"Di era pembangunan saat ini, pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi dan infrastuktur sedang marak, yang menuntut perusahaan dalam industri untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan menciptakan efisiensi pada perusahaan di industri konstruksi dan infrastruktur khususnya BUMN, pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk dilakukannya implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi hasil implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning terhadap peningkatan kinerja proses bisnis pada salah satu BUMN konstruksi dan Infrastruktur. Analisis Peta Proses Bisnis sebelum dan setelah Implementasi ERP, dan Survey dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari proses bisnis pengelolaan biaya usaha di perusahaan hasil implementasi ERP. Kriteria Evaluasi dikembangkan berdasarkan empat dimensi kinerja proses bisnis yaitu waktu, biaya, kualitas dan fleksibilitas. Hasil analisis proses bisnis dan survei mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi ERP telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja proses bisnis, namun ditemukan adanya kelemahan yang dirasakan user dalam implementasinya. Melalui penelitian ini, peluang perbaikan teridentifikasi untuk membantu perusahaan membuat keputusan dalam mengimplementasikan ERP dengan lebih baik

In this development era, many construction & infrastructure projects are being held all over the world, that requires company in the industry to improve their performances. Furthermore, in an effort to increase performances and finally create efficiency, The Indonesian Government issues policy that directs the construction & infrastructure companies especially State-Owned Enterprise’s (SOE’s) to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The purpose of this research is to evaluate the results of ERP implementation towards the business process performances improvement in one of the constructions & infrastructure SOE which has a crucial role in the establishment of the Trans Sumatera Toll Road Megaproject in Indonesia. Analysis of business process before and after implementation is carried out as well as the survey to evaluate the performances of expenditure management business process in the company after the ERP implementation. The evaluation criteria are developed based on the four dimensions of Business Process Performance, which is time, cost, quality and flexibility. The results from the study indicate that ERP Implementation has given positive effect toward business process performance improvement, while there are still some weak points in the implementation. Due to this research, opportunities for improvement are identified to support company in making decision for better ERP implementation."

"ABSTRAK
Proses order management merupakan salah satu proses pada supply chain management yang memiliki peran penting terkait dengan kepuasan pelanggan dan keuntungan yang akan didapatkan perusahaan. Untuk dapat terus bersaing dengan kompetitor dan dapat responsif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan diperlukan rekayasa proses bisnis dengan metodologi Business Process Reengineering (BPR) demi meningkatkan efisiensi proses. Metode IDEF0 digunakan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis proses bisnis saat ini. Dari penelitian, yang dilakukan dengan empat skenario, menghasilkan rancangan proses bisnis baru dengan penurunan 22,45 hari.

ABSTRACT
Order management process is one of supply chain management process, which has an important role related to the customer satisfaction and profit of the company. The company should reengineering their business process to compete with other company and responsive to customer needs using Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in order to efficiency improving their business process. IDEF0 method is used tomap, review, and analyze existing business process. In this research, the existing and new business process design is simulated using Igrafx and the result shows reduced process time by 22,45 days.

