"Catur pada beberapa tahun belakangan ini mengalami kebangkitan dalam wujudnya yang baru, yakni catur online. Melalui waktu-waktu sulit di masa pandemi, orang-orang menemukan kecintaannya pada catur melalui platform bermain online dan media sosial, di mana para pecatur profesional mulai tertarik untuk menjadi kreator konten dan menyajikan konten catur kepada masyarakat luas. Catur tidak pernah sepopuler ini sebelumnya, dan hal ini bisa jadi disebabkan oleh seorang guru catur internet, Levy Rozman, atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai Gotham Chess. Rozman menghasilkan pertumbuhan engagement yang masif pada Januari 2023 dengan membagikan konten video singkatnya pada YouTube shorts kanal Gotham Chess. Tulisan ini ingin mencari tahu bagaimana ia mengembangkan engagement secara pesat dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis konten untuk menganalisis konten video singkat yang dibagikan oleh Gotham Chess pada Januari 2023. Menggunakan teori user engagement behavior dan media baru, tulisan ini menganalisis perilaku engagement pengguna konten YouTube shorts Gotham Chess. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi dalam mendorong perilaku engagement pada konten video singkatnya, yakni: 1) frekuensi yang konsisten dan moderat, yakni sejumlah 30 video singkat dalam satu bulan, 2) jenis konten yang bervariasi, 3) penggunaan kalimat pembuka, hook, dan catchphrase, serta 4) penyebutan nama-nama besar selebritas catur. Meskipun demikian, tulisan ini terbatas pada faktor internalnya saja, sedangkan ada faktor-faktor di luar konten itu sendiri yang dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan perilaku engagement yang tentunya dapat dibahas di penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya.

Chess in recent years has been revived to its new form of online chess. Throughout the hard times of the pandemic, people found and rekindled their love of chess through online platforms and social media, where professional chess players were just getting started with their idea of creating chess content for the masses. Chess has never been more popular than it is today, thanks to the viral internet chess teacher, Levy Rozman, who is better known as his online persona, Gotham Chess. Rozman has found the way to generate massive engagement growth in January 2023 and this article seeks to know how by using methods of qualitative content analysis in order to analyze the short-form video contents of Gotham Chess in January 2023. Through the lenses of user engagement behavior and new media, this paper seeks to analyze the user engagement behavior on Gotham Chess’ YouTube shorts. The findings show a series of factors that contributed in boosting the engagements of his short-form video contents, namely: 1) consistent uploads with moderate frequency of 30 short-form videos per month, 2) a wide variety of content, 3) the use of intros, hooks, and catchphrases, and 4) mentions of big names and chess celebrities. However, this study is limited to the internal factors of a YouTube shorts content, while there are also other external factors to explore in the next studies to come that could contribute in generating user engagements for content creators in digital platforms."

