"Laporan magang ini berisi evaluasi atas proses rekonsiliasi data keuangan Perusahaan Konstruksi PT. ABC untuk menunjang keakuratan dan konsistensi data dalam rangka penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan pada kegiatan magang yang dilakukan pada tahun 2021 dengan situasi kerja hybrid yang mengkombinasikan kerja dari kantor dengan kerja dari rumah. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kesesuaian antara praktik Rekonsiliasi Data Keuangan yang dilakukan PT. ABC dengan konsep, prinsip dan prosedur standar rekonsiliasi yang termanifestasi pada petunjuk teknis/SOP keuangan perusahaan dalam bentuk Kebijakan dan Prosedur Pelaporan Keuangan Internal beserta Instruksi Kerja terkait yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Laporan ini juga membahas secara singkat sejarah dan proses transformasi digital perusahaan sebagai konteks atas relevansi dan signifikansi pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi data keuangan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet atau program pengolahan data Excel dalam kegiatan magang ini. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi pada PT. ABC dalam hal pemeriksaan kebenaran nomor referensi, periode dan nominal praktik yang dilakukan perusahaan telah sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis yang berlaku. Akan tetapi dalam hal pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi secara berkala, hasil evaluasinya menunjukkan bahwa praktik yang ada belum dilakukan sesuai petunjuk teknis yang berlaku. Laporan ini juga mengutarakan hasil refleksi pikiran dan perasaan yang dapat penulis petik dari pengalaman magang dan proses penyusunan laporan magang ini.

This internship report consists of evaluation appertaining to financial data reconciliation process of PT. ABC to provide accuracy and consistency in its financial accounts for the purpose of preparing reliable financial statements. The internship was conducted in 2021 in a hybrid working condition that combines working from office with working from home. Evaluations are performed by comparing the reconciliation practice that is conducted by PT. ABC with compliance to the generally accepted applicable concept, principle, and procedures of reconciliation that are manifested in the standard operating procedures issued by the company. This report also provides brief description of the history and progress of the company’s digital transformation process to bring context to the relevance and significance of the account reconciliation practice of the company that is done manually with Excel spreadsheet. Evaluation results signify that reconciliation practice in terms of examining data correctness and congruence is in compliance to the applicable standard operating procedures issued by the company. While reconciliation practice in terms of periodic implementation is yet to fit the applicable standard. This report also presents the author’s self-reflections upon the process of conducting and reporting this internship experience."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas pengawasan dalam akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan negara yang bertujuan untuk meminimalisasi celah bagi para penyelenggara negara melakukan penyimpangan. Pengawasan dapat dilakukan melalui koordinasi antara Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) dan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Koordinasi antara kedua lembaga tersebut dapat dilihat berdasarkan perbandingan antara jumlah pengaduan yang berasal dari masyarakat dengan informasi dari BPK dan sinergi antara Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) BPK dengan kasus penyidikan KPK terkait pengadaan barang dan jasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah informasi terkait kasus yang memiliki indikasi korupsi lebih banyak berasal dari laporan pengaduan masyarakat dibandingkan informasi dari BPK dan telah terdapat sinergi antara LHP BPK dengan kasus penyidikan KPK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan BPK dapat memberikan seluruh laporan hasil pemeriksaan setiap lembaga/kementerian negara dan pemerintah daerah yang mengindikasikan ketidakwajaran atas laporan keuangan, sehingga koordinasi antara BPK dan KPK lebih optimal dalam pengawasan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan negara.

ABSTRACTThis thesis explained about supervision in the accountability of state financial management that aims to minimize the opportunity of state official misconduct. The supervision can be conducted through coordination between Audit Commission (BPK in Indonesia) and Commission Eradication Corruption (KPK in Indonesia). Coordination between both of the institutions can be seen by comparison between amount of information from the community with information from BPK and the synergy between examination report from BPK with the KPK?s cases related to the procurement of goods and services. The research show that amount of information which indicated corruption related cases sourced more than information from the community compared with information from BPK and there have been synergies between examination report from BPK with the KPK?s cases. Based on the results of research, BPK is expected to provide all examination reports of each ministry or institution which have indication about misstatement on financial report, so coordination between BPK and KPK can be optimal in supervision of accountability state financial management."
