"Aplikasi komunikasi mobile telah diterima dan digunakan secara luas seiring dengan tingginya adopsi smartphone. Penelitian ini menjelaskan penerimaan teknologi komunikasi berbasis aplikasi berdasarkan perspektif bukan pengguna. Penerimaan teknologi komunikasi diamati berdasarkan 13 variabel yaitu (1) perlakuan/treatment berupa membaca review dan atau mencoba aplikasi, (2) norma subyektif, (3) perceived behavioral control, (4) perceived usefulness, (5) perceived ease of use, (6) perceived enjoyment, (7) perceived expressiveness, (8) perceived quality, (9) perceived usability, (10) perceived aesthetic, (11) sikap, (12) niat menggunakan dan (13) alasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain eksplanatoris sekuensial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan eksperimen dan wawancara mendalam. Eksperimen melibatkan 80 partisipan non-pengguna yang terbagi menjadi empat kelompok perlakuan yaitu (1) membaca review aplikasi, (2) mencoba aplikasi melalui smartphone, (3) membaca review dan mencoba aplikasi serta (4) tidak mendapat perlakuan sama sekali. Dengan menggunakan analisis one-way ANOVA dan regresi linear, sebanyak 17 hipotesis terbukti, 10 hipotesis tidak terbukti dan 11 hipotesis tidak dianalisis lebih lanjut karena dua variabel (norma subyektif dan perceved behavioral control) tidak reliabel. Selain itu, dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM, penelitian ini menghasilkan model yang menjelaskan penerimaan aplikasi komunikasi pada kelompok non-pengguna. Data kualitatif menunjukkan konfirmasi pada data kuantitatif. Salah satu temuan pada penelitian ini adalah memberikan stimulus berupa membaca review dan mencoba aplikasi sekaligus secara signifikan mempengaruhi niat menggunakan.

Mobile applications apps have been accepted and used widely as following the high number of the smartphone adoption. This study explains the communication technology acceptance based on non-users perspectives. The communication technology had been observed by 13 variables;(1) treatment as reading app reviews or trying apps, (2) subjective norms, (3) perceived behavioral control, (4) perceived usefulness, (5) perceived ease of use, (6) perceived enjoyment, (7) perceived expressiveness, (8) perceived quality, (9) perceived usability, (10) perceived aesthetic, (11) attitude, (12) intention to use and (13) reason. This study used mixed method with sequential explanatory design. The data collection was conducted by an experiment and an indepth-interview. The experiment involved 80 non-user participants that was divided by four treatment groups (1) reading app reviews, (2) trying smartphone apps, (3) reading app reviews and trying apps and (4) no treatment. One-way ANOVA and linear regression were used to test hypotheses; 17 hypotheses wepre proved, 10 hypotheses were rejected, and 11 hypotheses were not analyzed due to two variables (subjective norms and perceived behavioral control) did not meet reliability threshold. Moreover, PLS-SEM was used to create a model that explains communication application acceptance for non-user apps. Qualitative data confirms the quantitative data. Main result of this study is giving stimuli as reading app reviews and trying apps significantly influences intention to use the mobile communication apps.

"Aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile atau yang sebelumnya dikenal sebagai PeduliLindungi merupakan aplikasi yang diinisiasi oleh pemerintah dalam melakukan pelacakan digital guna menghentikan penyebaran COVID-19. Pemerintah mewajibkan penggunaan aplikasi PeduliLindungi. Sejak tanggal 1 Maret 2023, PeduliLindungi resmi bertransformasi menjadi SatuSehat Mobile.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile oleh masyarakat di DKI Jakarta usia 20-29 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengaplikasian Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile di DKI Jakarta usia 20-29 tahun, sebanyak 420 responden. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama bulan Mei-Juni 2023. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan pandangan yang baik terhadap aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile.
Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of used berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward using, perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward using, attitude toward using berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention to use, dan behavioral intention to use berpengaruh terhadap actual system use.
Pada analisis multivariat terhadap variabel attitude toward using, menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of used merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh yang menentukan sikap pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile. Penerimaan aplikasi SatuSehat Mobile oleh pengguna sudah cukup baik, serta perlu dilanjutkan untuk meningkatkan fitur-fitur, keamanan data, dan maintenance pada aplikasi untuk meminimalisir potensi eror dan meningkatkan penerimaan pada pengguna.

