"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penerapan persyaratan fungsional pada suatu sistem rekod elektronik dalam proses administrasi rekod untuk mengetahui aktivitas administrasi yang dilakukan World Bank Indonesia pada sistem rekod elektronik dan kelayakan dari sistem rekod elektronik tersebut. Penelitian yang dimulai dari bulan September hingga Novemer 2012 ini, menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persyaratan fungsional dalam sistem rekod elektronik telah terpenuhi, namun ternyata konfigurasi sistem tidak mendukung kebutuhan aktivitas administrasi rekod elektronik World Bank Indonesia.

This study focus on discussion about the application of functional requirements in an electronic records system in the process of records administration to determine the administration activites in World Bank Indonesia, and the worth of World Bank’s electronic records system to meet the functional requirements. This research which was conducted from September until November 2012 applied qualitative method with study case approach. Interviews and participant observation technique were used as data collecting method. The results of this research showed that the functional requirements of electronic records systems was in accordance with existing standards, but unfortunatetly the configuration of system doesn’t support the administration process in World Bank Indonesia."