"ABSTRAK
Enterprise resource planning adalah software yang kompleks dan terintegrasi. Namun demikian, ERP diperlukan dalam mendukung strategi, operasional, analisa dan fungsi pengambilan keputusan. Openbravo adalah salah satu software ERP yang diimplementasikan di PT L rsquo;Essential. Kerjasama penggunaan Openbravo pada beberapa bagian seperti: gudang, production planning and control dan produksi masih kurang, sehingga data yang saling terkait seperti: stock, sales order dan delivery belum bisa digunakan secara langsung dalam proses pembuatan rencana produksi dan perhitungan kebutuhan bahan baku. Perusahaan perlu meneliti faktor-faktor kerjasama yang berpengaruh pada penerimaan dan pemahaman penggunaan sistem Openbravo yang dalam model TAM ditunjukkan dengan behavioral intention to use. Penelitian ini memperluas model TAM dengan penambahan faktor-faktor kerjasama. TAM terdiri dari perceived usefulness PU , perceived ease of use PEU , attitude toward use ATU dan behavioral intention to use BIU , sedangkan faktor - faktor kerjasama pada penelitian ini terdiri dari interdepartmental cooperation ICC , intradepartmental cooperation IC , implementation consultant IMC dan vendor support VS . Faktor-faktor kerjsama dipetakan ke dalam model TAM yang dihubungkan dengan PU dan PEU, PEU dihubungkan dengan PU, PEU dan PU dihubungkan dengan ATU, ATU dan PU dihubungkan dengan BIU. Data diolah dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan software smartPLS 3. Data didapat dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna sistem ERP di PT L rsquo;Essential yang berasal dari bagian purchasing, gudang, production planning and control dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini mendapatkan jumlah data responden sebanyak 55 dari 281 pengguna yang didaftarkan dalam sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan tingkat signifikansi 5 ? = 0,05 dengan nilai statistik t >= 1,96. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa behavioral intention to use dipengaruhi oleh perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness dipengaruhi oleh intradepartmental cooperation. Perceived ease of use dipengaruhi oleh interdepartmental cooperation dan intradepartmental cooperation. Attitude toward use dipengaruhi oleh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use. Faktor kerjasama intradepartmental cooperation terbukti mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan dan pemahaman penggunaan sistem Openbravo.Kata kunci: ERP, Openbravo, Cooperation, TAM, PLS-SEM

ABSTRACT
Enterprise resource planning is a complex and integrated software. However, ERP is needed in support of strategy, operations, analysis and decision-making functions. Openbravo is one of the ERP software implemented in PT L 39;Essential. Openbravo use cooperation in some parts such as: warehouse, production planning and control, and production is still lacking, so that interrelated data such as: stock, sales order and delivery can not be used directly in the process of making production plans and calculation of raw material needs. Companies need to examine the factors of cooperation that affect acceptance and understanding of the use of Openbravo systems which in the TAM model is indicated by behavioral intention to use. This research extends the TAM model with the addition of cooperative factors. TAM consists of perceived usefulness PU , perceived ease of use PEU , attitude toward use ATU and behavioral intention to use BIU , while the factors of cooperation in this study consist of interdepartmental cooperation ICC , intradepartmental cooperation IC , implementation consultant IMC and vendor support VS . Cooperation factors are mapped into TAM models linked to PU and PEU, PEUs linked to PU, PEU and PU associated with ATU, ATU and PU connected to BIU. Data processed by PLS-SEM method using smartPLS 3 software. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to users of ERP system in PT L 39;Essential derived from the purchasing, warehousing, production planning and control and others. This study obtained the number of respondents as much as 55 data out of 281 users registered in the system. This research uses 5 significance level ? = 0,05 with statistic value t> = 1,96. The results showed that behavioral intention to use was influenced by perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness is influenced by intradepartmental cooperation. Perceived ease of use is influenced by interdepartmental cooperation and intradepartmental cooperation. Attitude toward use is affected by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Intradepartmental cooperation factor has proven to have positive influence on acceptance and understanding of Openbravo system usage. Keywords: ERP, Openbravo, Cooperation, TAM, PLS-SEM"

"Pemenuhan order customer pada industri manufaktur ditentukan oleh ketepatan penyelesaian order produksi. Order produksi mengalami keterlambatan karena informasi permasalahan produksi terlambat diterima oleh pihak yang memiliki role dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan.Penelitian mengusulkan perubahan proses untuk mempercepat aliran informasi di area produksi. Perubahan proses membutuhkan metodologi rekayasa ulang proses bisnis melalui metode Business Process Reengineering (BPR).Penelitian ini memetakan kondisi as-is aliran informasi proses produksi menggunakan flowchart dan use case. Proses As-Is meliputi empat sub process yaitu production planning, production execution, production line issue dan reporting production performance.To-be yang diusulkan meliputi eliminasi aktifitas berulang, eliminasi aktifitas mengunggah dan mengunduh, mengintegrasikan database ERP dengan BI dan dashboard untuk reporting production performance. Usulan perbaikan dapat mengurangi waktu proses aliran informasi selama 11,64 hari dari 18,81 hari yaitu 62% dari waktu proses pada proses as-is.

