"ABSTRAKBanyak negara saat ini memiliki ketergantungan tinggi terhadap ruang siber dan internet, mulai dari aspek ekonomi, bisnis, akademis, sosial, politik, pemerintahan, dan pertahanan-keamanan. Pembentukan dan pembangunan kebijakan siber menjadi agenda penting dalam keamanan nasional. Tulisan ini membahas pembangunan kemampuan siber dan peran badan siber nasional di Indonesia dalam menjaga keamanan nasional, mengingat jika kemampuan siber terganggu, ketahanan nasional pun rawan. Analisa pembangunan kemampuan siber dalam tulisan ini didasarkan oleh lingkungan strategis, studi kasus kebijakan siber negara lain, dan identifikasi ancaman berdasarkan serangan siber yang telah melanda beberapa negara. "
