"Berdasarkan data dari Global Innovation Index, peringkat inovasi Indonesia turun 2 (dua) peringkat dari sebelumnya di tahun 2019 dan 2020 menduduki peringkat 85 dan di tahun 2021 menduduki peringkat 87 dari 132 negara. Angka tersebut termasuk kedalam peringkat terendah di antara ASEAN-6 yaitu Thailand yang berada di peringkat 43, Malaysia peringkat 36, dan Singapura peringkat 8. Inovasi merupakan kunci untuk meningkatkan performa organisasi. Perkembangan zaman menuntut aktualisasi atas budaya inovasi sebagai perbaikan terus menerus atas pelayanan organisasi yang ada. Secara umum, inovasi merupakan konversi dari ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi ke sosial dan ekonomi dimana menunjukkan transformasi ide menjadi produk atau jasa yang dapat dipasarkan atau mengembangkan produksi. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk membuat rekomendasi improvement terkait organisasi pada perusahaan beton pracetak di Indonesia berbasis ISO 56002:2019 yang terintegrasi dengan Lean Six Sigma untuk membangun budaya inovasi. Pada penulisan ini menggunakan metode kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi eksisting penerapan inovasi dari perusahaan beton pracetak di Indonesia masih dalam tahap “kompeten” sehingga masih diperlukan pengembangan dan pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa melalui integrasi antara ISO 56002:2019 dengan Lean Six Sigma memiliki hubungan yang positif sehingga dapat membangun budaya inovasi pada perusahaan beton pracetak.

The development of precast concrete in Indonesia has begun to increase, as can be seen in the production capacity of precast concrete always increasing and it is recorded that until 2019 it has reached 42 million tons per year. The demand for precast concrete is also increasing and even targeted to meet 50% market share. Even foreign precast concrete companies have also begun to enter the market. This market competition requires companies in Indonesia to improve their innovation culture which began to fall 2 places from the previous year according to the 2021 GII. Innovation culture is interrelated with the innovation management system, so in order to improve it, innovation management system planning is needed. Therefore, this paper aims to make recommendations for planning an innovation management system for precast concrete companies in Indonesia based on ISO 56002:2019 which is integrated with Lean Six Sigma to build a culture of innovation. In order to achieve the goal, this writing uses the likert scale questionnaire method which is distributed to precast concrete companies in Indonesia and analyzed with a Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results show that the existing condition of the application of innovation from precast concrete companies in Indonesia is still in the "competent" stage so development is still needed and in this study, it is known that through the integration of ISO 56002: 2019 with Lean Six Sigma has a positive relationship so that it can build a culture of innovation in precast concrete companies."
