"This book is about recent research in the area of profiling humans from their voice, which seeks to deduce and describe the speaker's entire persona and their surroundings from voice alone. It covers several key aspects of this technology, describing how the human voice is unique in its ability to both capture and influence the human persona -- how, in some ways, voice is more potent and valuable then DNA and fingerprints as a metric, since it not only carries information about the speaker, but also about their current state and their surroundings at the time of speaking. It provides a comprehensive review of advances made in multiple scientific fields that now contribute to its foundations. It describes how artificial intelligence enables mechanisms of discovery that were not possible before in this context, driving the field forward in unprecedented ways. It also touches upon related and relevant challenges posed by voice disguise and other mechanisms of voice manipulation. The book acts as a good resource for academic researchers, and for professional agencies in many areas such as law enforcement, healthcare, social services, entertainment etc."

Voice cloning is a voice processing assisted by artificial intelligence with the intention to produce cloned voice that contains unique characteristics of the original voice used. The output is called cloned voice and it is comparable to representation of sounds, which falls under the category of phonogram. However, the processing of voice or phonogram in voice cloning activity causes copyright issues and raises the question whether cloned voice produced from voice cloning is eligible to be protected as a work. Another issue regarding privacy rights occurs when the processing of voice as personal data is carried out without the consent of the voice owner as the data subject, and when the cloned voice is used for crimes such as identity theft. By utilizing the doctrinal research method, this paper will analyse how voice cloning is perceived from the perspective of copyright law and privacy and personal data protection law. The result of this study concludes that there are potential copyright infringements in voice cloning activity. Furthermore, according to Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyrights, cloned voice cannot be protected as a work. Sound recordings might contain a person's voice, thus overlap with privacy concerns. For this reason, lawmakers need to consider special provisions in copyright law for this type of work."

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, especially AI text generators (AITGs), has brought significant changes to human life in Indonesia. The presence of AITGs has succeeded in changing a person's behavior to achieve various goals, for example as a learning resource, and has the potential to replace the popularity of Google SE as the most popular information provider today. This research aims to understand further the phenomenon of moving from Google SE to AITGs and understand the factors that influence this behavior. This research uses the PPM framework as a reference for model formation. This research conducted a qualitative analysis of 11 respondents and a quantitative analysis of 491 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using grounded theory and PLS-SEM modeling using the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of this study revealed that the factors of low searching performance, explainability, inertia, perceived usefulness, social interaction, and adaptability influenced the intention to switch from Google SE to AITGs. On the other hand, the factors of privacy concern, intrusiveness of advertisement, perceived risk, and perceived ease of use do not significantly influence the intention to switch from Google SE to AITGs. It is hoped that these results will open up opportunities for the development of knowledge in general and specifically in the context of AITGs as a learning resource. It is hoped that this research can be a source of information for the community regarding AITGs as a learning resource, a reference for academics and teachers in preparing curricula and regulations, as well as being useful for business people and developers to improve functionality by community needs."
