"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Apotek, Puskesmas, maupun Rumah Sakit. Apoteker harus memenuhi Standar Kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh poin Standar Kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh Apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker dalam memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika, Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati selama Periode Bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi apoteker.

A pharmacist holds an important role in pharmacy, community health center, and hospital. Pharmacists must have the Competency Standards as requirements for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards consist of ten points of Competency Standards as an expected competencies by Pharmacists when graduated and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists, understanding the role of pharmacists and increasing competence, Apothecary Professional Work Practices are implemented at Apotek Atrika, Kebayoran Baru District Community Health Center, and Fatmawati Central General Hospital during the January to April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden the insight, understanding and experience to do pharmacy work in the pharmacist professional workplace."

"Apoteker sebagai tenaga kesehatan memiliki peranan penting dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Peran apoteker sangat dibutuhkan salah satunya di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian yang memenuhi syarat kompetensi dan etik kefarmasian. Untuk menjadi seorang apoteker yang kompeten, maka salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu tahapan penting yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa apoteker untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensinya, serta mempersiapkan diri sebagai tenaga kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk melaksanakan praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di tiga fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, yaitu Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama pada periode 10-21 Januari 2022, Apotek Roxy Beringin pada periode 2-26 Februari 2022, dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RS UI) pada periode 7 Maret-27 April 2022. Melalui proses Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di puskesmas, apotek, dan rumah sakit tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Pharmacists as health workers have an important role in carrying out pharmaceutical practice according to applicable regulations. The role of pharmacists is needed, one of which is in health care facilities in providing pharmacy practice that meet the requirements of pharmaceutical competence and ethics. To become a competent pharmacists, one of the efforts that can be done is to participate directly in carrying out pharmaceutical practices. Pharmacist internship is one of the important stages carried out by pharmacist students to improve skills and competencies, and also to prepare themselves as health workers. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to carry out professional work practices. The internship was carried out in three health care facilities, that is Kebayoran Lama Sub-district Public Health Center period January 10-21st 2022, Roxy Beringin Pharmacies period February 2-26th 2022, and Universitas Indonesia Hospital period March 7th-April 27th 2022. Through the process of pharmacist internship in public health center, pharmacies, and hospital, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledges, skills, and experiences that are suitable for doing pharmaceutical practice in health care facilities."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Safa, Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati dilakukan pada periode bulan Juli hingga Oktober tahun 2019 dengan tujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas dan rumah sakit. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan langsung di tempat yang telah ditentukan dan dibimbing oleh Apoteker Pembimbing di lapangan. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari Praktik Kerja Profesi lain apoteker bertanggung jawab dalam manajemen farmasi seperti perencanaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, distribusi hingga pencatatan dan pelaporan obat. Sementara pelayanan farmasi klinik yang dapat dilakukan antara lain pelayanan informasi obat, skrining resep, swamedikasi, pemantauan terapi obat, rekonsiliasi hingga konseling. Beberapa temuan permasalahan dalam pelayanan kefarmasian antara lain kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dalam melakukan konseling dan PKOD di RSUP Fatmawati, belum tersedianya jadwal praktik apoteker untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di Apotek Safa serta belum terpenuhi semua aspek pelayanan kefarmasian yang membutuhkan kompetensi Apoteker sehingga perlu ditambah tenaga Apoteker di Puskesmas.

Internship of Pharmacist Profession (PKPA) in Safa Pharmacy, Jagakarsa Sub-District Health Center, and Fatmawati Central General Hospital were carried out in the period of July to October 2019 with the aim that prospective pharmacist be able to understand the tasks and responsibilities of pharmacists in the management of pharmacies and pharmaceutical services. Internship of Pharmacist Profession (PKPA) were conducted in the designated place and guided by the Guiding Pharmacist in the field. Conclusions obtained from PKPA include pharmacists responsible for pharmaceutical management such as planning, receiving, storage, distribution to drug recording and reporting. While clinical pharmacy services that can be done include drug information services, prescription screening, self-service, drug therapy monitoring, reconciliation and counseling. Some of the findings of problems in pharmaceutical services include the lack of facilities and infrastructure in conducting counseling and PKOD at RSUP Fatmawati, the availability of pharmacist practice schedules to practice pharmacy at Safa Pharmacy and not fulfilled all aspects of pharmaceutical services that require the competence of pharmacists so that it needs to be added pharmacist at the Primary Health Center. "

A pharmacist play important roles in hospitals, healthcare facilities and drugstores. Pharmacist must have a standard competences to enter work life and profession practice. Indonesian standard competences consist of ten standard. Internship has been done to make pharmacist understood about their roles and increase their competences. Internship has been done in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 330, Puskesmas Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan, dan RSIA SamMarie Basra period January - April 2019. Apoteker perlu memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk menjalankan praktik profesi di tempat-tempat tersebut. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh hal sebagai kemampuan mendasar yang harus dimiliki oleh apoteker saat lulus dan memasuki dunia praktik profesik. Sebagai calon apoteker, mahasiswa diberikan bekal dan pengalaman melalui praktik kerja agar dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan praktik kerja pada periode bulan Januari hingga April 2019 di beberapa tempat yaitu PT. Abbott Indonesia, Apotek Kimia Farma no.282, serta PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Dengan adanya praktik kerja profesi ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang sebenarnya.

As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, PKPA conducted at PT. Guardian Pharmatama, The South Jakarta Administration City Health Office, and Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Period January-April 2019. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can increase their insight, understanding and experience in doing pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Satu hal yang penting harus dilakukan adalah menjadi seorang apoteker profesional dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian baik farmasi rumah sakit maupun industri farmasi. Maka dari itu, sebagai calon apoteker kita dituntut untuk lebih banyak pembekalan dan pengalaman dalam menjalani praktik profesi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika periode Agustus 2021 dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode September – Oktober 2021. Melalui proses PKPA farmasi klinis di apotek dan rumah sakit tersebut, sebagai calon apoteker diharapkan mampu melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan berwawasan tinggi, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang baik.
