"PT Asta Kriya adalah salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang suvenir kerajinan tradisional Indonesia dan berdiri dibawah naungan Yayasan Darma Bhakti Astra (YDBA). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM PT Asta Kriya menggunakan metode business coaching, dimana Penulis akan berdiskusi dan mengamati proses produksi secara langsung di PT Asta Kriya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT Asta Kriya berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan pemilik dan pengamatan langsung, adalah tidak tertatanya area kerja dengan baik dan terjadinya penumpukan produk semi-finished di area kerja. Jika hal ini terus dibiarkan, maka potensi terjadinya pemborosan di area kerja PT Asta Kriya akan meningkat. Permasalahan tersebut muncul karena tidak adanya sistem yang mengatur tata letak area kerja dan pengawasan persediaan produk semi-finished. Pelaksanaan penerapan konsep 5S di area kerja PT Asta Kriya bersifat kualitatif dengan melihat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan. Dari hasil pelaksanaan 5S di dalam business coaching ini, area kerja PT Asta Kriya terlihat lebih tertata dengan adanya pemilahan barang-barang yang tidak terpakai, pengelompokan produk semi-finished, dan pemberian floor marking di area kerja. Pengawasan produk semi-finished dilakukan dengan membuat kartu stok untuk produk semi-finished untuk mengawasi aktivitas keluar-masuk produk.

PT Asta Kriya is one of the SMEs engaged in the souvenir of Indonesian traditional handicrafts and stand under the auspices of the Foundation Darma Bhakti Astra (YDBA). This research was conducted at SME PT Asta Kriya using business coaching method, where the author will discuss and observe the production process in PT Asta Kriya. Problems that occur at PT Asta Kriya based on the results of discussions with the owner and direct observation, is not well-organized work area and the occurrence of the buildup of semi-finished products in the work area. If this continues to be allowed, then the potential waste in the work area PT Asta Kriya will increase. The problem arises because of the absence of a system that regulates the layout of the work area and the supervision of the inventory of semi-finished products. Implementation of the 5S concept in PT Asta Kriya work area is qualitative by comparing at differences before and after implementation. From the results of the 5S implementation in this business coaching, PT Asta Kriya's work area looks more organized with the sorting of unused items, the classification of semi-finished products, and the provision of floor marking in the work area. Supervision of semi-finished products is done by making a stock card for semi-finished products to supervise inbound and outbound activities of the product."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas masalah stres kerja pada beberapa karyawan dan buruh di PT MonierTangerang dan manajemen stres kerja untuk membantu mengelola stres kerja mereka.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap sepuluhorang karyawan PT Monier Tangerang yang terdiri dari enam orang buruh dan empat orangkaryawan office yang mengalami stres kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber-sumberstres (stresor) secara umum pada kesepuluh subjek penelitian adalah pekerjaan dan karier,rancangan pekerjaan dan hubungan dengan atasan atau sesama rekan kerja. Sedangkan efekefekstres kerja yang dirasakan pada kesepuluh subjek penelitian adalah gangguan fisikseperti rasa sesak di dada, pusing dan sakit kepala; perubahan sikap seperti menghindariatasan atau menghindari pekerjaan; perubahan tingkah laku seperti tak bisa konsentrasi;berkurangnya produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja; kepuasan kerja rendah ; dan absensi. Untukintervensi terhadap beberapa karyawan yang bekerja di PT Monier Tangerang dipilihintervensi berupa pemberian informasi dan teknik relaksasi progresif yang diterapkan dalambentuk kelompok. Informasi-informasi yang diberikan mencakup definisi stres kerja, sumbersumberstres kerja, efek-efek stres kerja dan manajemen stres kerja. Sedangkan teknikrelaksasi progresif bukan hanya diberikan secara teori saja, namun juga dipraktikkan dalamsesi latihan dengan bimbingan fasilitator untuk kemudian peserta melakukan latihan mandiriselama tujuh hari setelah diberikan pelatihan. Selanjutnya diharapkan manajemen stres kerjatersebut dapat diterapkan oleh PT Monier Tangerang untuk membantu karyawan yangmengalami stres kerja.

ABSTRACTThis thesis addresses the problem of work stress on some of the employees and laborers ofPT Monier Tangerang and work stress management to help manage their work stress. Thisstudy is a qualitative research case study approach to the ten employees of PT MonierTangerang consisting of six laborers and four office workers who experience job stress. Ingeneral, the results show that the stressors on ten subjects are job and career, work design andrelationships with superiors or colleagues. While the effects of job stress are physicaldisorders such as chest tightness, dizziness and headaches; change in attitude to avoid theirboss or avoiding work demand; changes in behavior such as could not concentrate; reducedproductivity and effectiveness; low satisfaction on employee, and absenteeism. To interveneagainst these issues, researcher has selected some interventions such as the provision ofinformation and progressive relaxation techniques taht applied in the form of the group. Theinformation provided includes the definition of work stress, stressor, the effects of workstress and work stress management. While the progressive relaxation technique is not onlygiven in theory, but also practiced in training sessions with the guidance of facilitators andparticipants to exercise self-administered seven days after training. Further work is expectedto stress management can be implemented by PT Monier Tangerang to assist employees whoexperience work stress."
