"Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia menyelenggarakan e-government melalui penguatan sistem kearsipan berbasis TIK dengan tujuan untuk dapat mendukung proses bisnis pemerintahan yang efisien, transparan dan terintegrasi. Namun pada kenyataannya tujuan penyelenggaraan tersebut belum tercapai karena sistem yang dikembangkan belum dapat mendukung proses bisnis yang berjalan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kegagalan implementasi sistem informasi kearsipan yang dikembangkan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya resistensi pengguna, aturan, maupun teknologi. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi kegagalan penerapan sistem informasi kearsipan berbasis TIK yang sedang dikembangkan di ANRI yang diberi nama e-arsip melalui pengukuran kesiapan penerapan e-arsip dalam pengelolaan arsip statis. E-records readiness assessment tools merupakan sebuah kerangka kerja untuk mengukur kesiapan penerapan e-arsip yang dikeluarkan oleh The International Records Management Trust IRMT . Dari 6 variabel pada kerangka kerja IRMT yang diusulkan, digunakan 5 variabel yang merupakan hasil validasi 7 pakar kearsipan di Indonesia. Lima variabel tersebut adalah kebijakan dan tanggung jawab, tools dan prosedur, teknologi, sumber daya dan pelatihan, serta kepedulian internal. Pengukuran dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui wawancara, penelusuran dokumen dan observasi, sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui analisis tematik. Hasil pengukuran menunjukan bahwa ANRI masih belum siap untuk menerapkan e-arsip dengan hasil empat variabel berada pada level 2, dan satu variabel berada pada level 1. Untuk meningkatkan level kesiapan penerapan e-arsip tersebut, disusun prioritas rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang dikombinasikan dengan pembobotan tingkat kepentingan variabel dari pakar melalui metode AHP. Adapun prioritas rekomendasi secara berurutan sebagai berikut: Teknologi, Kebijakan dan tanggung jawab, tools dan prosedur, SDM dan pelatihan serta kepedulian internal.

National Archives of Republic Indonesia held e government program through strengthening of ICT based archival system in order to be able support efficiently, transparently and integrated government through business processes. However, purpose of implementation has not been achieved because developed system can rsquo t support the running business process. One causes of the archival information system implementation developed failure that caused by several factors such as user resistance, rules, and technology. Thus, this research is conducted to anticipate the failure of ICT based archival system application development in ANRI which is named e archives through the measurement of e archives readiness implementation. E records readiness assessment tools is a framework for measuring the readiness of e archive implementation issued by The International Records Management Trust IRMT . Of the six variables in the proposed IRMT framework, five variables were used as validation result of 7 archival experts in Indonesia. The five variables are policies and responsibilities, tools and procedures, technology, resources and training, and internal awareness. Measurements are conducted qualitatively through interviews, document tracing and observation, while data processing is done through thematic analysis. The measurement results show that ANRI is still not ready to apply the e archives with the results of four variables at level two, and one variable is at level one. To improve the level of e archives readiness implementation, priority recommendations are prepared based on measurement results combined with weighting the level of variables importance from experts through the AHP method. The priority of consecutive recommendations as follows Technology, Policies and responsibilities, tools and procedures, human resources and training and internal awareness."

"Energi panas bumi menjadi andalan pemerintah dengan kontribusi sebesar 42% dari target pemenuhan suplai energi listrik nasional dalam program Percepatan Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik 10.000 MW tahap II dalam kerangka Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) 2011-2015. Namun, capaian hingga 2012 baru 4% dari target tahun 2015. dalam penelitian eksploratif deskriptif ini dikaji prospek pengembangan, kendala, dan risiko yang akan dihadapi dan sejauh mana dukungan kebijakan pemerintah dalam pengembangan energi panas bumi. Lebih lanjut dikaji pula permasalahan yang diakibatkan oleh kesenjangan antara dukungan kebijakan pemerintah dan kendala pengembangan energi listrik panas bumi serta rekomendasi kebijakan sebagai solusinya. "[ABSTRAK
Ikan kurisi merupakan salah satu ikan ekonomis penting di perairan
Tangerang dan sekitarnya. Intensitas pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan kurisi akhirakhir
ini semakin meningkat, seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan akan
komoditas ini terutama untuk bahan surimi. Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji aspek
biologi ikan kurisi (N. peronii), potensi dan tingkat pemanfaatan, serta optimasi
pemanfaatannya di perairan Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode
survey dengan sampel ikan kurisi pada alat tangkap cantrang dan apollo. Analisis
parameter populasi digunakan program FiSAT II dan pengkajian potensi lestari
Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) dianalisis dengan model surplus produksi.
Optimasi pemanfaatan dilakukan dengan analisis Linier Programing. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan pola pertumbuhan ikan kurisi bersifat allometrik negatif. Panjang dan
berat ikan kurisi berkorelasi erat. Ukuran panjang pertama kali tertangkap (Lc) 16,34
cm. Parameter pertumbuhan menunjukkan ikan kurisi diperkirakan mampu mencapai
panjang 28,03 cm dengan laju pertumbuhan lambat sebesar 0,49 cm per tahun. Laju
mortalitas lebih besar disebabkan oleh kematian alami. Tingkat eksploitasi masih
berada di bawah nilai optimum dan perlu kehati-hatian dalam pengelolaannya.
Pendugaan MSY dan F-Opt sebesar 494 ton/tahun dan 743 unit alat tangkap standar
cantrang. Dari analisis optimasi menghasilkan jenis alat tangkap yang
direkomendasikan yaitu 743 unit alat tangkap cantrang.

