"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu kurikulum pembelajaran pada masa studi Apoteker, di setiap instansi dilaksanakannya PKPA mahasiswa apoteker diberikan tanggung jawab berupa tugas khusus yang kemudian akan dilaporkan ke universitas yang akan dijadikan sebuah syarat kelulusan. Pada Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilaksanakan penulis di Apotek Roxy merupakan gambaran penerapan kewajiban seorang Apoteker di Apotek, penulis diberikan tugas akhir berupa Pengkajian Obat-Obat Anti Tuberkulosis di Apotek Roxy Biak Periode September 2021, pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan pengumpulan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak pada tanggal 1-25 September yang merupakan resep asli dan berisikan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) kemudian dikaji secara administratif, farmsetik, dan klinis. Kemudian pada pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Finusolprima Farma penulis diberikan gambaran serta penerapan mengenai kewajiban seorang Apoteker di Industri Farmasi, penulis diberikan tugas khusus berupa Kajian Manajemen Risiko Mutu pada Proses Environment Monitoring menggunakan Metode FMEA. Pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan mengkaji penyimpangan yang terjadi di area produksi Line 1 dan 4. Proses yang dikaji merupakan Kegiatan pemantauan lingkungan merupakan suatu kegiatan pemeriksaan parameter-parameter persyaratan kelas kebersihan di setiap ruangan tempat proses produksi dilakukan. Setiap parameter diperiksa untuk mengetahui kondisi ruangan saat proses produksi dilaksanakan (in operation) dan tidak dilaksanakan (at rest) dengan syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Pada pelaksaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker selanjutnya di Puskesmas Kecamatan ciracas penulis menyelesaikan tugas khusus yang berjudul Penyuluhan Suplemen yang Direkomendasikan Oleh Bpom Untuk Menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 Di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas Periode Desember 2021. Pelaksanaannya dilaksanakan dengan penyiapan kuesioner dan desain infografis berisi informasi penyuluhan, pada awal proses penyuluhan responden di arahkan untuk mengisi kuesioner yang sama dengan kuesioner yang akan diisi setelah penyuluhan. Kemudian penulis merekapitulasi naik atau turunnya pemahaman responden berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah diberikan.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is one of the learning curricula during the Pharmacists study period, in each institution implementing PKPA, pharmacist students are given responsibilities in the form of special assignments which will then be reported to the university which will be used as a graduation requirement. In the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice carried out by the author at the Roxy Pharmacy, it is an illustration of the application of the obligations of a pharmacist at the Pharmacy, the author is given a final task in the form of the Study of Anti Tuberculosis Drugs at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy for the September 2021 Period, the implementation is carried out by collecting prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy on September 1-25 which is the original prescription and contains Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) and then reviewed administratively, pharmaceutically, and clinically. Then on the implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at PT. Finusolprima Farma the author is given an overview and application of the obligations of a pharmacist in the Pharmaceutical Industry, the author is given a special task in the form of a Quality Risk Management Study on the Environment Monitoring Process using the FMEA Method. The implementation is carried out by reviewing deviations that occur in the production area of ​​Lines 1 and 4. The process being studied is an environmental monitoring activity which is an activity of checking the parameters for cleanliness class requirements in each room where the production process is carried out. Each parameter is checked to determine the condition of the room when the production process is carried out (in operation) and not carried out (at rest) with the conditions set by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In the subsequent implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at the Ciracas Sub-district Health Center the author completed a special task entitled Supplement Counseling Recommended by Bpom to Deal with the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Ciracas District Health Center for the December 2021 Period. The implementation was carried out by preparing questionnaires and infographic designs containing counseling information, on At the beginning of the counseling process, respondents were directed to fill out the same questionnaire as the questionnaire that would be filled out after the counseling. Then the author recapitulates the rise or fall of the respondent's understanding based on the questionnaire that has been given."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Aptek Roxy periode Januari 2022 dan PT Finusolprimma Farma Internasional periode Maret - April 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh pengalaman, pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and source of experience to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence before entering the world of work. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at the Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional for the March – April 2022 period. Through this PKPA process, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain experience, knowledge, insight, and skills that are appropriate and adequate to enter the world of pharmaceutical work. "

Harapan dari dilakukannya kegiatan praktik kerja profesi apoteker yaitu menjadi sarana bagi calon apoteker dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan keterampilan serta kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk persiapan dalam memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi apoteker.