Customer order fulfillment in the manufacturing industry is determined by the 'just in time' of the completion of production orders. Production orders have been delayed due to problems in production area causing the line stop. This information delivered too late to the person in charge with the issue. The objective of this research is to improve flow of information for the production performance report. Improvement required methodology to reengineer business processes through methods of Business Process Reengineering (BPR). This research used flowchart and use case diagram to map as-is information flow of production process. The as-is production process covered into four sub-process, such as production planning, production execution, production line issues and production performance report. The to-be process proposed the elimination of repetitive activities such as download and upload activities due to production performance report, integration of ERP and BI, performance dashboards for reporting production. The proposal reduced processing time information flow for 11.64 day from 18.81 the day that is 62% of the time in the process as is."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kerangka yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kesiapan perusahaan dengan skala usaha kecil dan menengah dalam mengimplementasikan Enterprise Resource Planning ERP . Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara. Penelitian ini melakukan studi empiris pada jurnal penelitian terdahulu, serta studi kasus pada tiga perusahaan dengan skala kecil dan menengah yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur di Indonesia. Narasumber perusahaan studi kasus adalah para manajemen puncak yang memiliki akan terlibat dalam pengimplementasian ERP. Kerangka tersebut memiliki tiga domain utama yaitu teknologi cth. perubahan sistem, infrastruktur, keuntungan relatif, kemudahan penggunaan, hasil inovasi, sumber daya, penugasan tim, pembentukan tim, dan pengetahuan dan keahlian , organisasi cth. keselarasan objektif, perubahan proses, dukungan pimpinan, cakupan, perencanaan risiko, uji kelayakan, bantuan konsultan, ukuran perusahaan, dan manajer proyek , dan lingkungan cth. budaya, mekanisme pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi, kompetitor, jenis industri, dan mitra dan target pasar . Kerangka kesiapan tersebut kemudian diuji pada perusahaan studi kasus untuk menilai kesiapan mengimplementasikan sistem ERP. Model kerangka penilaian kesiapan akan membantu menilai kesiapan perusahaan dalam mengimplementasi sistem ERP, serta mengidentifikasi variabel yang dapat ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan perusahaan tersebut.

This study aims to develop a framework that can be used to assess a SMEs'company's readiness to implement Enterprise Resource Planning ERP . This study used qualitative approach with interviews. This study also use an empirical study in relevant researches and case studies at three SMEs manufacturing company in Indonesia. Correspondent from the case study companies are top management officers that will be involved in ERP implementation process. This framework consists of three domains, i.e. technology e.g. system change, infrastructure, relative benefits, ease of use, innovation result, sources, team assignation, team creation, and knowledge and skill , organizational e.g. aligned objective, process change, top management support, scope, risk planning, feasibility study, consultant, company's size, and project manager , and environment e.g. culture, decision making mechanism, communication, competitor, industry type, and partner and target market . The readiness framework then used to test case study companies to assess its readiness to implement ERP system. The readiness framework model can help the company identify untouchable variable in order to increase the company's readiness."

