"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk upaya peningkatan produksi dan hasil budidaya tanaman bawang merah yangberwawasan lingkungan dengan pemanfaatan pupuk kandang sapi dan pengaturan jarak tanam. Penelitiandilaksanakan selama 8 bulan dari bulan Januari sampai dengan Agustus 2015.Penelitian dilakukan di lahan sawahBrebes, Kabupaten Brebes, jenis tanah alluvial dengan ketinggian tempat kurang lebih 50 m dpl. Penelitian inimerupakan percobaan faktorial 4 x 3 dengan rancangan lingkungan adalah rancangan acak kelompok. Faktorpertama adalah Jarak Tanam: J1 = 20 cm x 20 cm, J2 = 20 cm x 15 cm, J3 = 20 cm x 10 cm. Faktor yang keduaadalah takaran pupuk kandang sapi yaitu K0 = 0ton/ha, K1 = 10 ton/ha, K2 = 20 ton/ha, K3 = 30 ton/ha. Karakterpertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah diamati pada penelitian ini. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji Funtuk mengetahui keragamannya dan apabila ada perbedaan nyata dilanjutkan dengan DMRT dengan tingkatkesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil umbi segar dan kering bawang merah per hektar tertinggidiperoleh pada tanaman dengan perlakuan jarak tanam 20 x 15 cm dengan hasil 20,56 t/ha (umbi segar) dan 18,63t/ha (umbi kering)."

"The objective were to know the base medium, growth regulator concentration of Kinetin, and combination of this treatment that had the best response to rooting phase of Sandalwood. This study was expected to play role in contributing great advantages to support the plant material provision in operational scale.Generally, the protocol of tissue culture of Sandalwood had been acknowledged, however there were still problems on rooting phase. Therefore the study wasfocused on 1/2 MS medium application, 1/2 GD, and 1/2 WPM, also application of Kinetin in different levels of concentration (0; 0,25; 0,50; 0,75; and 1 mg/1) on root development in Sandalwood.Study result concluded that the base medium of 1/2 MS and application of Plant Growth Regulators IBA 20 mg/1 combined with IAA 1 mg/1, and treatment of 0,75 mg/1 Kinetin concentration had the best response to growth and enlargement of Sandalwood root."

"This study was conducted to determine the influence of various types and doses of fertilizer in the mud media for the silkwon population abudance (tubifex sp). Fertilizer contain high nutrient elements are useful as food for silk worms so that they can grow on silkworms population in the mud medium. This study used 27 aquarium ,size 50 cm x 30 cm x 25 cm. This experiment using a completely randomized factorial design with nine treatments and three replicates. The treatment consist of two factors that the type and dose, includes: chiken manure with a dose of 20%,40% and 60%,with a dose of duck manure 20%,40% and 60% and cow dung with a dose of 20%,40% and 60%.Earthworm population data for 10 days after the study were analyzed by analysis of variance followed by the least significant difference test to determine differences among the treatments. Results from the study indicate that differences in type and dose fertilizer sludge influence on the media (P<0.05) in the population abudance of silk worm (tubifex sp) .Chiken manure fertilizer types and doses of 60% gave the best results with an average population abudance of 215 individuals."
