"Ketika bertransisi dari kuliah ke dunia kerja, Generasi Z ditemukan mengalami kesenjangan soft skills, kurang mengetahui potensi diri dan minat karier, dan khawatir tidak bisa mendapat pekerjaan yang diinginkan. Fenomena tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa mereka belum memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik. Adaptabilitas karier adalah sumber daya psikososial yang dapat membantu Generasi Z untuk menghadapi masa transisi dan tantangan dalam berkarier. Kepribadian proaktif adalah faktor yang kritis dalam pembentukkan adaptabilitas karier dan dapat membantu Generasi Z untuk bertahan dalam lingkungan kerja yang tidak terprediksi. Selain itu, agar Generasi Z bisa terus memenuhi tuntutan dunia karier yang kompleks, kemampuan self-directed learning (SDL) menjadi penting untuk dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran SDL dalam memediasi hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan penelitian adalah 131 lulusan baru Generasi Z yang sudah bekerja atau magang selama maksimal 1 tahun. Hasil analisis regresi dengan Hayes Macro PROCESS menunjukkan bahwa SDL memediasi parsial hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Artinya, SDL tidak sepenuhnya menjelaskan hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Generasi Z agar memanfaatkan kepribadian proaktifnya yang tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan adaptabilitas kariernya. Penyedia kerja dapat menyediakan mentoring karier atau coaching untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan adaptabilitas karier Generasi Z.

In transitioning from college to the workforce, Generation Z was found to experience soft skills gaps, lack of self-potential and career interests understanding, and worry about securing their desired job. This phenomenon indicates that they do not have good career adaptability. Career adaptability is a psychosocial resources that can help Generation Z to face transitions and challenges in their careers. Proactive personality is a critical factor affecting the formation of career adaptability and can help Generation Z to survive in an unpredictable work environment. In addition, self-directed learning (SDL) skills are important for Generation Z to meet the demands of a complex career world. This study aims to determine how SDL mediates the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. The participants of this study are 131 Generation Z fresh graduates with working or internship experience for a maximum of 1 year. The regression analysis result using Hayes Macro PROCESS shows that SDL partially mediates the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. In other words, SDL does not fully explain the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. This research recommends Generation Z utilize their proactive personality to continue optimizing their career adaptability. Job providers can facilitate Generation Z with career mentoring or coaching to advance their career adaptability."

"Latar belakang: Strategi problem based learning pada kurikulum berbasis kompetensi didasari atas adult learning theory, dimana salah satu ciri dari adult learning adalah self directed learning. Kemampuan self directed learning perlu diberikan dan dilatih, agar siswa kelak lulus nanti dapat mengembangkan keilmuannya. Melihat pentingnya self directed learning, maka perlu adanya suatu gambaran bagaimana penerapan self directed learning pada kegiatan mandiri oleh para siswa kita serta faktor yang berhubungan dengannya.
Metoda: Penelitian ini menggunakan disain potong lintang. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah 266 mahasiswa semester 3 FK UKRIDA. Instrument yang dipakai untuk pengumpulan data terdiri dari 3 kuesioner, yaitu: kuesioner penerapan self directed learning, motivasi dan pemanfaatan waktu pada kegiatan mandiri. Hasil data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan chi square lest.
Hasil: Penerapan self direcled learning didalam PBL diterapkan oleh 68% mahasiswa, 71,8% mahasiswa mempunyai motivasi baik, tetapi hanya 28,2% yang memanfaatkan waktu pada kegiatan mandiri.
Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara mahasiswa yang menerapkan self directed learning dengan motivasi belajar, pemanfaatan waktu pada kegiatan mandiri.

Background: Problem based learning strategy in competency based curriculum was based on adult learning theory which is characterized by self directed learning. Student should be trained self directed learning. so after graduation they could develop their knowledge. Due to the importance of self directed learning, it is necessery to know the process of self directed learning and factors related to it.
Method: A cross sectional design has been conducted among 266 third semester medical student at University of Ukrida. Three questionaires were used to collect data related to self directed learning, motivation and time management. Data were analize using chi square test.
Result: Self directed learning in the PBL session was done by 68% of students, 71,8% has a good motivation, however only 28.2% used the time allocated in the PBL.
Conclusion: Motivation, time management were found significantly related to self directed learning.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh learning organization dan organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat PT Telkomsel Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan cara memakai accidental sampling. Jumlah responden yang ada di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan tiga teori utama, yaitu teori learning organization dari Watkins & Marsick, organizational commitment dari Steers, serta turnover intention dari Ableson. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa learning organization dan organizational commitment mempengaruhi turnover intention. Apabila dilihat pada masing-masing variabel, maka hasil yang diperoleh adalah learning organization memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention sedangkan organizational commitment juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention.