Studi konsep evaluasi dan analisis indikator dalam pra-implementasi ERP dengan pendekatan Analytic Hierarchy Process ini menggunakan kerangka komprehensif dalam membuat keputusan pemilihan ERP. This Evaluation concept and analysis of indicator in ERP pre-implementation using Analytic Hierarchy Process study presents a comprehensive framework for selecting a suitable ERP system. Faktor-faktor yang dianggap kritikal dikumpulkan dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, lalu di bagikan kuesioner untuk mengetahui pendapat praktisi ERP. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya perbedaan persepsi kepentingan faktor antara pihak perusahaan dengan pihak vendor ERP. This study analyzes critical success factors of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, base on ERP?s practitioners? perception and the factor?s influence on ERP implementation success. Potentials critical factors are collected from science journals. Using survey, the ERP practitioners express their opinion about the importance of the factor and the appearance of the factor in the ERP
implementation. The research finds that there are differences between enterprise?s perception and ERP vendor?s perception. The research also recognizes factors that have the greatest influence on ERP success, which is useful for ERP practitioners implementing ERP implementation.

"Dans Ie monde concurrentiel d'aujourd'hui et la vague de la globalisation, le role du systeme d'information est essentiel d'inciter la compagnie a rester en avant de la concurrence et a obtenir l'efficacité de travail. Dans I'industrie pétroliére, cette condition est non seulement appliquée pour de grandes entreprises mais elle s?applique également aux entreprises de petite moyenne aussi bien. La balance des affaires est déterminée par le nombre de bloc de pétrole et de gaz étant fonctionné, le volume des transactions et l'étape de 1'opération. Si la compagnie est classée par Catégorie comme grandes affaires ou affaires de petite moyenne, cette industrie exige toujours une grande quantité
dinvestissement. Les outils fonctionnant tels que le systeme de la planification de ressource d'entreprise (ERP) coutribueront de maniere sigriificative sur réduire le coiit de l?opération particulierement dans la gestion de chaine d?approvisionnements. Le systeme d'ERP offre Ia solution pour controler les activites de chaine d'approvisionnements de l?organisation globale localement, in travers la frontiere et pour fonctionner globalement.
Cette recherche présente le procédé de choix d'ERP dans Tately N.V. This que le processus est conduite pour étudier si l?ERP est evident pour étre mis en application a cette Compagnie. La décision pour mettre en application un ERP est tout it fait provocante pour une nouvelle Compagnie comme Tately N.V. qui étant classé par Catégorie comme affaires de petite moyenne. L?exécution d'ERP est tres couteuse, et la majeure partie de la compagnie pétroliere tend a mettre en application le systéme d'ERP quand elles se développent en grandes affaires. Afin de convaincre la gestion, l'analyse de plan d'affaires a été conduite pour mesurer le besoin afin de choisir le systeme d'ERP qui peut mieux adapter le besoin de la compagnie. Apres ce, la compagnie devrait conduire le procédé de choix pour interviewer les fournisseurs innombrables d'ERP sur le marché. La compagnie décide d'acheter une solution de paquet au lieu de la construction le systeme dans la maison. Cette decision a été prise parce qu'ils sont manque d'expertise interne et ressources pour développer le systéme interns. L'autre raison est parce que Ia solution de paquet a offert externalité Vavantage particulierement que les grands fournisseurs d'ERP ont publiée un dégagement pour soutenir des entreprises de petite moyenne telles que la SAP et l'oracle.
Le résultat de l?analyse du besoin d'affaires indique qu'il est nécessaire de mettre en application le systeme d'ERP pour soutenir les activités de chaine dapprovisionnements dans Tately N.V. The ERP que le choix est conduit avec trois
méthodes. La premiere méthode emploie l'évaluation électronique d'ERP pour examiner ERP pour les petites entreprises moyennes (SMB) des applications innombrables d'ERP disponibles sur le marché. L'évaluation a comme consequence quatre ERP recommandés SMB qui est fabrication des affaires une, du SunSystem, du Microsoft Navision, el du Krakatau de SAP. Le fournisseur pour le logiciel mentionné est disponible en Indonésie. La deuxiéme méthode emploie pesant le systeme pour peser des competences de chaque fournisseur d'ERP en utilisant plusieurs categories telles que la qualité du produit de logiciel, les services et l'appui, la longévité de fournisseur et le cout. La troisieme méthode emploie la méthode analytique du processus de hiérarchie (AHF). Le résultat de peser le systems sera Ia base pour que le calcul d?AHP choisisso et pour décide le logiciel d'ERP qui adaptent mieux le besoin de la compagnie. Le résultat du calcul_d'AHP indique
que la technologie de information de pinte Krakatau avec sa application de fabrication de Krakatau a les meilleurs points dans des categories devaluation globale et donc sera choisie en tant que fournisseur de l'ERP de Tately.

