"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi penerapan SePP menurut perspektif good governance di Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika. Dimensi good governance yang digunakan antara lain efisiensi, akuntabilitas, responsivitas, transparansi dan partisipasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam SePP yang diambil sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis univariat.Berdasarkan hasil analisa, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hasil evaluasi penerapan SePP pada umumnya adalah sangat baik, yaitu efisien dari segi biaya dan waktu, akuntabel, responsif, transparan dan partisipatif. Jika dilihat dari masing-masing dimensi good governance, pada umumnya responden menilai evaluasi penerapan SePP memberikan skor yang paling tinggi pada dimensi responsibilitas, dan responden cenderung memberikan nilai yang kurang baik pada dimensi akuntabilitas.

The purpose of this study is to determine how the evaluation of the implementation of SePP according to the perspective of good governance in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Dimensions of good governance which is used among others are efficiency, accountability, responsiveness, transparency and participation. This research was conducted on 100 companies listed in the SePP taken as samples in this study. The analysis in this study is the univariate analysis.Based on this analysis, we concluded that the results of evaluation of the implementation of SePP in general is very good, that is efficient in terms of cost and time, accountable, responsive, transparent and participatory. If viewed from each of the dimensions of good governance, in general, respondents rate the application evaluation SePP gave the highest score in the dimension of responsibility, and respondents tended to give less good value in the dimension of accountability."

"Enpowering information technology (IT) has revealed new dimention of ethical behavior. There are contradictions in prior research result about ethics in using IT, especially in academic scheme. Some researchers concluded that there are no different ethical behavior between IT students and general students (non-IT program) because IT could self-learned. However, other researchers concluded that there is different ethical behavior among individual who has higher IT knowledge and individual who has no or little IT knowledge. this research analyzes moral intensity and ethics in IT students and business students. There are two results from this research, they are: first, there is different perception toward ethical on IT between IT students and accounting students. Both of sample groups dissagree with unethical behavior but in different level. IT students has higher level of dissagreement of unethical on IT than accounting studens; second, unethical behavior on IT has influenced by moral intensity. These results imply that higher education intitution has important role to direct ethical behavior of their students."
