"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktok-faktor yang mempengaruhi Cryptocurrency Investment Intention. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain Information Quality, Investment Experience, Financial Self-Efficacy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Performance Expectancy yang dimoderasi oleh Age dan Gender. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pada masyarakat yang sudah memiliki pengalaman investasi, berusia 17 tahun keatas dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 354 responden. Dalam mengolah data dilakukan dengan Software SPSS vs 25 menggunakan regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh langsung variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dan Moderated Regression Analysis untuk menguji pengaruh moderasi antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Investment Experience, Financial Self-Efficacy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Performance Expectancy berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap Cryptocurrency Investment Intention. Information Quality, Age dan Gender tidak berpengaruh terhadap Cryptocurrency Investment Intention. Hasil penelitian uji moderasi menujukan hanya Social Influence yang dimoderasi Age berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Cryptocurrency Investment Intention, sedangkan hasil moderasi lainnya tidak perngaruh.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Cryptocurrency Investment Intentions. These factors include Information Quality, Investment Experience, Financial Self-Efficacy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Performance Expectancy moderated by Age and Gender. This research was conducted using a questionnaire on people who already have investment experience, aged 17 years and over and domiciled in Jabodetabek. The research sample amounted to 354 respondents. In processing the data, SPSS vs. 25 software used Multiple Regression Analysis to test the direct effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable and Moderated Regression Analysis to examine the moderating effect between variables. The study results show that Investment Experience, Financial Efficacy, Business Expectations, Social Influence, and Performance Expectations significantly positively affect Cryptocurrency Investment Intentions. Information Quality, Age and Gender do not affect Cryptocurrency Investment Intentions. The results of the moderation test show that only Social Influence moderated by Age has a negative effect on Cryptocurrency Investment Intentions, while other moderating results have no effect."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pola asuh orangtua terhadap efikasi-diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karier melalui mediasi kepribadian proaktif pada siswa SMA. Sebanyak 949 data responden terkumpul dengan menggunakan tiga macam skala, Career Decision Self-Efficacy-Short Form, Parental Authority Questionnaire, dan Proactive Personality Scale, yang sudah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan macro PROCESS dari Hayes. Secara keseluruhan, hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh otoritatif dari ayah dapat berpengaruh terhadap efikasi-diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karier secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepribadian proaktif; pola asuh otoritarian ayah dan ibu, serta pola asuh permisif ibu berpengaruh terhadap efikasi-diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karier hanya melalui mediasi kepribadian proaktif; sedangkan pola asuh permisif ayah tidak dapat berpengaruh terhadap efikasi-diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karier baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi kepribadian proaktif. Implikasi, limitasi, dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya didiskusikan.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to examine the influence of parenting styles on career decision self efficacy through the mediation of proactive personality in senior high school students. A total of 949 data respondent were collected by using three scales Career Decision Self Efficacy Scale Short Form, Parental Authority Questionnaire, and Proactive Personality Scale, that have been adapted to Indonesian. The data were analyzed using macro PROCESS from Hayes. Overall, test results showed that authoritative parenting styles from father affects career decision self efficacy directly and indirectly through the proactive personality mothers rsquo authoritative parenting style affects the career decision self efficacy directly authoritarian parenting styles from both father and mother, as well as mothers rsquo permissive parenting style only affect the career decision self efficacy through the proactive personality while fathers rsquo permissive parenting style did not affect the career decision self efficacy directly or indirectly through the proactive personality. Implications, limitations, and suggestions for future study are discussed."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas dari workshop yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri guru TK dalam kemampuan mengajar secara kreatif. Workshop ini dilakukan kepada 60 guru TK yang berasal dari beberapa kota di Indonesia secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar teori empat sumber efikasi diri dari Bandura dan teori experiential learning dari Kolb. Pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Workshop dilakukan sebanyak 6 sesi dalam waktu 2 hari. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah before and after study design untuk membandingkan perolehan skor kelompok (tanpa grup kontrol) sebelum dan sesudah pemberian intervensi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Teaching for Creativity Scales (Rubenstein et al., 2013) dengan mengambil salah satu dimensinya yaitu efikasi diri guru. Dari 60 peserta awal workshop, terdapat 38 data peserta yang dapat diolah menggunakan metode Repeated-Measures ANOVA. Penarikan kesimpulan penelitian ini dilihat dari nilai Sig Greenhouse-Geisser (0.000 < 0.05) dan perbedaan skor rata-rata kelompok yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai efikasi diri guru TK mengenai kemampuan mengajar kreatif setelah diberikan intervensi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa workshop yang dilakukan efektif untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri guru TK dalam kemampuannya mengajar secara kreatif.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a workshop designed to increase kindergarten teachers’ self-efficacy regarding their creative teaching abilities. The workshop was conducted online for 60 kindergarten teachers from several cities in Indonesia. This study uses the theoretical basis of the four sources of self-efficacy from Bandura dan Kolb’s experiential learning. Subjects were selected using the accidental sampling technique. This workshop was conducted in 6 sessions for 2 days. The research design used in this study is a before and after study design (without a control group) to compare the group scores before and after the intervention. The research instrument used is the Teaching for Creativity Scales (Rubenstein et al., 2013) by taking one of the dimensions, which is teacher self-efficacy. From the initial 60 participants, there were only 38 participants’ data that could be processed using the Repeated-Measures ANOVA method. The conclusion of this research is seen from the value of Sig Greenhouse-Geisser (0.000 < 0.05) and the difference in the group average score, which shows that there is a significant difference in the self-efficacy score of kindergarten teachers regarding their creative teaching ability after the intervention. Thus, it can be concluded that the workshop is effective to increase the self-efficacy of kindergarten teachers regarding their ability to do creative teaching"

