The job of an architect is to produce this experience and create a living environment that combines architectural elements to style a better life of the population. Here's thesis focuses on the process of designing a Greater school of architecture for Project Curtin Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. The building will be building the new architecture as LOT: F06 SoBE (School of Built Environment) which embodies the new, sustainable building design that responds current needs and the future of the building so that users can have a better experience in the building in relation to aspects mentioned above.

Proses membangun sebuah bangunan tenang proses yang kompleks namun indah. Proses ini tidak hanya terbatas pada menciptakan bentuk-bentuk fisik, tetapi juga ruang, pengalaman, transformasi, perjalanan dan lebih banyak indera. Indra dan pengalaman yang disertai dan / atau diperoleh dengan studi ruang melalui situs, materialitas, tekstur, vegetasi dan banyak lagi. Tugas seorang arsitek adalah untuk menghasilkan pengalaman ini dan menciptakan lingkungan hidup yang menggabungkan unsur-unsur arsitektur untuk gaya hidup yang lebih baik dari penduduk. tesis sini berfokus pada proses merancang sebuah sekolah arsitektur untuk Greater Curtin Proyek Curtin University di Perth, Australia Barat. "DKI Jakarta sebagai ibukota Indonesia merupakan pusat pemerintahan, pusat ekonomi, dan pusat pendidikan, sehingga pembangunan gedung tinggi meningkat setiap tahunnya. Namun pembangunan fisik yang terus meningkat tanpa diringi dengan peningkatan pemeliharaan akan menyebabkan nilai ekonomi bangunan menurun. Fenomena kerusakan bangunan saat ini sudah banyak terjadi, berdasarkan kenampakan-kenampakan yang terjadi dilakukan identifikasi sedini mungkin mengenai adanya kerusakan-kerusakan yang lain yang dapat menyebabkan efek yang buruk terhadap bangunan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan bangunan adalah faktor pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan. Pemeliharaan bangunan gedung adalah kegiatan menjaga keandalan bangunan gedung beserta prasarana dan sarananya agar bangunan gedung selalu laik fungsi. Pemeliharaan gedung seharusnya memiliki standar yang jelas dan terencana. Dalam menyusun standar operasional prosedur pemeliharaan dan perawatan dapat menggunakan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) agar lebih mudah dipahami dengan mengelompokan setiap komponen bangunan dan berorientasi pada aktivitas secara menyeluruh. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan SOP Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan berbasis WBS untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemeliharaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan studi literatur, validasi ahli, dan analisa regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SOP Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan berbasis WBS yang dikembangkan berpengaruh dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemeliharaan bangunan. Serta diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi SOP bagi pengelola bangunan dalam melaksanakan pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan.

DKI Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia is the center of government, the center of the economy, and the center of education, so the construction of tall buildings increases every year. However, physical development that continues to increase without being accompanied by increased maintenance will cause the economic value of the building to decline. The phenomenon of building damage is currently happening, based on the appearances that occur, identification is carried out as early as possible regarding the existence of other damages that can cause a bad effect on the building. One of the factors that can cause damage to buildings is the factor of building maintenance and care. Building maintenance is an activity to maintain the reliability of the building along with its infrastructure and facilities so that the building is always functional. Building maintenance should have clear and planned standards. In preparing standard operating procedures for maintenance and care, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) can be used to make it easier to understand by grouping each building component and being oriented to overall activities. The purpose of this study was to develop a WBS-based Maintenance and care SOP to improve maintenance performance. The method used is a quantitative method with literature studies, expert validation, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that the WBS-based Maintenance and Maintenance SOP that was developed had an effect and could improve the performance of building maintenance. And is expected to be a reference SOP for building managers in carrying out maintenance and building maintenance."
