"[ABSTRAKMasyarakat di perkotaan sering mengkonsumsi makanan cepat saji/fast food yang menurut mereka lebih praktis serta juga menyukai makanan yang cenderung berminyak seperti makanan yang di goreng dan bersantan karena tidak sulit untuk mendapatkannya. Hal ini sudah merupakan menjadi gaya hidup. Makanan tersebut banyak mengandung lemak dan berkolesterol. Makanan yang mengandung lemak kolesterol dapat sebagai pemicu untuk timbulnya kolelitiasis. Penatalaksanaannyasaat ini ada yang dengan laparaskopi kolesistektomi. Klien yang akan menjalanitindakan laparaskopi membutuhan preoperative teaching. Klien yang mendapatkan preoprative teaching dapat menurunkan stress dan meningkatkan kemampuan koping klien terhadap tindakan laparaskopi kolesistektomi.
