"Tesis ini membahas tentang sistem otomasi INLISLite yang diterapkan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Lumajang. Permasalahan yang diangkat tentang tingkat resistensi terhadap aplikasi sistem otomasi INLISLite. Penelitian dalam tesis ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan resistensi dan mengindetifikasi kendala implementasi sistem otomasi INLISLite sebagai penunjang rutinitas layanan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, analisis dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memberikan interpretasi terhadap hasil observasi dan wawancara kepada empat informan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa resistensi dapat mengakibatkan implementasi sistem INLISLite belum sepenuhnya optimal. Resistensi dapat berupa pembinaan dan penempatan pegawai yang tidak sesuai dengan kompetensinya sehingga menyebabkan kelembaman, dan otomatisasi perpustakaan hanya menyentuh lingkup pegawai pelaksana yang tidak memiliki kewenangan. Di samping itu, juga disebabkan oleh berbagai hambatan, seperti pimpinan yang kurang bijak dalam mengelola organisasi, kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang kurang, anggaran yang terbatas, dan sarana prasarana pendukung yang kurang memadai untuk suatu sistem otomasi di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Lumajang.

This thesis discusses the INLISLite automation system which applied in Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Lumajang. The issue was raised about the level of resistance to the application system. The research in this thesis aims to describe the resistance and to identify the constraints of the implementation of INLIS-Lite automation system as supporting the service routine. This research uses qualitative approach method with case study. Technique of collecting data is done by interview, documentation analysis and observation methods. Data analysis was done by giving interpretation to the result of observation and interview to four informants.
The results of this study indicate that resistance can result in the implementation of the INLISLite system not fully optimal. Resistance can be in the form of coaching and placement of employees who are not in accordance with their competencies, causing inertia, and library automation only touches the scope of implementing employees who do not have authority. In addition, it is also caused by various obstacles, such as leaders who are unwise in managing the organization, lack of human resource competencies, limited budgets, and inadequate supporting infrastructure for an automation system in Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Lumajang.

"ABSTRAK
Migrasi sistem otomasi menjadi hal penting yang harus dilakukan perpustakaan ketika sistem otomasi yang lama dirasa sudah tidak mampu lagi mendukung kegiatan operasional perpustakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang implementasi migrasi sistem otomasi perpustakaan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pustakawan dan kepala perpustakaan Kemenkominfo dan objek penelitian ini adalah implementasi migrasi sistem otomasi di perpustakaan Kemkominfo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa migrasi sistem otomasi pada Perpustakaan Kemkominfo RI dilakukan dengan memasukkan kembali data koleksi buku yang sebelumnya ada pada sistem otomasi yang pertama kali digunakan yaitu Sistem Perpustakaan ke sistem yang baru yaitu SLiMS. Ada beberapa faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan migrasi sistem otomasi, yaitu dari segi kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pelatihan, dan perencanaan. Di perpustakaan Kemkominfo, keempat faktor tersebut tidak berjalan dengan baik sehingga menjadi kendala bagi perpustakaan Kemkominfo dalam memigrasikan sistem otomasi. Selain itu, penerapan migrasi sistem otomasi ini, berdampak kurang baik terhadap pelayanan sirkulasi di Perpustakaan Kemkominfo. Oleh karena itu, perpustakaan Kemkominfo sebaiknya membuat perencanaan yang lebih baik terkait implementasi migrasi sistem otomasi perpustakaan agar implementasi migrasi sistem otomasi dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan.
ABSTRACT
Migration of the automation system is an important thing that must be done by the library when the old automation system is no longer able to support library operational activities. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of the migration of the library automation system of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods. The subject of this research is the librarian and head of the Kemenkominfo library and the object of this research is the implementation of automation system migration in the Kemkominfo library. The results showed that the migration of the automation system at the Kemkominfo RI Library was carried out by re-entering the book collection data that previously existed in the automation system that was first used, namely the Library System, to the new system, SLiMS. There are several important factors that influence the implementation of automation system migration, namely in terms of leadership, communication, training, and planning. In the Kemkominfo library, these four factors did not work well so that it became an obstacle for the Kemkominfo library in migrating the automation system. In addition, the implementation of this automation system migration has an adverse impact on circulation services at the Ministry of Communication and Information Library. Therefore, the Kemkominfo library should make better planning related to the implementation of the migration of the library automation system so that the implementation of the migration of the automation system can be completed quickly and precisely so as to improve the quality of library services."

