassware is only used for testing purposes and is considered to have a low risk to the product and the patient. So it is necessary to carry out a risk assessment to determine the appropriate marker product, marker laboratory equipment and acceptance criteria."

Pharmaceutical wholesaler is a company in the form of a legal entity that has a license for the procurement, storage, distribution of pharmaceutical preparations in large quantities in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Pharmacy Wholesalers is one of the most important units in the distribution of pharmaceutical preparations to health service facilities such as pharmacies, hospital pharmacy installations, health centers, clinics and drug stores so that they can reach the people. The pharmacist as the person in charge of the pharmaceutical wholesaler must be able to carry out the management of pharmaceutical preparations at the pharmaceutical wholesaler starting from procurement, storage to distribution of pharmaceutical preparations to health care facilities."

"Dalam rantai pemasokan farmasi, obat-obatan yang dibuat dari produsen farmasi atau industri farmasi akan didistribusikan oleh distributor sampai di tangan konsumen melalui pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas kesehatan, termasuk Apotek. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk untuk mengidentifikasi ketidakselarasan database vendor pada Quality Compliance dengan Approved Vendor List (AVL) di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; mengkaji resep obat-obat pada pasien kardiovaskular di Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode September 2021, serta pembuatan pembatas antar batch berbeda dalam satu produk di PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari cabang Bogor. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari database vendor yang dimiliki oleh Quality Compliance dan Quality Assurance; pembuatan pembatas dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke Gudang PT Pharmindo Lestari cabang Bogor; serta resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada Quality Compliance bahwa terdapat gap pada database vendor di Quality Compliance dan AVL; distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari memiliki pembatas untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan pengambilan produk dengan nomor batch yang berbeda; Apotek Roxy Biak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

In the pharmaceutical supply chain, medicines made from pharmaceutical manufacturers or the pharmaceutical industry will be distributed by distributors to consumers through pharmaceutical services at health facilities, including pharmacy or drugstore. This study has several objectives, there is to identify the inconsistency of the vendor database on Quality Compliance with the Approved Vendor List (AVL) at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; studied the prescription of drugs for cardiovascular patients at the Roxy Pharmacy, Biak Branch for the period of September 2021, as well as the manufacture of barriers between different batches in one product at PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari, Bogor branch. Data retrieval is obtained from vendor databases owned by Quality Compliance and Quality Assurance; making the barrier is done by direct observation to the warehouse of PT Pharmindo Lestari Bogor branch; and recipes obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi especially on Quality Compliance that there is a gap in the vendor database in Quality Compliance and AVL; the distributor of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari has a barrier to avoid the occurrence of errors in taking products with different batch numbers; Roxy Biak Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by drug dispensing."
