Based on evidence, bedside handover can reduce patient falls, discharge time, and overtime costs, and also increasing team collaboration. The writing method uses Case Report, the stages that used are finding phenomena, conducting observations and interviews, identifying problems, applying evidence-based practice and writing case reports. The phenomenon that was found is the ward of X Hospital, handovers were only carried out at the nurse's station, so that bedside handover steps were implemented based on evidence-based practice. The results of the application of evidence-based practices are still less optimal due to the socialization of the application of evidence-based practices has only implemented twice."

With a view of increasing the number of international tourist arrivals, the Government of Indonesia has provided visa exemption policy to 169 countries. On the other hand, this policy has the potential to inflict an economic loss due to the immigration violations. This research aims to estimate the adverse effect of visa exemption policy in Indonesia by using data on the number of immigration violations from 2015 to 2019. Using Difference in Differences (DiD) that exploit staggered implementation of visa exemption policy, this is the first study in providing empirical evidence of the heterogeneous impact of a country’s visa exemption policy across country of origin, development, and income levels. Using a panel data approach, the estimation results show that the visa exemption policy increases the immigration violations rate by 43,76 percent on average. With a cost benefit ratio 1.2, it shows that the Government of Indonesia have to not only increase monitoring costs, but also should be more selective in choosing countries to be granted visa exemption, so that the economic benefits can be more obtained for everyone

"Recent trends in health care across the United States and internationally have emphasized a novel approach that consists in comparing the effectiveness and efficacy of treatment interventions with a patient-centered emphasis (i.e., evidence-based health care), while ensuring cost constraints, maximizing benefits, and minimizing risks. In this book, experts in comparative effectiveness and efficacy research and analysis for practice (CEERAP) in health care in general address a range of topical issues. The emphasis is on implications for endodontics and nursing, both of which are considered in a series of detailed chapters. Commonalities and differences among CEERAP, utility-based and logic-based analysis and decision-making, and evidence-based and patient-centered practice are defined and discussed. The book concludes by examining applications for CEERAP in developing patient-centered optimal treatment interventions for the next decade.

Jumlah sampel 24 responden.
ABSTRACT
Evidence-Based Nursing Application Effect of Earplugs and Eye Mask on Quality Sleep in Patients in ICU. Sleep disorders in ICU are caused by many factors, including environment, noise, lighting, nursing activities, illness, nursing, medication therapy, and mechanical ventilation. The effects will affect the immune function, metabolic system, central nervous system regulation, and psychological conditions. The purpose of this study to apply and prove the effectiveness of the use of Earplug and Eye Mask in improving sleep quality in patients in ICU. The design used randomized controlled trial (RCT) crossover design. The researchers divide Group A and Group B by simple random sampling. The Total sample of 24 respondents. Sleep quality instrument using Richard Campbell Sleep Questionnaire (RCSQ). Data were analyzed by the Independent Sample T-Test. The result of this research is p-value <0,05, mean at alpha 5% there is a significant difference of sleep quality between first and second night in each group so it is suggested to be an evidence-based in a hospital as one of complementary therapy which can be made independent intervention nursing to help overcome sleep disorders."

Hospital Nowadays are also try to evolve to be a better hospital by providing a great hospital care and also built a better healthcare environment through physical aspect and constructions. One of the solution to answers that challenge is through doing evidence-based design concept. Evidence-based design is process of getting design decisions based on best evidence through a lot of research beforehand for enhancing safety and promote healing for better healthcare environment.
Evidence-based design that adapted healing environment in hospital planning helps create an interior that reflects hospitality and create such a healing environment for patients, caregivers and also other users of hospital, so patients will have less stress and get well sooner while the staff will more active for doing their jobs and avoid doing medical errors to the patients in hospital.

Nurses become a profession that provide 24-hour care to patients, three shifts from morning, afternoon, and evening. The transition period to different nurses requires effective communication to ensure patient safety. Due to the high risk of miscommunication and information failure, a standarized handover implementation is needed to prevent patients injury. The case report study has been used as a method to write this article through several stages. The first stage was identify the problem through direct observation and interviews. The second stage analyzes the literature and action studies. The third stage is to formulate discussions and recommendations. The results showed that Introduction stage have the highest percentage of sub-stages (100%) compared to the other six stages. This case report recommends the nurse to conclude and notify the patients about the intervention has been planned for that day during their shift. This case report concludes that the implementation of bedside handover still needs to carried out optimally."
