Tugas khusus yang dilakukan pada saat praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Prima Sehat yaitu pembuatan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Higiene dan Sanitasi serta Tata Kelola Administrasi. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini agar apotek memiliki SOP yang sesuai dengan pedoman Cara Pelayanan Farmasi yang Baik (CPFB) dan disesuaikan dengan sarana dan prasarana apotek serta mempermudah dalam mengelola apotek dan meminimalisir adanya kesalahan kerja di apotek

ABSTRACTProffesional work practice for Apothecary at Prima Sehat Pharmacy was done for four weeks aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice the pharmaceutical service in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacy, to have a clear picture of the pharmaceutical practices issues in pharmacy and to learn strategies and activities that can be done in order to develop a pharmacy. The special assignment during proffessional work practice for Apothecary at Prima Sehat Pharmacy is making Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Hygiene and Sanitation and Administrative Governance. The purpose of this special assignment is that pharmacy have SOPs in accordance with the guidelines of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and adapted to the facilities and infrastructure of pharmacy as well as simplify the management of pharmacy and minimize any work errors in pharmacy."