This study aims to explain the effect of learning organization and organizational commitment on turnover intention. This research conducted in head office of PT Telkomsel Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach to gather the data using a survey method that implement accidental sampling. Total respondents in this research are 100 employees. This research employs three main theories, which are the theory of learning organization by Watkins & Marsick, organizational commitment by Steers and turnover intention by Ableson. When viewed on each variable, the results obtained are that learning organization has influence on turnover intention and organizational commitment has also an influence on turnover intention.

"[Dalam perjalanan di perkuliahan, mahasiswa akan menemukan masalah salah satunya masalah karir, yaitu merasa salah pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya dan menyebabkan ketidakyakinan pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya. Keyakinan mahasiswa untuk tetap persisten pada jurusan yang telah dipilih erat kaitannya dengan career decision self-efficacy. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk dapat mencapai career decision self-efficacy adalah self-directed learning pada individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan self-directed learning terhadap career decision self-efficacy pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia (UI). Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 516 orang mahasiswa S1 UI tahun kedua atau semester 4. Self-directed learning diukur menggunakan Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire dari De Bruin (2008, dalam De Bruin dan Cornelius, 2011) dan career decision self-efficacy diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short-Form dari Betz dan Taylor (1983, dalam Betz & Taylor, 2006) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-directed learning dan career decision self-efficacy (r = 0.576; p < 0.05). Selain itu, hasil juga menunjukkan ada hubungan antara dimensi self-directed learning (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi) dan career decision self-efficacy. Implikasi dari penelitian ini untuk perguruan tinggi diharapkan agar diadakan pelatihan terkait self-directed learning bagi mahasiswa agar memiliki pengarahan diri dalam pembelajarannya, agar mahasiswa lebih mandiri dalam belajar, menekuni dan mendalami pengetahuan dari jurusan yang dipilihnya sehingga dapat lebih yakin dengan keputusan karirnya.

"Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mentoring ebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kesuksesan karier subjektif ibu bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Career Satisfaction Scale untuk mengukur kesuksesan karier subjektif, Proactive Personality Scale untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktifPartisipan terdiri atas 124 ibu bekerja penuh waktu (40 jam/minggu) yang memiliki minimal satu orang anak. Hasil analisis korelasi dan mediasi sederhana (Hayes, 2019), menunjukkan: 1) terdapat hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kesuksesan karier subjektif ibu bekerja (r = 0,40, = 0,00,< 0,01) dan 2) mentoring berperan sebagai mediator yang dapat memediasi hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dengan kesuksesan karier subjektif ibu bekerja (CI = 95%). Penelitian ini menyediakan saran untuk penelitian lanjutan, serta saran praktis yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kepribadian proaktif dan mentoring untuk mencapai kesuksesan karier subjektif pada ibu bekerja.

This research is a correlational research which aim to investigate the role of mentoring as a mediator in the relationship between proactive personality and subjective career success among working mothers. This research uses measurements such as Career Satisfaction Scale to measure subjective career success, Proactive Personality Scale to measure proactive personality, and Mentoring Received Scale to measure mentoring. Participants in this study amounted to 124 full-time working mothers (40 hours/week) who had at least 1 child. The result of the correlational analysis and simple mediation model (Hayes, 2019), shows that : 1) there is a relationship between proactive personality on subjective career success among working mothers (r = 0,40, p = 0,00, p < 0,01) and 2) mentoring have a role as a mediator that can mediate the relationship between proactive personality and subjective career success among working mothers (CI = 95%). This research contributes to future studies and for practitioners to enhance their proactive personality and mentoring in order to achieve subjective career success."

