"Siswa-siswi yang sebagian besar masih berusia remaja, sangat rentan terhadap tampilan mengenai remaja perempuan ideal. Setidaknya Remaja SMA 1 Depok merupakan remaja yang kelas menengah dan atas. Salah satu media yang tanggap perubahan fashion adalah majalah khususnya pada rubrik fashion. Di sekolah SMA 1 Depok remaja banyak ragam menampilkan berbagai gaya fashion yang menjadi gaya tarik masing-masing.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, tehnik pengamatan dilakukan dengan cara observasi keadaan sekolah dan wawancara kepada salah satu informan yang gemar, berlangganan membaca majalah. Hasil data penelitian di analisis sesuai sesuai teori atau konsep. Dari hasil penelitian siswa-siswi SMA 1 Depok persepsi media majalah merupakan acuan pertama untuk merubah penampilan dan fashion remaja. Majalah merupakan alasan satu cara Remaja untuk membentuk identitas di sekolah atau di lingkungan masyarakat.

Most of students which are adolescent, are particularly vurnerable to the appearance of ideal female teen. At least, teens at SMA 1 Depok are in a middle and upper class category. One of the up to date information about fashion dynamic is a magazine, especially in a fashion session. At SMA 1 Depok, teens have showed many different styles of fashion which have their own uniqueness. This study is a qualitative research, data collections are done by observing the school condition and indepth interview with the informants who have the qualification reading a magazine. The result of the this research was analized by the suitable theory and conceptual. Based on the result of this research in teens at SMA 1 Depok, magazine perception is a first reference to change the appearance and teens fashion. A Magazine is one of the teens? reason to form an identity at school or the environment."

"Perilaku eksploitatif atas alam seringkali berkaitan dengan kegiatan ekonomi ekstraktif. Untuk memperoleh lebih banyak produksi dan pertumbuhan berarti bahan baku dari alam harus diubah menjadi komoditas. Dalam tesis ini saya mengemukakan bahwa aktivitas eksploitatif atas alam juga bisa merupakan akibat diskontinuitas dalam kosmologi dengan sepenuhnya mengadopsi nilai-nilai baru, moralitas dan rasionalitas budaya baru yang kemudian menjadi dominan. Agama (dalam hal ini Kristen) berperan besar dalam mengubah ontologi animistik yang tidak melihat status hierarkis antara manusia dan alam menjadi ontologi dualistik yang menampilkan manusia sebagai makhluk istimewa di antara yang lain. Namun demikian, sebagai upaya untuk ikut serta dalam pelestarian alam, ontologi baru yang dominan ini melalui konsep penatagunaan, menempatkan manusia sebagai peran sentral dalam menjaga keseimbangan alam.

Exploitative behavior over nature often relates to the extractive economic activities. To gain more production and growth means raw materials from nature must be converted into a commodity. In this thesis I argued that exploitative activity over nature could also be a result of discontinuity in cosmology by fully adopting new values, morality and rationality of a new culture that later became dominant. Religion (in this case Christianity) plays a big role in changing animistic ontology that sees no hierarchical status between human and nature into dualistic ontology that presents human as special beings among the others. Nevertheless, as an attempt to participate in nature conservation, this new dominant ontology through the concept of stewardship, places human as a central role in keeping the balance of nature."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang perencanaan jumlah tenaga kerja di Vehicle Logistic Center, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur otomotif. Dilatar belakangi oleh peningkatan volume ekspor kendaraan yang di kelola oleh Vehicle Logistic Center dan adanya perubahan business flow kendaraan ekspor. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Workload Analysis dan dibantu dengan tool Yamazumi Chart untuk menggambarkan beban kerjanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan berapa jumlah tenaga kerja yang optimal dengan adanya peningkatan volume ekspor kendaraan yang akan dikelola.

The focus of this study is planning number of labor at Vehicle Logistic Center in an automotive manufacturing company. Background of this research because of increases export volume for vehicle which handled by Vehicle Logistic Center due to business changes of export vehicle. In this research will be used Workload Analysis as method and Yamazumi Chart as additional tool to figure load of worker. Result of this research to show optimal number of labor due to increases vehicle export volume."