"Pertumbuhan pasar jasa Smart Home IoT secara global akan semakin meningkat, dengan pertumbuhan paling besar diprediksikan di Asia, seperti di Indonesia. Diprediksikan nilai pasar Smart Home IoT di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 akan mencapai USD 112 juta, dan diperkirakan akan tumbuh menjadi USD 244 juta pada tahun 2023. Dibutuhkan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor pendorong adopsi Smart Home IoT di pasar Indonesia untuk memaksimalkan tingkat kegunaan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model konseptual berbasis TAM untuk mengidentifikasi faktor utama konsumen dalam menggunakan smart home berbasis IoT melalui pendekatan statistik PLS-SEM. Analisis dilakukan melalui pengujian hipotesis mengenai pengaruh faktor menggunakan metode multivariat PLS-SEM. Didapatkan data dari 449 responden kuesioner. Demografi responden paling banyak memiliki jenis kelamin laki-laki (55.5%). Mayoritas berumur 20-29 tahun (32.5%), dilanjutkan dengan rentang umur 30-39 tahun (29.8%), rentang umur 40-49 tahun (25.6%), dan berumur >50 tahun (12%). The growth of the Smart Home IoT service market globally will increase, with the greatest growth predicted in Asia, such as in Indonesia. It is predicted that the market value of Smart Home IoT in Indonesia in 2019 will reach USD 112 million, and is expected to grow to USD 244 million in 2023. Further research is needed on the factors driving the adoption of Smart Home IoT in the Indonesian market to maximize the level of usability in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to develop a TAM-based conceptual model to identify the main factors of consumers in using an IoT-based smart home through the PLS-SEM statistical approach. The analysis was carried out by testing the hypothesis regarding the influence of factors using the PLS-SEM multivariate method. Obtained data from 449 respondents to the questionnaire. The demographics of the respondents are mostly male (55.5%). "ABSTRAK
Perancangan kendaraan ini adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan di bidang otomotif sebagai alat peraga pendidikan yang menarik khususnya kendaraan darat roda empat. Perancangan ini dilakukan dengan membuat model tiga dimensi dan di simulasikan menggunakan software Autodesk Inventor dan SolidWorks. Kendaraan ini dirancang dengan rangka dasar dari mobil kit Lotus atau Caterham Seven yang memiliki rangka spaceframe dengan beberapa modifikasi untuk dapat menyesuaikan dengan part dari kendaraan lokal sebagai donor. Part-part dari kendaraan donor digambar dan disatukan dalam software dan dilakukan analisa pembebanan menggunakan software tersebut. Suspensi depan kendaraan ini dirancang untuk dapat memiliki kebebasan yang lebih pada pengaturan geometrinya agar dapat lebih dipelajari pengendaliannya. Suspensi depan kendaraan ini menganut sistem double wishbone yaitu menggunakan dua lengan kontrol untuk kebebasan yang besar, dan rigid axle pada suspensi belakang untuk kemudahan pencarian donor. Dari perancangan tersebut didapatkan camber maksimum pada kondisi normal sebesar + 40 dan minimum sebesar -30, serta dalam kondisi ekstrem sebesar +14.640 dan -160, untuk caster didapatkan antara -4.150 dan +6.580, ketinggian roll center depan kendaraan ini dapat diatur antara 0 mm sampai 189.76 mm dari permukaan tanah. Simulasi pembebanan menggunakan komputer dilakukan dalam perancangan ini dengan menerapkan beberapa parameter dalam penggunaan kendaraan ini. Hasil dari simulasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rancangan yang dibuat sudah cukup kokoh.

ABSTRAK
The design of these vehicles is to meet the educational needs in the automotive field as educational props of four-wheeled land vehicle. This design is done by creating a three-dimensional model and simulated using the software Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks. The vehicle was designed with the basic framework of the Lotus or Caterham Seven car kit that has a spaceframe type frame with some modifications to meets to the local vehicles part as the donor. The parts of the donor vehicle drawn and assembled in the software and stress analyzed using that software. The front suspension of this vehicle is designed to have more degree of freedom in the geometric arrangement so its handling can be learned. The vehicle's front suspension adopts a double wishbone that use two control arms for great freedom, and a rigid axle rear suspension for ease of finding a donor. The design of the maximum camber obtained under normal conditions of + 40 and minimum of -30, and in extreme conditions of +14.640 and -160, for the caster found between -4.150 and +6.580, the height of the front roll center of this vehicle can be set between 0 mm up to 189.76 mm from the ground. Loading simulations using a computer made in this design by applying some of the parameters in the use of these vehicles. The results of the simulations showed that the design created is rigid.