"Dalam menjalani perkuliahan, mahasiswa dituntut mandiri saat dihadapkan dengan berbagai pilihan dan permasalahan yang mampu menghambat proses pendidikannya. Mahasiswa membutuhkan kemandirian belajar yang merupakan dorongan dan motivasi internal untuk mengarahkan diri menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan secara mandiri (Song, 2007). Kemandirian belajar ini pada dasarnya dipengaruhi oleh conscientiousness dan extraversion yang merupakan personality traits. Bateman dan Crant (1993) menemukan bahwa conscientiousness dan extraversion merupakan personality traits yang disebut sebagai kepribadian proaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kemandirian belajar pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Proactive Personality Scale untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif, sedangkan Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire untuk mengukur kemandirian belajar. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kemandirian belajar dengan r= 0,546 signifikan pada P < 0,01 (2-tailed). Artinya, ada hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan kemandirian belajar pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia.. Implikasi dari penelitian ini agar perguruan tinggi menyadari pentingnya mahasiswa mengetahui peran kepribadian proaktif dan kemandirian belajar dalam keberhasilan studi mahasiswa.

When in studying, student needs independently to choose from another options and solve the problem that inhibit the process academic success. Student needs self-directed learning that is internal drive and motivation to solve problem independently (Long, 2007). Self-directed learning is influenced by conscientiousness and extraversion as personality traits. Bateman dan Crant (1993) found that conscientiousness and extraversion as personality traits which named proactive personality. This research aim to see correlation between proactive personality and self-directed learning among undergraduates students in Universitas Indonesia. Proactive personality was measured using Proactive Personality Scale and self-directed learning was measured using Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire. This research found that significant correlate between proactive personality and self-direceted learning with r= 0,546, P < 0,01 (2-tailed). There is correlation between proactive personality and self-directed learning among undergraduates students in Universitas Indonesia. The implication of this research is University give information to undergraduates students that need proactive personality and self-directed learning in order success in their studies."

"Perubahan sistem pembelajaran dari tatap muka menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) menyebabkan efektivitas guru menurun. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas guru adalah perilaku kerja inovatif guru. Akan tetapi, penelitian terdahulu masih menunjukkan adanya inkonsistensi antara hubungan keduanya. Adaptabilitas dipilih sebagai variabel mediator. Perilaku kerja inovatif dapat memengaruhi adaptabilitas dan adaptabilitas dapat memengaruhi efektivitas guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran adaptabilitas sebagai mediator antara hubungan perilaku kerja inovatif dan efektivitas guru. Efektivitas guru diukur menggunakan Teacher Effectiveness Scale (TSE), perilaku kerja inovatif diukur menggunakan Skala Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, dan adaptabiltias diukur menggunakan The Adaptability Scale. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner daring dan cetak kepada guru SMA di wilayah Jabodetabek yang sedang menjalani Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan model regresi mediasi menggunakan program makro PROCESS oleh Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptabilitas memediasi hubungan antara perilaku kerja inovatif dan efektivitas guru. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi guru untuk meningkatkan perilaku kerja inovatifnya agar dapat meningkatkan adaptabilitas yang diikuti dengan peningkatan efektivitas guru.

The change in the learning system to distance learning causes teachers to lack effectiveness. One of the factors that predicted teacher effectiveness is innovative work behavior. However, the previous studies found an inconsistency between the relationship of innovative work behavior and teacher effectiveness. Adaptability was selected as the mediator variable. Innovative work behavior could predict adaptability and adaptability could predict teacher effectiveness. This study examines the role of adaptability as a mediator in the relationship between innovative work behavior and teacher effectiveness among senior high school teachers in the distance learning context. Teacher effectiveness was measured by Teacher Effectiveness Scale (TES), innovative work behavior was measured by Skala Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, and adaptability was measured by The Adaptability Scale. The respondents of this study are senior high school teachers in Jabodetabek area who were undergoing distance learning which acquired through an online and paper-based questionnaire. A regression mediation analysis model was conducted to test the study’s hypothesis using macro program PROCESS by Hayes. The result of the analysis shows that adaptability mediating the relationship between innovative work behavior and teacher effectiveness. Therefore, innovative work behavior is important to be possessed by teachers in order to improving teacher’s adaptability and eventually followed by the improvement of teacher effectiveness.