Threadfin bream is one of the important and high economical fish that can be found
in Tangerang?s waters and its surounding. The use of threadfin bream increases
nowadays, alligned with the increasing demand of these commodities, especially for
Surimi. The research is aimed to exercise the biological aspects of threadfin bream
(N. peronii); the potential and the number of utilization of it, as well as the
optimization of water utilization in Tangerang.The research method used by the
writer was a survey method using threadfin bream caught by fishing gear named
Cantrang and Apollo as the samples.The writer used FiSAT II program to do the
analysis of population parameters, and used a surplus production model to assess the
Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY). Linear Programming Analysis was used to
analize the use of optimization. The research?s result showed that the growing pattern
of threadfin bream was negative allometric. There was a close correlation between
the length and weight of the growing fish with their length when first being caught
(Lc) 16.34 cm. Threadfin bream?s growth parameters showed that threadfin bream
were expected to grow until 28.03 cm long, with a slow growth rate is 0.49 cm per
year. Mortality rate was caused by natural fish death. The level of exploitation below
the maximum value, so it needs to be managed prudentially. The estimation of MSY

"Pemanfaatan potensi panas bumi di Gunung Galunggung yang merupakan salah satu gunungapi aktif di Indonesia belum dilakukan hingga saat ini. Studi mengenai sistem panas bumi daerah terkait belum banyak dilakukan. Studi pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperjelas pendefinisian sistem pada model konseptual sebelumnya. Studi dilakukan untuk mengetahui keadaan sistem panas bumi daerah penelitian menggunakan data utama geologi dan geokimia. Metode yang digunakan antara lain metode penginderaan jauh, pemetaan geologi lapangan, petrografi, serta analisis geokimia dan isotop air yang diintegrasi dengan data gaya berat dan magnetotelluric literatur. Hasil studi menunjukkan keberadaan sumber panas yang berkaitan dengan vulkanisme aktif Gunung Galunggung. Batuan penudung terduga berada di utara hingga selatan daerah penelitian dengan reservoir yang terbentang di bawahnya. Pendugaan suhu reservoir memiliki kisaran antara 143-152°C menggunakan geotermometer Na-K-Ca. Fluida berasal dari air meteorik dan reservoir yang sama. Fluida panas bumi akan masuk melaui daerah imbuhan di utara, lalu terpanaskan oleh sumber panas, mengalir ke atas sehingga air kondensat termanifestasi, dan mengalir ke selatan hingga air klorida terencerkan termanifestasi. Permeabilitas dikontrol oleh struktur depresi di utara dan sesar normal dari komplek deformasi kuat di selatan. Sistem panas bumi daerah penelitian dikategorikan menjadi dinamis konvektif high-enthalphy liquid-dominated high-relief yang berasosiasi dengan vulkanisme Kuarter Gunung Galunggung.

The utilization of geothermal potential on Mount Galunggung, one of the active volcanoes in Indonesia, has not been carried out yet. There have not been many studies on the geothermal system in the related areas. The study in this research was conducted to further clarify the how the system works in the previous conceptual model. The study was conducted to determine the state of the geothermal system in the research area mainly using the geological and geochemical data. The methods used include remote sensing methods, field geological mapping, petrography, and geochemical and water isotope analysis integrated with gravity and magnetotelluric literature data. The results of the study indicate the presence of a heat source related to the active volcanism of Mount Galunggung. The expected cap rocks are in the north to south of the study area with the reservoir extending beneath it. The reservoir temperature estimation has a range between 143-152°C using Na-K-Ca geothermometer. The fluids originated from meteoric water and the same reservoir. Geothermal fluid will enter through the recharge area in the north, heated by a heat source, flow upwards so the steam-condensate water is manifested, and flows south until dilute chloride water is manifested. Permeability is controlled by the depression structure in the north and the normal fault of the strong deformation complex in the south. The geothermal system in the study area is categorized as a high-enthalphy liquid-dominated high-relief convective dynamic associated with the Galunggung Quaternary volcanism."
