"Tesis ini membahas mengenai penentuan model evaluasi kinerja agen Pelumas sebagai bagian dari Supply Chain Management (SCM) menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Decision Making-Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). Perspektif BSC digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa pengukuran kinerja agen telah komprehensif dan menyeluruh. AHP dipergunakan untuk evaluasi terhadap kriteria (perspektif) dan indikator kinerja agen sehingga didapatkan prioritas atau perhatian utama terhadap perspektif dan indikator kinerja tersebut. Sedangkan DEMATEL dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran hubungan kontekstual diantara perspektif dan indikator kinerja agen tersebut, sehingga diketahui prioritas penentuan strategi perbaikan kinerja agen. Pengambilan keputusan dalam AHP dan DEMATEL dilakukan oleh pimpinan tertinggi dan berpengalaman di unit Pelumas Pertamina melalui kuesioner. Pengolahan data AHP menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Software Expert Choice sedangakan DEMATEL menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan, AHP mendapatkan bahwa perspektif Customer memiliki bobot tertinggi hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perspektif ini menjadi prioritas pertama dalam hal untuk perbaikan kinerja agen, dan indikator Jumlah Pelanggan Baru Industri menjadi indikator yang memiliki bobot tertinggi. Sementara itu hasil DEMATEL menggambarkan bahwa perspektif Financial menjadi kriteria yang berpengaruh kepada keseluruhan perspektif lainnya. Indikator kinerja dalam kriteria Financial yaitu Jumlah Penjualan Total Produk Retail, Jumlah Penjualan Total Produk Industri, Jumlah Penjualan Total Produk Top Tier Retail secara berurutan harus menjadi perhatian utama untuk perbaikan kinerja agen, karena menjadi faktor penyebab.
This thesis discusses the determination of the performance evaluation model for the lubricants dealer as part of Supply Chain Management (SCM) using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Decision-Making Laboratory Evaluation Trial (DEMATEL). BSC perspectives are used to ensure that performance measurement has been comprehensive. AHP is used to evaluate the criteria (perspectives) and performance indicators so that the dealer obtain priority or major concern to the perspective and the performance indicators. While DEMATEL used to get a contextual relationship between the perspectives and performance indicators of these dealer, thus determining priorities known to the agent's performance improvement strategy. Decisionmaking in the AHP and DEMATEL performed by top management and experienced in the unit Pertamina lubricants through a questionnaire. AHP data processing using Microsoft Excel and Software Expert Choice meanwhile DEMATEL using Microsoft Excel. The study states, AHP obtain that customer's perspective has the highest weight of this suggests that this perspective is the first priority for improvement in terms of agent performance, and indicators Number of New Customers Industry be an indicator that has the highest weighting. Meanwhile DEMATEL results illustrate that the Financial perspective that affect the whole other perspective. Financial performance indicators within the criteria of Number of Total Sales Retail Products, Number of Total Sales Industrial Products, Number of Total Sales Top Tier Retail Products in sequence should be a major concern for improving agent performance, as a factor."