The SatuSehat Mobile application, previously known as PeduliLindungi, is an application initiated by the government to carry out digital tracking to stop the spread of COVID-19. The government requires the use of the PeduliLindungi application. Since March 1st 2023, PeduliLindungi has officially transformed into SatuSehat Mobile.
This research aims to analyze the acceptance of the SatuSehat Mobile application by the people in DKI Jakarta aged 20-29 years. This research was conducted by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The type of research used is quantitative. This research was conducted on SatuSehat Mobile application users in DKI Jakarta aged 20-29 years, for total 420 respondents. The research was conducted during May-June 2023.
The results of the univariate analysis show a good perception of the SatuSehat Mobile. The results of bivariate analysis show that perceived ease of use take effect to perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness take effect to attitude toward using, perceived usefulness take effect to attitude toward using, attitude toward using take effect to behavioral intention to use, and behavioral intention to use take effect to actual system use.
In the multivariate analysis of the attitude toward using variable, show that perceived ease of use is the most take effect variable that determines user attitudes in using the SatuSehat Mobile application. The acceptance of the SatuSehat Mobile application by users is quite good, and it is necessary to continue to improve features, data security, and maintenance of the application to minimize potential errors and increase user acceptance.

Komunikasi terjadi dalam suatu konteks sosial dimana penafsiran, sikap
dan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi pada suatu organisasi dibangun bersama dalam konteks sosial tersebut. Anggota organisasi memiliki keleluasaan dalam menginterpretasikan teknologi yang digunakan dimana interpretasi tersebut biasanya merupakan hasil dari konstruksi sosial. Pendekatan konstruksi sosial teknologi milik Pinch dan Bijker dan pengembangan milik Humphreys digunakan untuk menganalisis penggunaan teknologi dalam komunikasi organisasi pemerintah dengan menekankan pada dua elemen penting yaitu fleksibilitas interpretasi dan kelompok sosial relevan. Dari hasil wawancara mendalam menunjukkan bahwa sebuah teknologi yang sama digunakan oleh pengguna yang berada dalam kelompok sosial yang sama justru memiliki fleksibilitas untuk diinterpretasikan secara berbeda. Interpretasi aparatur pemerintah mengenai aplikasi Citizen Relation Management (CRM) yang digunakan dalam komunikasi organisasi sehari-hari terbentuk melalui pemahaman dan pengalaman menggunakan teknologi dalam praktek penyelesaian pekerjaan. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa faktor kekuasaan dan struktural berperan untuk menunjukkan proses pembentukan makna pengunaan teknologi dalam komunikasi organisasi pemerintah.

ABSTRACT
The communication occurs in a social context in which the interpretation, attitude and the use of communication technology in an organization are constructed within that social context. The member of an organization has flexibility in interpreting the use of technology that such interpretation is usually the result of a social construction. The concept of Social Construction of Technology from Pinch and Bijker and its development that belongs to Humphreys are employed to analyze the use of technology at government organizational communications by emphasizing its two essential elements, interpretive flexibility, and relevant social groups. Through in-depth interview showed that the same technology used by users within the same of a relevant social group has the flexibility to be interpreted differently. The interpretation of government officers on Citizen Relation Management (CRM) application used in daily organizational communication is constructed through the
understanding and experience of using technology in the practice of work
completion. The findings of this study are power and structural factors play a role to show the process of shaping the meaning of technology use within government organizational communications."

