"ABSTRAKIklan layanan masyarakat Public Service Announcement belakangan ini marak digunakan instansi pemerintah sebagai salah satu media untuk meningkatkan kesadaran berkendara seseorang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari perbedaan pengaruh iklan layanan masyarakat fatigue driving mengemudi ketika lelah dengan membandingkan penggunaan positive dengan negative goal framing message Iklan layanan masyarakat yang memunculkan positive goal framing maupun negative goal framing message dapat mempengaruhi sistem afektif maupun kognitif yang selanjutnya akan berdampak terhadap niat untuk berkendara ketika lelah melalui sikap atas iklan attitude toward advertising dan sikap atas perilaku attitude toward behavior fatigue driving Kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada partisipan yang mengemudikan sendiri kendaraannya diwilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji beda t test dan regresi Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh positive maupun negative goal framing message terhadap sikap atas iklan Selanjutnya sikap atas iklan yang diberikan stimuli negative goal framing menghasilkan sikap atas perilaku mengemudi ketika lelah yang lebih rendah Namun berikutnya baik sikap atas perilaku yang telah diberi stimuli positive maupun negative goal framing message tidak ada yang berpengaruh lebih positif terhadap niat untuk mengemudi ketika lelah

ABSTRACTPublic service announcements widespread recently use by government agencies as one of the media to raise awareness of one 39 s driving This study aimed to explore the effect of differences in fatigue driving public service announcement by comparing the use of positive and negative goal framing message Public service announcements that bring positive and negative goal framing message can affect the goals of affective and cognitive systems that will further impact on the intention to drive when tired by attitude toward advertising and attitude toward behavior fatigue driving The questionnaire was distributed to participants who drove his own vehicle in the region of Jakarta and surrounding areas then analyzed using t test and regression The results of this study there was no difference in the effect of positive and negative goal framing message to the attitude toward ad Furthermore the attitude toward advertising given negative goal framing stimuli produce attitudes toward behavior of fatigue driving But attitude toward behavior that has given positive and negative stimuli goal framing message no more positive effect on the intention to drive when fatigue "

"Low-density parity-check (LDPC) code is linear-block error-correcting code defined by sparse parity-check matrix. It isdecoded using the massage-passing algorithm, and in many cases, capable of outperforming turbo code. This paperpresents a class of low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes showing good performance with low encoding complexity.The code is constructed using difference families from combinatorial design. The resulting code, which is designed tohave short code length and high code rate, can be encoded with low complexity due to its quasi-cyclic structure, andperforms well when it is iteratively decoded with the sum-product algorithm. These properties of LDPC code are quitesuitable for applications in future wireless local area network."

"Skripsi ini membahas konsep Politik Perbedaan Iris Marion Young sebagai alternatif terhadap demokrasi liberal untuk mewujudkan keadilan sosial dalam keadaan heterogentitas masyarakat. Demokrasi liberal dalam kerangka universalitas humanisme mengkonsepsikan dunia politik terbatas dalam pembahasan hal publik. Sayangnya, karakteristik publik dalam politik dikonstitusi seturut budaya kelompok dominan. Akibatnya, pengalaman ketidakadilan yang nyata secara sosio-historis namun hanya dialami oleh grup sosial minoritas tidak dapat diangkat dalam perbincangan politik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain argumentatif terhadap keterbatasan konsep publik tersebut. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pengalaman ketidakadilan tersebut membutuhkan rekognisi oleh negara dalam kerangka Politik Perbedaan agar dapat dientaskan melalui differentiated citizenship.

The focus of this study is Iris Marion Young’s concept of Politics of Difference as an alternative to liberal democracy in order to establish justice in a heterogenic society. Liberal democracy in accordance to universal humanism defines that only public things matter in political discussion. Unfortunately, the public things characteristics are constituted by the dominant social group. This cause the tangible injustice experiences of the minorities can’t be discussed in political realm. This research is qualitative argumentative to confront the narrow conception of public. This research shows that minorities’ injustice experiences need to be recognized by the government in accordance to Politics of Difference to be solved through differentiated citizenship."

"ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine differences in compliance cost incurred before andafter the use of E-Filing applications for corporate tax payers E-Filing users.E-Filing Tax Return isa reporting system created by the DGT which makes it easy for taxpayers in the manufacture anddelivery of Tax Return report to the Director General of Taxation. The hypothesis in this study wastested using the Wilcoxon test match pairs. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data.The research method used is a survey and the instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire.The results show that compliance cost after the use of e-filing in contrast to earlier, where thecompliance cost will be lower.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan compliance cost yang dikeluarkan sebelumdan sesudah penggunaan aplikasi E-Filing bagi wajib pajak badan pengguna E-Filing. Hipotesis dalam penelitian inidi diuji menggunakan Wilcoxon match pairs test. Tipe data yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah data kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan dan instrument yangdipakai untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesionair. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa compliancecost sesudah penggunaan e-filing berbeda dengan sebelumnya, dimana compliance cost menjadilebih rendah."

"Pondasi merupakan bagian dari struktur bangunan yang berfungsi untuk menahan beban- beban yang diterima oleh suatu bangunan, termasuk beban lateral. Beban lateral dapar berupa beban gempa, beban angin, dan lain-lain. Tiap pondasi kelompok tiang baik dari segi susunan formasi tiang dan jumlah tiang memiliki nilai kapasitas pembebanan lateral yang berbeda. Untuk mendapatkan nilai kapasitas pembebanan lateral dari suatu kelompok tiang diperlukan nilai faktor efisiensi dari kelompok tiang. Dengan membuat berbagai desain kelompok tiang baik dari segi susunan formasi tiang dan jumlah tiang diperoleh desain yang ekonomis.Faktor efisiensi kelompok tiang sangat jarang dibahas dalam literatur-literatur geoteknik. Di dalam literatur-literatur geoteknik susunan formasi tiang dan jumlah tiang tidak dipermasalahkan terhadap nilai efisiensi kelompok tiang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi besar-kecilnya nilai efisiensi kelompok tiang. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metoda Finite Difference. menunjukkan bahwa susunan formasi tiang dan jumlah tiang mempengaruhi besar-kecilnya nilai efisiensi kelompok tiang. Jika jarak tiang semakin kecil maka faktor efisiensi dari kelompok tiang semakin kecil. Sedangkan jika jarak tiang semakin besar maka faktor efisiensi dari kelompok tiang semakin besar.

The Foundation is part of Structure of Building which its function to resist lateral loads which accepted by building, include lateral loads. The lateral load can be earthquake, wind load, etc. Each group piles both in terms of composition piles formation and the number of piles foundation has different efficiency values. To get capacity of lateral load from a group pile is needed efficiency factor value. By making group of pile both in terms of composition piles formation and the number of piles so can obtain the economies of structure.

Efficiency factor of group piles is rarely discussed in literatures of geotechnic. In literatures of geotechnic the configuration formation pile and the number of piles is not disputed the value of efficiency of the group pile. This study aims to analyze the factors which are affecting to the expenses of factor efficiency value. The result by using Finite Difference Method shows that the layout and number of piles can be influence of the value efficiency of the group piles. If the number of the distance between pile become small so efficiency factor be smaller. If the number of the distance between pile become large so efficiency factor be higher."
