"Seiring perkembangan teknologi di dunia telekomunikasi, banyak penemuan dan inovasi layanan yang dibuat untuk mempermudah para konsumen dalam berkomunikasi. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat alat yang dapat merubah dari bentuk teks ke dalam bentuk suara ketika sedih dengan bantuan device dan program. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan program bahasa C, lalu pada bagian alatnya menggunakan mikrokontroller ATMega 128 dan modul suara. Program dibuat dalam Bahasa C kemudian diunduh ke dalam perangkat keras berupa mikrokontroller ATMega 128 dan dikonversi oleh modul suara yang sudah menyimpan database lalu dikeluarkan oleh output speaker.

In this study using the C language program, then on the appliance using a microcontroller ATMega 128 and sound modules. Programs created in C language and then downloaded into the hardware of the microcontroller ATMega 128 and converted by a voice module that already store the database and then released by the speaker output."

ABSTRACTDespite having relatively small trade and investment ties between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia in the past, some optimisms have been flourishing following the Saudis King`s visit to Indonesia in 2017. This article makes a particular attempt to examine trade and investment ties between the two countries over the last five years and outlines some great opportunities for Indonesian side after the King`s visit.