"Perkembangan bidang machine learning telah mengalami kemajuan yang pesat dari berbagai domain dimana dibutuhkan sistem otomasi. Hal ini membuat model yang advanced, seperti Convolutional Neural Network yang merupakan bagian dari deep learning, dapat mencapai performa yang baik dalam melakukan klasifikasi, identifikasi objek, hingga bahkan melebihi kemampuan manusia dalam beberapa domain. Salah satu aplikasi dari perkembangan ini adalah klasifikasi gambar terutama pada bidang medis misalnya pada klasifikasi kanker kulit. Diagnosis otomatis kanker kulit dari lesi kulit dengan menggunakan gambar dermoskopi masih merupakan tugas yang menantang bagi kecerdasan buatan seperti Artificial Neural Network khususnya pada metode konvolusi yang umum pada gambar, atau disebut Convolutional Neural Network. Penggunaan arsitektur transfer learning dengan TF Lite pada klasifikasi merupakan faktor penting dalam membuat diagnosis otomatis yang mobile, akurat, dan cekat. Meski demikian, model-model klasifikasi yang sudah terbuat tersebut masih belum dapat sempurna melakukan kategorisasi pada penyakit lesi kulit. Pada dataset ini terdapat 7 kelas label yang akan diklasifikasi dengan menggunakan arsitektur InceptionResNetV2. Kemudian dilakukan penanganan imbalanced data dengan menggunakan metode oversampling untuk mengangani dataset yang tidak rata. Setelah itu hasilnya akan dianalisis dengan beberapa metrik parameter yang dipakai yaitu presisi, recall, akurasi, dan F1-score. Didapatkan hasil terbaik ketika EarlyStopping pada epoch terakhir dengan akurasi overall pada 87.56%, top-2 pada 95.05%, dan top-3 pada 97.46%. Durasi klasifikasi juga telah diukur dengan Streamlit Share dan HuggingFace Spaces. Durasi tersebut ialah waktu dari ping ke tiap host, dimana aplikasi web Streamlit memiliki latency yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan HuggingFace, pada rata-rata (1,17 ms vs 1,49 ms), dan standar deviasi latency pada aplikasi web HuggingFace lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Streamlit (0,10 ms vs 0,49 ms), durasi klasifikasi HuggingFace memiliki waktu klasifikasi rata-rata 116 ms dan standar deviasi sebesar 5 ms, sedangkan Streamlit lebih rendah, yaitu 97 ms dan standar deviasi sebesar 2 ms.

The development of the field of machine learning has experienced rapid progress from various domains where automation systems are needed. This makes advanced models, such as Convolutional Neural Networks that are part of deep learning, can achieve good performance in classifying, object identification, and even exceed human capabilities in some domains. One application of this development is image classification, especially in the medical field, for example in the classification of skin cancer. Automatic diagnosis of skin cancer from skin lesions using dermoscopy images is still a challenging task for artificial intelligences such as Artificial Neural Networks, especially the convolutional method common in images, or called Convolutional Neural Networks. The use of transfer learning architecture with TF Lite on classification is an important factor in making automatic diagnosis mobile, accurate, and agile. However, the classification models that have been made are still unable to perfectly categorize skin lesion diseases. In this dataset there are 7 label classes that will be classified using the InceptionResNetV2 architecture. Then handling imbalanced data using the oversampling method to handle uneven datasets. After that, the results will be analyzed with several metric parameters used, namely precision, recall, accuracy, and F1-score. The best results were obtained when EarlyStopping at the last epoch with overall accuracy at 87.56%, top-2 at 95.05%, and top-3 at 97.46%. The duration of classification has also been measured with Streamlit Share and HuggingFace Spaces. The duration is the time from ping to each host, where the Streamlit web application has lower latency compared to HuggingFace, on average (1.17 ms vs 1.49 ms), and the standard deviation of latency on the HuggingFace web application is higher than that of Streamlit (0.10 ms vs 0.49 ms), the duration of HuggingFace classification has an average classification time of 116 ms and a standard deviation of 5 ms, while Streamlit is lower, at 97 ms and standard deviation of 2 ms."

"Transformasi karyawan digital, seperti pada industri telekomunikasi yang mengalami peningkatan produktivitas selama pandemic COVID-19, membutuhkan aplikasi kolaborasi yang baik untuk menirukan ruang kerja yang sebenarnya. Aplikasi kolaborasi yang baik memerhatikan aspek-aspek kegunaan sehingga dapat membantu pengguna dalam mencapai tujuannya. Hal ini dapat dicapai salah satunya melalui proses perancangan yang berbasis persona pengguna dan tujuan yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan rekomendasi desain aplikasi kolaborasi mobile pendukung WFH bagi karyawan industri telekomunikasi berdasarkan metode Goal-Directed Design (GDD). Tahapan metode GDD yang dilakukan adalah research dan modeling menggunakan cognitive walkthrough, retrospective think aloud, wawancara, serta analisis klaster, dilanjutkan tahap requirements, framework, hingga refinement. Hasil penelitian berupa prototipe interaktif aplikasi kolaborasi dengan tampilan dan fungsi yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan serta kebutuhan persona pengguna.
