"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Etis dan Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Terhadap Keinginan Pegawai Berpindah Pekerjaan: Peran Mediasi dari Stres Terkait Pekerjaan Pada PT XYZ Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT XYZ sebanyak 150 responden. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian konklusif, dengan penelitian kausal. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan etis dengan peran mediasi stres terkait pekerjaan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keinginan pegawai untuk berpindah pekerjaan dan Efektivitas kepemimpinan dengan peran mediasi stres terkait pekerjaan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keinginan pegawai untuk berpindah pekerjaan pada PT XYZ kantor pusat Jakarta.. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine The Impact of Ethical Leadership and Leadership Effectiveness on Employee Turnover The Mediating Role of Work Related Stress At PT XYZ in Jakarta Head Office. Respondents in this study is a permanent employee of PT XYZ with 150 respondents. Design of this research is conclusive, with causal research. This research data is processed by software Lisrel. The results showed that ethical leadership with a mediating role occupational stress proved to affect the willingness of employees to change jobs and Effectiveness of leadership with the mediating role of work related stress proved to affect the employee wishes to move jobs at PT XYZ in Jakarta Head Office. "Setiap pemimpin menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang berbeda antara satu dan lainnya. Jenis kepemimpinan yang populer di Jawa adalah Astha Brata. Konsep kepemimpinan Astha Brata kemudian digunakan untuk melihat etika kepemimpinan seorang tokoh bernama Pangeran Mangkubumi dalam Babad Giyanti. Pemilihan konsep Astha Brata didasari oleh ciri kepemimpinan Jawa yang bersifat sinkretis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan laku atau etika kepemimpinan Pangeran Mangkubumi serta melihat konsepsi dan relevansi kepemimpinan Astha Brata hingga masa kini. Kerangka teori yang digunakan antara lain konseptual kepemimpinan Astha Brata dalam Serat Ajipamasa, kepemimpinan etis Gary Yukl, dan teori etika perspektif filsafat dari Franz Magnis Suseno. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan objektif dari Abrams dalam buku Pengkajian Sastra: Teori dan Aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berasal dari hasil transliterasi naskah Babad Giyanti yang diterbitkan oleh Balai Pustaka. Hasilnya, Pangeran Mangkubumi memiliki semua sifat Astha Brata yang menunjukkan keseimbangan Pangeran Mangkubumi sebagai seorang pemimpin. Keberhasilan penerapan konsep Astha Brata dalam Pangeran Mangkubumi menunjukkan bahwa Astha Brata dapat menciptakan pemimpin yang ideal dan etis bagi manusia Jawa. Adapun kepemimpinan Astha Brata masih eksis dan relevan untuk digunakan hingga saat ini.

Every leader has a leadership style that is different from one another. One of the more popular leadership type in Java is Astha Brata. Astha Brata's leadership concept is then applied to analyze the leadership ethics of a character named Pangeran Mangkubumi in Babad Giyanti. The choice of the Astha Brata concept was based on the syncretic characteristics of Javanese leadership. This research aims to reveal Pangeran Mangkubumi's leadership behavior or ethics, as well as to look at the conception and relevance of Astha Brata's leadership in the present. The leadership conceptual framework used is Astha Brata in Serat Ajipamasa, also leadership ethics from Gary Yukl. This research employs Abrams’ objective approach based from the book Pengkajian Sastra: Teori dan Aplikasi with descriptive and qualitative methods. This research employs a framework of ethical theory from the philosophical perspective Franz Magnis Suseno. The data used comes from the transliteration of the Babad Giyanti manuscript published by Balai Pustaka. This research has shown that Pangeran Mangkubumi has all the characteristics of Astha Brata which shows Pangeran Mangkubumi's balance as a leader. This successful application of the Astha Brata concept in Pangeran Mangkubumi shows that Astha Brata can create ideal and ethical leaders for Javanese people. Astha Brata's leadership archetype is still relevant until the present.

"This paper presents an overview of the characteristics of the intensity-curvature term with applications in image processing and also in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the human brain. The intensity-curvature term is the key concept that merges together the value of the signal with the value of the classic-curvature, which is the sum of the second order partial derivatives of the model function fitted to the signal. The model function fitted to the signal needs to have the property of second order differentiability, and also to have at least one non null second order partial derivative calculated at the origin of the coordinate system of the pixel. The mathematical meaning of the intensity-curvature term is the mapping of the signal into a novel domain where each value of the signal is multiplied by the arctangent of the angle subtended with the horizontal, by the tangent to the first order derivative of the model function. The mapping merges the value of the signal intensity and the classic-curvature of the signal. Hence, the resulting intensity-curvature term embeds information about both signal intensity and concavity-convexity of the model function. In addition to the classic-curvature, and consequential to the mapping, the intensity-curvature term allows the calculation of three supplementary intensity-curvature measurement approaches (ICMAs): (i) the intensity-curvature functional, (ii) the signal resilient to interpolation, and (iii) the resilient curvature. This paper reviews the implications of the intensity-curvature term with specific focus on the meaning and the nature of the ICMAs, which provide additional imaging of the human brain MRI."
