"Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin menguji pengaruh konsentrasi kepemilikan keluarga dengan asimetri informasi dan pengaruh Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) terhadap hubungan antara konsentrasi kepemilikan keluarga dengan asimetri informasi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013. Sampel sejumlah 256 observasi dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling method.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penerapan IFR secara signifikan dapat menurunkan asimetri informasi pada perusahaan. Namun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat asimetri informasi perusahaan dan penerapan IFR tidak dapat menurunkan asimetri informasi yang terjadi pada perusahaan keluarga.

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of family ownership concentration to information asymmetry and the effect of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) on the relationship between family ownership concentration with information asymmetry. The population is all the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. The sample number of 256 observations are selected using purposive sampling method.

The study shows that IFR can significantly reduce information asymmetry. Nevertheless, the study shows that family ownership concentration does not affect the level of asymmetry information and the aplication of IFR cannot lower the level of information asymmetry that occurs in the family company."

"Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan pengujian secara empiris dan menganalisa pengaruh ukuran keuangan dan non keuangan terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan menggunakan role of clarity sebagai intervening variable. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan responden pejabat eselon 3 dan 4 di lingkungan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Propinsi Jawa Barat. Sampel terpilih terdiri dari 4 RSUD pada 3 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat yaitu Kota Cirebon, Kabupaten Cirebon dan Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM dengan menggunakan software Lisrell 8.8 Full Version. Model ini digunakan untuk menguji data primer berupa pengolahan kuesioner dengan responden 70 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran keuangan dan non keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap role of clarity dan role of clarity berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan role of clarity berperan sebagai intervening variable antara hubungan ukuran keuangan terhadap kinerja manajerial serta hubungan ukuran non keuangan terhadap kinerja manajerial.

The purpose of this study is to empirically test and analyzes the influence of the financial and non financial measures of managerial performance using role of clarity as intervening variable. The samples were selected using purposive sampling method using the respondence of eselon 3 and 4 officials within the Regional General Hospital in West Java. Selected sample consists of four hospitals in three districts in West Java namely Cirebon and Kuningan. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling SEM with software applications Lisrell 8.8 Full Version. This model was used to test the primary data processing in the form of questionnaires with respondents of 70 people. The results of the study proves that financial and nonfinancial measures have positive influence on the role of clarity as well as the role of clarity positive effect on managerial performance. The study also proves that the role of clarity as an intervening variable relationship between the financial to managerial performance and nonfinancial measures to managerial performance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh intellectual capital yang diukur dengan efisiensi penciptaan nilai dari intellectual capital dan capital employed terhadap ROA dan Market-to-Book Ratio. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan dan market capitalization dari 120 bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2004 sampai dengan 2008. Analisis secara empiris dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian mengindikasikan bahwa efisiensi dari capital employed dan human capital memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ROA; efisiensi structural capital memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap ROA. Efisiensi capital employed dan structural capital tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Market-to-Book Ratio; efisiensi human capital berpengaruh negatif terhadap Market-to-Book Ratio.

This research attempts to investigate empirically the impact of intellectual capital measured by value creation efficiency of intellectual capital and capital employed on ROA and Market-to-Book Ratio. This research uses financial and capital market data of 120 banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2004 to 2008. Empirical analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. Findings from empirical analysis indicate that value creation efficiency of capital employed and human capital have a positive impact on ROA; value creation efficiency of structural capital has a negative impact on ROA. Value creation efficiency of capital employed and structural capital have no impact on Market-to-Book Ratio; value creation efficiency of human capital has a negative impact on Market-to- Book Ratio."