Development of information systems (IS) through the proper stages of analysis and design expected to create a reliable and qualified IS. This research will evaluate the effectiveness of Academic Management IS. An evaluation conducted by observing the current system, using questionnaires, and measurement using a Likert scale. Questionnaire instrument tested for its validity (Product Moment) and reliability (Cronbachs Alpha) using SPSS version 19. This study adopts an integrated database schema that IPB has developed and designing research seminar online registration prototypes using object-oriented approach for a better IS future development."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas pengaturan hukum pada industri program komputer diIndonesia. Pembelanjaan negara terhadap pembayaran lisensi program komputeroleh pemerintah memakan anggaran yang cukup besar. Pengaturan hukum yangberkaitan dengan program komputer sebelum dan setelah Reformasi telah adabeberapa UU yang terkait; UU Hak Cipta, UU ITE, UU Perindustrian dan UULarangan Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Tidak Sehat. Namun adanyakebijakan tersebut tidak membuat industri program komputer berkembang secarasignifikan. Pemerintah Indonesia harus mempersiapkan industri produk dan jasaprogram komputer untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas dan daya saing denganmembuat kebijakan guna meningkatkan menumbuhkembangkan industri programkomputer di Indonesia serta mempersiapkan memasuki Masyarakat EkonomiASEAN (MEA) pada akhir 2015 mendatang. Dari uraian latar belakang Tesis iniditarik permasalahan bagaimanakah ketentuan hukum Pasal 12 ayat (1) huruf adalam Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta memberikanperlindungan terhadap pengembang aplikasi perangkat lunak program komputerdan bagaimanakah aturan dan kebijakan sesuai Pasal 16 dan Pasal 49 Undang-Undang No. 3 Tahun 2014 tentang Perindustrian dapat mendorong tumbuhnyaindustri kreatif produk dan jasa program komputer. Dari hasil penelitianditemukan bahwa berbagai perangkat peraturan belum dapat memfasilitasi kaidahkepastian, keberpihakan, keadilan, dan pertanggungjawaban hukum, khususnyaterhadap produk perangkat lunak. Pengaturan yang terkait industri seperti standarpengembangan program komputer, rencana jangka menengah dan jangka panjangpengembangan program komputer, pengaturan terkait dengan sistem promosiyang efektif, serta sistem insentif yang menarik. Diperlukan Peraturan Pemerintahpelaksana UU Perindustrian agar bisa mengakomodir hal sebelumnya sehinggadiharapkan akan dapat menumbuhkembangkan industri program komputer diIndonesia.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the legal regulation on computer program industrialindustry in Indonesia. State expenditure on payment of a license by a computerprogram takes a government big enough budget. Legal arrangements relating tocomputer programs before and after the Reformation there has been some relatedlaws; Copyright Law, UU ITE, Industry Act and Prohibition of MonopolisticPractices Act and Unfair Competition. However, this policy does not makecomputer programs industry expanded significantly. The Indonesian governmentmust prepare the industrial products and services of a computer program toincrease the capabilities and competitiveness by making industry to developpolicies to improve computer programs in Indonesia and preparing to enter theASEAN Economic Community (AEC) by the end of 2015. From the descriptionof the background of this thesis concerns how law drawn Article 12 paragraph (1)letter a in Act No. 19 of 2002 on Copyright provides protection against softwareapplication developers and computer program how the rules and policies inaccordance with Article 16 and Article 49 of Law No. 3 In 2014 on Industry toencourage the growth of creative industries products and services of computerprograms. From the results of the study found that the various sets of rules havenot been able to facilitate the rule of certainty, partiality, justice, and legalaccountability, particularly to software products. Related settings such as industrystandard computer program development, medium-term plans and long-termdevelopment of computer programs, system settings associated with effectivepromotion, and incentive systems of interest. "ABSTRAKNamed Data Networking (NDN) sebagai sebuah arsitektur jaringan yang beberapa tahun belakangan ini sedang dikembangkan bisa dikatakan sebagai alternatif dari arsitektur TCP/IP yang sekarang ini digunakan pada umumnya. Perbedaan yang mendasar pada keduanya adalah, NDN tidak menggunakan alamat layaknya IP pada TCP/IP, melainkan secara aktif menamai data sehingga proses perpindahan data atau informasi didasari pada keinginan atau request dari perangkat terhadap data tersebut. Beragam jenis program/aplikasi sudah menggunakan NDN dalam implementasinya, penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengimplementasikan NDN pada program multimedia, atau dalam kasus ini sebuah permainan. Pada sebuah permainan dengan lebih dari satu pemain, perlu adanya sinkronisasi data atau state dari permainan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah library bernama ChronoSync dalam melakukan sinkronisasi pada jaringan NDN tersebut. Selain melakukan implementasi tersebut, penelitian juga akan mengevaluasi kemungkinan penggunaan NDN dan/atau ChronoSync untuk kebutuhan implementasi aplikasi multimedia lainnya. Implementasi berhasil dilakukan dengan tingkat keberhasilan transmisi data/sinkronisasi state antar permainan mencapai 98% dan terendah 86%.