"ABSTRAK
Usaha Mikro dan Kecil UMK memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan UMK menjadi perhatian banyak institusi, termasuk instansi pemerintah. Pemerintah menyediakan berbagai dukungan, termasuk bantuan keuangan, untuk mendukung pengembangan UMK. Studi ini menyelidiki peran dukungan pembiayaan pemerintah sebagai moderator kendala keuangan dan efek self-efficacy kewirausahaan terhadap inovasi UMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model untuk menguji sampel yang terdiri dari 750 UMK. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa kendala finansial UMK dapat membatasi inovasi UMK, dan self-efficacy mereka meningkatkan inovasi. Lebih penting lagi, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dukungan pembiayaan pemerintah merupakan strategi efektif untuk memfasilitasi inovasi UMK. Makalah ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengklarifikasi peran penting bantuan keuangan pemerintah sebagai moderator terhadap inovasi UMK.

ABSTRACT
Micro and Small Enterprises MSEs have important roles in Indonesian economy. The growth and development of MSEs is a concern of many institutions, including government agencies. Government provides various supports, including financial aids, to sustain the development of MSEs. This study investigates the role of government financing support as a moderator of financial constraint and entrepreneurial self efficacy effect toward MSEs innovation. This research applies Structural Equation Model technique to examine a sample consists of 750 MSEs. The results find that MSEs rsquo financial constraint might limit the MSEs rsquo innovation, and their self efficacy improve the innovation. More importantly, the research confirms that the government financing support is an effective strategy to facilitate MSEs rsquo innovation. This paper contributes in clarifying the importance roles of government financial aid as moderator to MSEs rsquo innovation. "

"Perubahan iklim yang terjadi dewasa ini disebabkan karena banyaknya kegiatan eksploitasi sumber daya alam yang dilakukan oleh manusia dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhannya. Untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut, diperlukan adanya peran aktif dalam mencegah dan/atau menghadapi terjadinya perubahan iklim, seperti menggunakan sumber energi alternatif dan kegiatan yang ramah lingkungan. Responsible investment dapat menjadi penunjang dalam menghadapi perubahan iklim. Sukuk sebagai instrumen pembiayaan dalam ekonomi Islam menjadi salah satu instrumen yang mendukung hal tersebut melalui green sukuk untuk membiayai proyek-proyek ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari tahu faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi untuk berinvestasi pada green sukuk dengan menggunakan theory of planned behavior. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 377 Warga Negara Indonesia berusia minimal 18 tahun dan berdomisili di wilayah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa religious values, issuers’ reputation, dan knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude, serta attitude, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioural control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to invest in green sukuk.

