Globally, healthcare is an industry of USD 3.5 trillion worth or equal to 8% of the world GDP. According to the data, there are still shortcomings of the current health system, as follows: (i) life expectancy that still varies; (ii) 100 million people are impoverished by health spending; (iii) health gaps that continue to occur, even in wealthy countries (the US and Australia); (iv) most of the equipment is not used properly. Strengthening the health system means overcoming the main obstacles in each field, thus the value of health will increase. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive-analytic. The methods used are a literature review. The type of data used is secondary data obtained through pre-existing study/research searches and topic-related theories. The inclusion criteria for this study are research with all types of methods that can answer topics and use the WHO framework: Six Building Blocks. The research exclusion criteria are the research of more than 10 years, as well as research that cannot answer research questions. The information obtained from this literature study will be described in the form of results table and narration, with the result of the health systems performance in the developing countries has not been better than in developed countries, judging by the public health status and the health problems that are being experienced."

"Recent trends in health care across the United States and internationally have emphasized a novel approach that consists in comparing the effectiveness and efficacy of treatment interventions with a patient-centered emphasis (i.e., evidence-based health care), while ensuring cost constraints, maximizing benefits, and minimizing risks. In this book, experts in comparative effectiveness and efficacy research and analysis for practice (CEERAP) in health care in general address a range of topical issues. The emphasis is on implications for endodontics and nursing, both of which are considered in a series of detailed chapters. Commonalities and differences among CEERAP, utility-based and logic-based analysis and decision-making, and evidence-based and patient-centered practice are defined and discussed. The book concludes by examining applications for CEERAP in developing patient-centered optimal treatment interventions for the next decade.

This study examines the implementation of deposit insurance schemes in Indonesia and the United States, focusing on legislative frameworks and practical applications. The Indonesian Deposit Insurance Corporation Law and the United States' Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) aim to maintain financial stability and protect depositors. By analyzing case studies, this research evaluates the effectiveness of these laws during banking crises. The research employs a normative doctrinal approach, focusing on legal norms, principles, and comparative analysis. It utilizes primary legal materials (statutory texts like the FDIA and Indonesia's Law Number 24 of 2004), secondary materials (scholarly articles and legal commentaries), and tertiary materials (legal dictionary). Data is gathered through comprehensive document reviews and analyzed using a qualitative and descriptive framework. The findings reveal that while Indonesia's LPS has managed failures of smaller rural banks and notable cases involving larger banks, the FDIC in the United States has handled multiple high-profile bank failures. The FDIC’s established resolution process and timely interventions highlight the importance of effective regulatory coordination and policy adaptation. Recommendations for Indonesia include enhancing bank resolution speed and improving regulatory coordination. This study underscores the dynamic interplay between legal frameworks and practical implementation in ensuring financial stability and depositor protection."