ABSTRACTNamed Data Networking (NDN) is an internet architecture which have been in development for the past few years, with the hope of becoming the alternative for the currently widely used TCP/IP architecture. The main difference between the two are, on NDN any information or data transmission doesnt depends on the address of the data (e.g. IP address on TCP/IP), NDN will actively name the data, so the device that request the data will looking for the named data (using interest). Many kind of application has been developed, implementing NDN for its networking logic, this research will focusing on the usage of NDN on multimedia application, such as video game. On a multiplayer video game, the state or data between client need to be synchronize so every player have the same state. With such goal in mind, this research will deploy ChronoSync as a mean for synchronization the data on an NDN architecture. Aside from developing the application and implementing ChronoSync this research will also evaluate the performance to assess the feasibility of using said method for another kind or type of multimedia application. Implementation was successful with highest transmission success rate of 98% and lowest of 86%."

"Posyandu (pos pelayanan terpadu), adalah wujud peran serta masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan upaya kesehatan di Indonesia. Instruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 9 tahun 1990 tentang peningkatan pembinaan mutu Posyandu, memberi peluang kepada lintas program maupun lintas sektoral yang terkait untuk berperan lebih aktif dan terkoordinasi.Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan koordinasi lintas program Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo dalam pelaksanaan program-program Posyandu di Kabupaten Bungo tahun 2001, belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informani secara mendalam pelaksanaan koordinasi lintas program Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo dalam pelaksanaan program-grogram Posyandu di Kabupaten Bungo tahun 2001. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab yang melatar belakangi belum efektifnya koordinasi tersebut.Informasi diperoleh dengan cara wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terarah, dan observasi langsung terhadap informan-informan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo, serta informan dari tingkat Puskesmas yakni Kepala Puskesmas dan koordinator Penyuluhan Kesehatan Masyarakat.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koordinasi lintas program di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo yang berkaitan dengan Posyandu belum efektif. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum adanya perencanaa terpadu tahunan khusus berkaitan dengan program-program yang ada di Posyandu.Agar koordinasi tersebut memberikan hasil yang lebih besar dan lebih bermanfaat, perlu ditunjuk koordinator yang dituangkan dalam SK Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bungo. Untuk lebih menyebarluaskan dan pemerataan keberadaan Posyandu di setiap desa, diharapkan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bungo dapat mengalokasikan anggaran yang cukup untuk mendukung kesinambungan Posyandu di tengah-tengah masyarakat.Daftar Bacaaan = 39 (1978-2001)

Analysis of Coordination of Program Crossing In Bungo Regency Health Department On The Programs Implementation of The Integrated Services Post In Bungo Regency Province of Jambi, 2001Posyandu (integrated services post), as one of of the community participation in the implementation of heath services, derives from the society of every village in Indonesia. Based on the Instruction of Home Affairs Minister number 9`h in 1990, on the enhancement, program and sectoral crossing are supposed to be more active in the participation.The reality shows that the coordination of the program crossing of Bungo Regency Health Department in the programs implementation of Posyandu has not run well. This research is conducted to find out deeply information of the implementation of program crossing coordination in Bungo Regency in 2001. The research method used is qualitative to detect the cause of why coordination has not run. Informations are obtained by having indepth interview, focus group discussion, and observation which are directly done to informants who are directly involved with the available programs in the integrated services post and also, from community health center.The result of the research shows, that the coordination of the program crossing in Bungo Regency Health Department that is related to the integrated services post has not been effective yet. It is appointed by the planning is not integratedly arranged, especially abaout the program in Posyandu.In order that the coordination produce more significant and greater result, appointing a coordinator which is enclosed in a Decision Letter from the Head of Health Department of Bungo Regency is a need. To spread out and distribute evenly the existence of the integrated services post in every village, it is expexted that The Regency Government could alocate sufficient budget to reinforce the continuity of the integrated services post.Bibliography : 39 (1978-2001)"

