"In the past decade, skyrocketing housing prices and low wages forced Taiwanese citizens to focus on income redistribution issues, in addition to preexisting economic issues. However, current literature primarily focuses on the relationship between economic issues and evaluations on democratic institutions, rarely taking into account public opinion of income distribution. By using the Wave 4 and Wave 5 Asian Barometer Survey, this paper suggests that income redistribution issues are as important as economic issues to Taiwanese people when evaluating the performance of democratic institutions. Primarily, satisfaction with democracy declines when the Taiwanese perceive unfair income distribution. On the other hand, Taiwanese citizens are more likely to support democracy when they perceive unfair income distribution, although this positive relationship is not stable. Income distribution and democratic support may have a negative relationship in various years. Economic evolutions remain significant, but the effect of retrospective economic evaluation becomes insignificant when adding partisanship and prospective economic evaluation into models."

"Keterjangkauan hunian menjadi sebuah isu yang telah lama muncul dan masih berlangsung hingga saat ini di berbagai negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan oleh adanya peningkatan penduduk pada suatu wilayah yang mengakibatkan permintaan akan hunian semakin meningkat di saat tanah semakin terbatas, terutama pada wilayah perkotaan. Hunian sejatinya merupakan ruang yang sangat dibutuhkan manusia untuk dapat tinggal dan bertahan hidup dimana hunian mengambil peran untuk mengokupasi kegiatan manusia sehingga sangat mempengaruhi vita activa yang terjadi didalamnya. Kesulitan dalam menjangkau suatu hunian dirasakan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah perkotaan, terutama masyarakat berpendapatan rendah (MBR) yang mendapatkan dampak paling signifikan. Padahal, MBR juga memiliki kebutuhan yang mungkin lebih banyak daripada masyarakat dari kelas ekonomi lain sehingga memerlukan ruang yang dapat membantu atau mempermudah aktivitasnya di tengah keterbatasan ekonomi yang dimiliki. Penulisan skripsi ini menitikberatkan analisis terhadap pemahaman hunian terjangkau bagi MBR beserta dengan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya dalam menjangkau suatu hunian. Keterbatasan biaya yang bertentangan dengan banyaknya kebutuhan ruang yang harus dipenuhi untuk dapat menjalankan vita activa membuat MBR harus memprioritaskan kebutuhan utamanya terlebih dahulu sehingga keterjangkauan hunian menjadi sebuah proses dinamis yang terus berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu.
Housing affordability has been an issue for a long time and remains to be an issue in many countries, including Indonesia. This happened as a result of the increasing population in a particular area, which led to a rise in housing demand when land availability remained the same, particularly in urban areas. Dwelling takes on the role of occupying human activities within a space, which has a significant impact on the vita activa that occurs inside. The difficulty of reaching a house is felt by most people who live in urban areas, especially low-income communities, which have the most significant impact. Due to their financial limitations, the low-income communities may actually have more requirements than those of individuals from other income categories, so they require a space that can help or support their activities. This thesis emphasizes the analysis of low-income communities' perceptions of affordable housing and the variables affecting such perceptions. Financial limitations juxtaposed with the numerous necessities of space that must be fulfilled in order to perform vita activa push low-income communities to put their most important needs first, this makes housing affordability an evolving process that changes over time."

