"Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk menelaah tingkat tutur bahasa Korea yang difokuskan pada bentuk penghormatan terhadap subjek. Pertanyaan penelitian yang diangkat adalah bagaimana tingkat tutur penghormatan terhadap subjek diwujudkan dalam bahasa Korea. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan menggunakan bahan dan koleksi perpustakaan untuk mendapatkan data. Dari hasil studi literatur ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat tutur penghormatan terhadap subjek memiliki empat elemen (실현 요소) yang dapat digunakan untuk menandakan penghormatan, yaitu praakhiran (선어말어미), penanda subjek (주격 조사), afiks (접사), dan kata khusus (특수 어휘). Selain itu, ada pengecualian untuk penghormatan terhadap subjek yang disebut dengan abjonbeob (압존법). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi acuan bagi pemelajar bahasa Korea sebagai bahasa asing untuk memahami tingkat tutur bahasa Korea lebih dalam.

This literature study aims to scrutinize speech levels in the Korean language, with a specific focus on the expressions of subject honorification. The research question in this study is how subject honorification is manifested in the Korean language. To address that, this study employs a literature review method, utilizing materials and collections from the library to gather data. From the literature study result, it can be concluded that subject honorification encompasses four elements (실현 요소) that can be utilized to signify respect, namely pre-final ending (선어말어미), subject marker particle (주격 조사), affix (접사), and special vocabulary (특수 어휘). Additionally, there is an exception to subject honorification, referred to as abjonbeob (압존법). This study is expected to serve as a reference for Korean learners as a foreign language, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of the levels of speech in the Korean language."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai sistem honorifik dalam bahasa Korea yang dibatasi pada bentuk penghormatan terhadap subjek (subject honorification), mitra tutur (addressee-related honorific), dan objek (object honorification). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode tinjauan pustaka dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari hasil tinjauan ditemukan bahwa honorifik terhadap subjek ditandai dengan partikel subjek -께서[kkésô] dan penanda honorifik 시 [si]; honorifik terhadap mitra tutur ditandai dengan pemakaian akhiran kalimat (ending) yang berbeda-beda sesuai tingkat ragam dan jenis kalimatnya; dan honorifik terhadap objek ditandai dengan partikel objek ?께 [kké] dan verba khusus.

ABSTRACTThe focus of this study is to discuss about the Korean honorific system constrained to the form of subject honorification, addressee-related honorific, and object honorification. This study is using a literature-review method and qualitative approach. In conclusion, it found that subject honorification can be identified by the use of subject particle -께서[kkésô] and honorific marker 시 [si]; while addressee-related honorific can be identified by the use of variant ending according to the speech level and sentence-style; and object honorification can be identified by the use of object particle ?께 [kké] and some special honorific verb."

"This paper discusses about speech levels in Sasak, the language of the indigeniouspeople of the island of Lombok, examining the style, meaning and some historical backgroundof the speech levels. Based on the data, it shows that Sasak, like Javanese and Balinese, alsocontains low, mid, high and few honorific vocabularies which are assumed to have beenborrowed from Javanese (Steven, 1975; Nothofer, 1975). However, the use of the high andhonorific variations are scarecly heard in the everyday common Sasaks conversation. In mostoccurrences, the high speech level is pronounced only among the so called menak Sasaks andits surrounding. Therefore, it rejects the idea that Sasak speech levels is as elaborate andcomplex as Javanese due to the fact that Sasak has only a few high and honorific vocabulariesknown by the Sasak aristocracy."

"Penelitian ini membahas tindak tutur harapan dalam bahasa Korea dari drama yang berjudul Hospital Playlist. Korpus data penelitian diambil dari tuturan tokoh utamanya sebagai seorang dokter yang menyajikan interaksi dan relasi interpersonal antara dokter-pasien. Tindak tutur harapan mencakup ungkapan motivasi, doa, dukungan, dan penghiburan yang diungkapkan oleh dokter kepada pasien. Oleh karena itu, pertanyaan penelitian berfokus pada bagaimana bentuk dan fungsi penyampaian tindak tutur harapan bahasa Korea. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur harapan bahasa Korea. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan 30 data yang dibedakan menjadi 2 (dua) bentuk tindak tutur harapan, yaitu tuturan berdoa sebanyak 7 data dan tuturan dukungan sebanyak 23 data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data temuan, tuturan dukungan mendominasi sebagai bentuk tindak tutur harapan yang ada di dalam drama. Penggunaan kata choeseoneul dahada sebagai bentuk tuturan dukungan banyak ditemukan dalam drama, mencapai 11 dari 23 data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokter selaku penutur sering menyatakan tekad untuk memberikan dukungan penuh kepada pasien selaku mitra tuturnya. Fungsi tindak tutur harapan yang banyak ditemukan adalah untuk mengekspresikan keinginan atau kejadian di masa depan. Hal ini menggambarkan bagaimana dokter membentuk ekspektasi yang positif terhadap keadaan atau tindakan pasien.

This study discusses the speech act of hope in Korean from a drama entitled Hospital Playlist. The data corpus is taken from the main character's speech as a doctor who presents the interaction and interpersonal relationship between doctor-patient. The speech acts of hope include expressions of motivation, prayer, support, and comfort doctors express to patients. Therefore, the study question focuses on how the form and function of the delivery of Korean hope speech acts. This study uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive analysis method. This study aims to explain the form and function of Korean hope speech acts. From the study results, 30 pieces of data were found, divided into 2 (two) forms of speech acts of hope, namely praying speech, as much as 7 data, and support speech as much as 23 data. Based on the results of data analysis, support speech dominates as a form of speech acts of hope in the drama. The use of the word choeseoneul dahada as a form of supportive speech is found in the drama, reaching 11 out of 23 data. The results showed that the doctor as the speaker often expressed the determination to provide full support to the patient as his speech partner. The function of the speech act of hope that is mostly found is to express wishes or future events. This describes how doctors form positive expectations of the patient's situation or actions."

"Skripsi ini membahas tindak tutur penolakan terhadap proposisi dalam bahasa Jepang. Sebelumnya, telah dilakukan penelitian tentang realisasi penolakan dalam bahasa Jepang terhadap permohonan, penawaran, undangan, dan saran. Hasil penelitian-penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas orang Jepang mengguankan strategi secara tidak langsung atau dengan kesantunan negatif. Sementara itu, hasil analisis dalam tulisan ini, di mana penolakan dikaitkan dengan strategi kesantunan Brown dan Levinson, menunjukkan bahwa dalam bahasa Jepang dapat juga diungkapkan realisasi penolakan secara langsung meskipun hal tersebut dilakukan terhadap orang yang lebih tinggi statusnya (misalnya terhadap guru) atau orang yang lebih tua (misalnya terhadap kakak senior).

The focus of this study is the Japanese speech act of refusals of the proposition. Previously, there are many researches of refusals realization in Japanese about requests, offers, invitations, and suggestions. Those researches result is the majority of Japanese people choose to use indirect strategy or negative politeness strategy. While this research?s result, in which using Brown and Levinson?s politeness strategy, is that refusals realization in Japanese also can be done in direct strategy (bald on record), although that refusals are done toward the high status (teacher, for example) and toward the older person (such as the senior)."