Climate change is happening today due to the many activities of exploitation of natural resources carried out by humans in order to meet their needs. To deal with these problems, it is necessary to have an active role in preventing and/or dealing with climate change, such as using alternative energy sources and environmentally friendly activities. Responsible investment can be a support in dealing with climate change. Sukuk as an instrument of financing in the Islamic economy is one of the instruments that support this through green sukuk to finance environmental-friendly projects. This study aims to find out the factors that affect the intention to invest in green sukuk by using the theory of planned behavior. Respondents in this study were 377 Indonesian citizens aged at least 18 years and lived in the territory of Indonesia. This study found that religious values, issuers' reputation, and knowledge have a positive and significant effect on attitude, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on intention to invest in green sukuk.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influences, Facilitating Condition, Financial Literacy, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Trust, dan Social Support terhadap intensi investor Indonesia dalam berinvestasi di Cryptocurrency. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah responden mencapai 194 responden yang merupakan investor pasar modal Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori intention to invest in Cryptocurrency dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif yaitu melalui nilai mean dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan metode regresi logistik untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Financial Literacy, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Trust, dan Social Support berpengaruh terhadap intensi investor Indonesia dalam berinvestasi di Cryptocurrency. Faktor yang berpengaruh secara positif meliputi Performance Expectancy, Social Influences, Financial Literacy, Perceived Usefulness, dan Social Support. Sedangkan, faktor yang berpengaruh secara negatif yaitu Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, dan Perceived Trust. Penelitian ini tergolong orisinil karena di Indonesia belum pernah ada yang membahas topik mengenai intensi investor Indonesia dalam berinvestasi di Cryptocurrency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influences, Facilitating Conditions, Financial Literacy, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Trust, and Social Support factors on the intensity of Indonesian investors in investing in Cryptocurrencies. This study uses a survey method with the number of respondents reaching 194 respondents who are investors in the Indonesian capital market. This study uses the theory of intention to invest in Cryptocurrencies by using statistical analysis techniques, namely through mean values and inferential statistical analysis with logistic regression methods to test the research hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the factors of Performance Expectations, Effort Expectations, Social Influence, Facilitation Conditions, Financial Literacy, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Trust, and Social Support affect the intensity of Indonesian investors in investing in Cryptocurrencies. Positively influencing factors include Performance Expectancy, Social Influences, Financial Literacy, Perceived Usefulness, and Social Support. Meanwhile, the factors that have a negative effect are Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, and Perceived Trust. This research is classified as original because in Indonesia no one has ever discussed the topic of Indonesian investors' intentions in investing in Cryptocurrencies."

"Pola konsumsi masyarakat saat ini yang suka makan di restoran telah memunculkan fenomena baru. Masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim membutuhkan sertifikasi halal pada restoran sebagai sarana perlindungan dari mengkonsumsi makanan haram. Namun, perilaku konsumen untuk bersantap di restoran halal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh adanya sertifikasi halal melainkan juga faktor budaya dan religiusitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk membedah pengaruh faktor perceived value, perceived usefulness, budaya serta religiusitas konsumen terhadap behavioral intention konsumen restoran bersertifikasi halal. Responden penelitian ini adalah masyarakat berusia 18-25 tahun yang pernah mengunjungi restoran bersertifikasi halal dalam satu bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, horizontal collectivism, dan vertical individualism memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Sedangkan variabel religiusitas terbukti mempengaruhi hubungan perceived usefulness dengan behavioral intention, horizontal collectivism dengan behavioral intention, vertical individualism dengan behavioral intention, dan horiontal individualism dengan behavioral intention.
The consumption pattern of today?s society that like to dine in restaurant has created a new phenomenon. Indonesia, which is a Muslim majority country needs halal certification on restaurant as a protection for consumer from consuming a non-halal food. However, consumer behavior to dine in a halal certified restaurant is not only affected by halal certification, but also by culture and religiosity. This research using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyze the effect of perceived value, perceived usefulness, culture, and religiosity towards cosumer?s behavioral intention to dine in halal-certified restaurant. Respondents of this research are those who are between 18 ? 25 years old and have visited halalcertified restaurant within the last month. This research find that perceived usefulness, horizontal collectivism, and vertical individualism affect consumer's behavioral intention. This research also find that religiosity affect the relationship between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, horizontal collectivism and behavioral intention, vertical individualism and behavioral intention, and horiontal individualism and behavirola intention."

Banyaknya pesaing menuntut para PT XYZ untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka yang salah satunya diperoleh dengan cara meningkatkan jumlah transaksi yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan lama. Pada tulisan ini akan dibahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi repurchase intention pelanggan XYZ.com.
Model penelitian ini diadaptasi dari model DeLone & McLean Updated IS Success Model, Expectation-Confirmation Model, dan beberapa penelitian sejenis. Pengambilan data untuk penelitian ini menggunakan survei kepada para pelanggan XYZ.com melalui media online. Dari data isian kuesioner yang terkumpul didapatkan sebanyak 374 data valid. Setelah data survey terkumpul kemudian akan dianalisa menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) berbasis variance yaitu partial least square (PLS) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa customer satisfaction dan customer trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention.

Technology has been expand so fast for now, specially for information technology. Many company use internet to improve their business. From simply use internet just for increasing brand awareness to selling their product through internet as their main channel. One of those company is PT XYZ with their e-commerce website XYZ.com. Because of business competition forced PT XYZ want to improve transaction from their existing customer to boost their performance. This research will explain factors that impacting repurchase intention customers on XYZ.com.
The resarch model was adapted from DeLone & McLean Updated IS Success Model, Expectation-Confirmation Model and other similar research. Data was collected using survey to XYZ.com customers through online survey. There is 374 valid data was collected from survey. Data was analysed using structural equation modeling (SEM) variance based that called partial least sqare (PLS) by using SmartPLS 3.0. This research resulting customer satisfaction and customer trust affect significantly to repurchase intention.