In today's competitive world and the wave of globalization, the role of information system is vital to make the company stay ahead of the competition and obtain work efficiency. In oil industry, this condition is not only applied for large businesses but it also applies to small-medium businesses as well. The scale of the business is determined by the number of oil and gas block being operated, the volume of the business transactions and the stage of the operation. Whether the company is categorized as a large business or a small-medium business, this industry still requires a large amount of investment. The working tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system will contribute significantly on reducing the cost of operation especially in supply chain management. The ERP system offers the solution to manage the overall organization's supply chain activities locally, across the border and work globally.
This research presents the ERP selection process in Tately N.V. This process is conducted to investigate whether the ERP is visible to be implemented in this company. The decision to implement an ERP is quite challenging for a new company like Tately N.V. that being categorized as a small-medium business. The ERP implementation is very costly, and most of the oil company tends to implement ERP system when they develop into a large business. In order to convince the management, the business plan analysis was conducted to measure the need in order to select the ERP system that can best fit the company's need. After that, the company should conduct the selection process to screen the countless ERP vendors in the market. The company decides to purchase a package solution instead of build the system in house. This decision was made because they are lack of internal expertise and resources to develop in-house system. The other reason is because the package solution offered outsourcing advantage especially that the large ERP vendors have issued a release to support small-medium businesses such as SAP and Oracle. The result of business need analysis indicates that it is necessary to implement the ERP system to support the supply chain activities in Tately N.V. The ERP selection is conducted with three methods. The first method is using electronic ERP evaluation to screen ERP for small medium businesses (SMB) from the countless ERP applications available in the market. The evaluation results in four recommended ERP SMB which is SAP Business One, Sun System, Microsoft Navision, and Krakatau manufacturing. The vendor for the mentioned software is available in Indonesia. The second method is using weighting system to weight each ERP vendor competencies using several categories such as software product quality, services and support, vendor longevity and cost. The third method is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The result of weighting system will be the base for the AHP calculation to select and decide the ERP software that best fit the company's need. The result of AHP calculation indicates that PT Krakatau Information Technology with its Krakatau manufacturing application has the best score in overall evaluation categories and therefore shall be selected as Tately's ERP provider.

"Informasi memegang peranan penting dalam perusahaan. Software ERP sebagai metoda yang mengintegrasikan dan mengotomatisasikan proses bisnis yang berhubungan dengan aspek operasi, produksi maupun distribusi perusahaan.
Penerapan ERP sangat berpengaruh terhadap integrasi dan otomatisasi informasi sehingga perlu dilakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal melalui kuesioner untuk kemudian dianalisis sehingga ERP dapat diterapkan dengan baik pada perusahaan.
Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui survei terhadap sejumlah responden. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa sebesar 58% kecepatan perolehan data dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal kemampuan teknis konsultan, faktor eksternal sistem informasi yang ?user friendly? dan faktor internal kualitas sosialisasi.

Information has significant role in an enterprise. ERP software is a method to integrate and automate business process related with operation, production and distribution aspect of an enterprise.
ERP application has significant influence to information integration and automatisation. It is important to identify and analyze internal and external factors for best implementation of ERP in an enterprise.
Research is done by survey method. From analysis data, 58% of data integration is affected by external factor consultants technical ability, external factor user friendly information system and internal factor communication quality.