"Anemia defisiensi zat besi pada ibu hamil dapat diatasi melalui program pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD). Berdasarkan data Riskesdas tahun 2018, ibu hamil yang mengonsumsi TTD sesuai rekomendasi (90+ tablet) hanya sebesar 38,1%. Beberapa penelitian menyebutkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ibu hamil tidak patuh mengonsumsi TTD adalah ibu hamil memulai kunjungan ANC pada trimester kedua dan ketiga, melakukan kunjungan ANC kurang dari empat kali, dan mendapatkan pelayanan ANC tidak sesuai standar (<10T). Ketiga faktor tersebut merupakan ukuran dari kualitas kunjungan ANC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kunjungan antenatal care terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi TTD ibu hamil di Indonesia tahun 2017. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional menggunakan data SDKI 2017. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) 15-49 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebesar 12.230. Analisis data menggunakan complex sample. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara kualitas kunjungan antenatal care terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi TTD ibu hamil di Indonesia setelah dikontrol status ekonomi, tempat tinggal, dan tenaga pemeriksa hamil. Ibu hamil yang memiliki kualitas kunjungan ANC baik dan cukup memiliki kepatuhan mengonsumsi lebih tinggi dibandingkan ibu hamil yang memiliki kualitas kunjungan ANC kurang dengan nilai OR sebesar 4,3 (95% CI: 3,46-5,37) dan 2,7 (95% CI: 2,27-3,25).

Iron deficiency anemia among pregnant women can be corrected with iron supplementation programs. According to Riskesdas data in 2018, pregnant women who took iron tablets with the recommendation (90+ tablets) were only 38.1%. Several studies state that factors that influence pregnant women not to comply with taking iron tablets are pregnant women starting ANC visits in the second and third trimesters, visiting ANC less than four times, and getting ANC services that are not up to standard. The third factor is a measure of the quality of ANC visits. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of antenatal visits and adherence to iron supplements consumption of pregnant women in Indonesia in 2017. The design of this study was cross-sectional using the 2017 IDHS data. The sample of this study was women of childbearing age 15-49 years who met the inclusion criteria of 12,230. Data analysis used complex sample. The results of the multivariate analysis showed the relationship between the quality of antenatal visits and adherence to iron supplements consumption of pregnant women in Indonesia after controlling for economic status, place of residence, and pregnant examiners. Pregnant women who had high and sufficient quality ANC visits had higher adherence to consumption than pregnant women who had less quality ANC visits with OR values of 4.3 (95% CI: 3.46-5.37) and 2.7 (95% CI: 2.27-3.25)."

"Pemagangan di dalam negeri merupakan suatu program yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga kerja Indonesia. Adapun skripsi ini membahas mengenai ketentuan penyelenggaraan program pemagangan yang diatur di dalam peraturan perundang-undangan Indonesia serta penerapannya yang dikaji berdasarkan studi kasus putusan Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder yang memuat norma hukum tertulis. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis yang dilakukan dengan menganalisa data secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diidentifikasi bahwa peraturan-peraturan yang mengatur mengenai penyelenggaraan pemagangan di dalam negeri belum memadai untuk melindungi peserta pemagangan. Hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya terjadi pelanggaran dalam menyelenggarakan pemagangan di dalam negeri. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengaturan yang lebih lengkap termasuk sanksi bagi bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran terhadap penyelenggaraan pemagangan di dalam negeri.

Domestic apprenticeship system is a program held by Indonesian government which aims to improve the skills of Indonesian labours. The thesis discusses the provisions of the implementation of apprenticeship programs that are regulated in Indonesian legislation and its applications which was analized based on case studies of the Industrial Relations Court verdicts. This research used normative legal research method by examining literatures or other secondary data related to law and any form of written legal norms. This is an analytical descriptive research which is done by analyzing the data qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it can be identified that the regulations governing the implementation of domestic apprenticeship are not sufficient to protect apprentices. This led to many violations of the implementation of domestic apprenticeship. Therefore, there needs to be a more comrehensive regulation which includes punishments for violation of the conduct of domestic apprenticeship."