Penelitian ini menguji peran kepribadian proaktif sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara keterlibatan orang tua (parental support dan parental action) dan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier peserta didik SMA. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 758 peserta didik SMA di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (CDSES-SF), keterlibatan orang tua diukur oleh Parent Career Behavior Checklist (PCBC), dan kepribadian proaktif diukur dengan Proactive Personality Scale (PPS). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis mediasi melalui PROCESS oleh Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif berperan secara parsial memediasi pengaruh parental support dan parental action terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya perbaikan pada beberapa aitem alat ukur CDSE-SF. Penelitian ini memberikan impilikasi, untuk konselor sekolah maupun orang tua yang memiliki anak pada tahapan eksplorasi, bahwa penting orang tua dalam terlibat dalam mendorong anak untuk menjadi lebih proaktif sehingga peserta didik dapat lebih yakin dengan pilihan kariernya.


This study examines the role of proactive personality as a mediator in the relationship between parental involvement (parental support and parental action) and career decision self-efficacy among high school student. The study was conducted on 758 high school students in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Career decision self-efficacy is measured by the Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (CDSES-SF), parental involvement is measured by the Parent Career Behavior Checklist (PCBC), and proactive personality is measured by Proactive Personality Scale (PPS). The mediation analysis technique was used PROCESS by Hayes. The results show that the proactive personality mediating partially the relationship between parental support and parental action with career decision self-efficacy among high school student. A limitation in this study need to improve several items on the CDSE-SF. Implications for school counselors and parents who have children at the exploration stage, it is important for parents to be involved in encouraging children to be more proactive. So, students can be more confident with their career choices.

"Perencanaan Pemulangan Pasien (P3) menjadi salah satu standar yang harus dipenuhi dalam standar nasional akreditasi rumah sakit. Namun, pelaksanaan dan pendokumentasian P3 belum optimal. Perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait P3, yang salah satunya didapat dari aktivitas belajar mandiri dalam dunia kerja (workplace learning). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kesiapan penerapan self-directed learning dengan pengetahuan perawat pelaksana dalam P3 di RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta.
Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 110 perawat yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan Self Directed Learning Readiness Scale (SDLRS) untuk mengukur kesiapan penerapan SDL, dan Kuesioner Pengetahuan Perawat Pelaksana dalam P3.
Hasil uji statistik menyatakan bahwa kesiapan penerapan SDL dengan pengetahuan perawat dalam P3 memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p value 0.005). Perawat pelaksana yang mempunyai kesiapan SDL yang negatif berpeluang untuk berpengetahuan baik sebesar 6 kali dibandingkan dengan perawat yang memiliki kesiapan pembelajaran mandiri yang positif (95% CI OR 1.780;19,275). Besaran koefisien determinan diketahui bahwa kesiapan penerapan SDL berpengaruh sebesar 13.3% terhadap pengetahuan perawat pelaksana dalam P3, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.
Rekomendasi diberikan agar manajer keperawatan meyakini seorang perawat sebagai long-life learner, meningkatkan peran dan fungsi manajemen, serta menciptakan lingkungan, budaya dan iklim organisasi untuk melakukan pembelajaran mandiri di dalam dunia kerja.

Discharge Planning is one of the standard that must be found in hospital accreditation. However, the implementation and documentation of discharge planning is not optimal. There needs to be an increase in knowledge related to discharge planning, one of which is obtained from self-learning activities in the workplace (workplace learning). This study aims to identify the relationship of self-directed learning readiness with the knowledge of discharge planning at Fatmawati Hospital, Jakarta.
The study design used descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach on 110 nurses selected by purposive sampling. Instrument uses the Self Directed Learning Readiness Scale (SDLRS) and the Implementing Nurse Knowledge Questionnaire in discharge planning.
The results of the statistical test stated that the readiness to implement SDL with nurses knowledge in discharge planning had a significant relationship (p value 0.005). Implementing nurses who have negative SDLRS readiness have the opportunity to have good knowledge 6 times compared to nurses who have positive SDLRS (95% CI OR 1,780; 19,275). SDLRS has an effect of 13.3% on the knowledge of nurse implementers in discharge planning, and the remainder is influenced by other factors.
Recommendations are given so that nursing managers believe in a nurse as a long-life learner, enhance the role and function of management, and create an organizational environment, culture and climate to conduct independent learning in the world of work.