Dalam rangka menciptakan tenaga apoteker yang profesional, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam dunia pekerjaan nyata di institusi kefarmasian, seperti industri farmasi dan apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diselenggarakan untuk memberikan bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk menghadapi dunia kerja, sehingga kelak setelah lulus, apoteker mampu bekerja dan melaksanakan perannya dengan baik di institusi kefarmasian yang menjadi tempatnya berkarya. Laporan PKPA ini berisi gambaran pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan di dua sarana kefarmasian, yaitu : PT. Dankos Farma pada periode 11 Januari-5 Maret 2021; dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan pada periode 8 Maret 2021-3 April 2021.

Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu pembuatan protokol validasi fogging untuk seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menyusun protokol validasi fogging dan penentuan letak indikator biologi (Bacillus atrophaeus) yang akan digunakan dalam proses sanitasi pada seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional.

"Manajemen visual penting diterapkan di Industri untuk memastikan keadaan di area kerja terkendali dan mencegah terjadi ketidaknormalan. Manajemen visual dapat digunakan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan informasi terkait dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan sehari-hari. Salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga kerja untuk bekerja sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku di suatu perusahaan maka dibuat One Point Lessons. One Point Lessons merupakan alat presentasi visual singkat yang memberikan penjelasan dalam satu poin atau halaman dengan adanya gambar, grafik, atau diagram. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengamatan atau peninjauan langsung dan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan terhadap operator dalam melaksanakan proses kegiatan yang terdapat di Departemen Produksi Solid PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Kemudian membandingkan antara proses kerja yang dilakukan operator dengan SOP. Selanjutnya dibuat One Point Lessons dari hasil kegiatan tersebut. One Point Lessons yang telah dibuat diberikan kepada operator untuk dilihat pemahaman dan kemampuan operator dalam membaca One Point Lessons. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, operator dapat memahami dan membaca One Point Lessons tersebut dengan baik. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya standarisasi yang lebih lengkap dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja sehingga memberikan hasil kualitas yang sama untuk produk manufaktur yang dihasilkan.

Then compare the work process carried out by the operator with the SOP. Furthermore, One Point Lessons is made from the results of these activities. The One Point Lessons that have been created are given to the operator to see the operator's understanding and ability in reading One Point Lessons. Based on the research results, the operator can understand and read the One Point Lessons well. With this activity, it is expected that there will be a more complete standardization and an increase in work efficiency so as to provide the same quality results for manufactured products."

PBF adalah perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang memiliki izin untuk pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran sediaan farmasi dalam jumlah besar sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) sebagai merupakan salah satu unit terpenting dalam kegiatan penyaluran sediaan farmasi ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan seperti apotek, instalasi farmasi rumah sakit, puskesmas, klinik dan toko obat agar dapat sampai ke tangan masyarakat. Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawan di PBF harus mampu melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di PBF dimulai dari pengadaan, penyimpanan hingga pendistribusia sediaan farmasi ke sarana pelayanan kesehatan.

Pharmacy Wholesalers is one of the most important units in the distribution of pharmaceutical preparations to health service facilities such as pharmacies, hospital pharmacy installations, health centers, clinics and drug stores so that they can reach the people. The pharmacist as the person in charge of the pharmaceutical wholesaler must be able to carry out the management of pharmaceutical preparations at the pharmaceutical wholesaler starting from procurement, storage to distribution of pharmaceutical preparations to health care facilities."

Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