ABSTRAKProgram pemerintah yaitu gerakan nasional pembangunan seribu menara rumah susun. Rusunami diberikan berdasarkan peraturan menteri negara perumahan rakyat nomor 7 tahun 2007 yaitu pengelompokkan masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah kebawah. PPJB rusunami menara kebon jeruk telah ditanda tangani oleh para pihak selanjutnya pengenaan biaya tambahan berdasarkan peraturan gubernur provinsi DKI Jakarta nomor 136 tahun 2007 dengan peraturan gubernur provinsi DKI Jakarta nomor 27 tahun 2009. Berdasarkan data bahwa rusunami menara kebon jeruk tidak ada pemotongan KLB, sehingga yang menjadi penambahan biaya tidak benar. Konsumen dilindungi oleh undang-undang perlindungan konsumen nomor 8 tahun tahun 1999. PPJB mempunyai kekuatan mengikat karena hal yang disetujui oleh para pihak.
ABSTRACTIn a government's national program which is a 1000 high-rise towers national construction movement. The low income housing is given based on the Country's Minister Regulation of Society's Residence No. 7 year 2007. It states that there is a grouping for those whose income is between low until middle level. PPJB Kebon Jeruk Tower low income housing has been signed by all parties. Afterwards, there is an additional cost expense because there is a floor reduction or permission of Coefficient Building's Width Surface based on Governor of DKI Jakarta Province regulation no. 136 year 2007 which is renewed with Governor of Dki Jakarta Province no. 27 year 2009. According to the obtained data, there is no KLB reduction at Kebon Jeruk Tower low income housing. Therefore, an additional cost expense is mistaken. Upon that act, consumers are protected by Consumer's Protection Regulation no. 8 year 1999 due to the incorrect information. PPJB has a mandatory power because it has been accepted by entire parties as a former agreement."

"Tujuan akhir tesis ini adalah mengidentifikasi penyebab rendahnya jumlah realisasi KPR Sarasuna bersubsidi sebagai instrumen pemilikan Rusunami oleh masyarakat sasaran di perkotaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan wawancara terstruktur terhadap pakar yang terlibat langsung dalam berjalannya instrumen ini.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penyebab rendahnya penyerapan Rusunami oleh masyarakat sasaran diantaranya adalah: Housing Finance System yang ada masih belum mantap/maksimal, adanya kenaikan harga terbawah Rusunami di pasaran, dan budaya masyarakat yang masih terbiasa tinggal di landed house walaupun di pinggiran kota.
Trough this research, we would like to identify cause of low level absorption KPR Sarasuna Bersubsidi instrument for Rusunami by target community. This research is a quantitative study with survey and deep interview against the expert who was directly involved in walking this instrument. Results of this research determined the cause of low level the Rusunami absorption by the target community are Housing Finance System was not yet stable/maximal, the existence of the Rusunami price increase in the market and the community's culture that still familiar with landed house although in suburban."

ABSTRAKSimulasi potensi zakat perlu dilakukan untuk menentukan apakah zkat memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengurangan ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan atau tidak. alasannya adalah Indonesia saat ini masih mengalami permasalahan ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan, terlebih lagi pada tahun 2015, ketimpangan di Indonesia mengalami ketimpangan yang paling tinggi dari lima tahun sebelumnya yakni 0,42. Penelitian ini akan menghitung potensi zakat berdasarkan PDB Sektoral dan DPK se-Indonesia serta mensimulasikan potensi zakat tersebut dengan model Social Accounting Matrix (SAM). Hasilnya adalah potensi zakat Indonesia 2010 sampai 2015 berkisar 2,5%-2,7% dari PDB Sektoral serta pemberlakuan kebijakan distribusi zakat, efektif dalam mengatasi masalah ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan pada sektor Rumah Tangga Indonesia yang terbukti angka ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan mendekati angka 0
ABSTRACTZakah Potential Simulation need to be done to determine whether zakah has an impact on the reduction of income distribution imbalance or not. The reason is that Indonesia is still having problems related to disparity of income distribution, mainly in 2015, Indonesia has the highest imbalance which was 0.42 compared to the last five years. This researched conducted will calculate zakah potential based on Gross Domestic Product by the Sectoral and Third Party Funds in Indonesia also simulating that zakat potential using Sosial Accounting Matrix (SAM) model. The result of this research is the zakah potential in Indonesia from 2015 is around 2,5% 2,7% from GDP Sectoral also imposing zakah distribution polic, effectively overcoming the problem of disparity of income distribution in domestic sector of Indonesia that is proven the number of disparity of income distribution is almost zero."
